Abstract

Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have sprung up in Indonesia, but their growth is inconsistent and tends not to last long in the long term, and ultimately fails in the market. This research was conducted on the Easy Fit Kitchen healthy food catering business, which is one of the healthy food catering businesses that is being favored by the community in Bogor. The technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a business study that is being carried out. Researchers analyze the marketing mix of the Easy Fit Kitchen business using 11P analysis including Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Partnership, Process, Packaging, Programming, Possibility, and Position. The results show that all 11P aspects have been applied in business and the possibility aspect is useful for analyzing future possibilities that will be faced by the healthy food catering business. It is found that based on the marketing mix strategy that is carried out, the business must keep up with the times, product and service innovation, the promotions must be wider in scope, the cooperation can reach aspects that have not been touched, and in the future the business is expected to open branches in other places

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that spreads in Indonesia has changed the way people live their routines or the new normal. Consumers began to avoid physical contact with humans and switched to virtual or digital media. New lifestyle to stay at home with working-living-playing activities because of social restrictions is increasingly widespread. Similarly, tourists have complete awareness about cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability (CHSE). This awareness then affects the quality of service and products in the world of tourism in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to align the change landscape COVID-19 in tourism education in order to deal with post-pandemic tourism. This research is a qualitative descriptive that uses books and other literature as the main object. The results showed that tourism education could effectively be done with industrial concept and new habits, creating innovative ideas, the use of technology, understanding of crisis management, and inculcating sustainable tourism principles. Suggestions for further research are to conduct quantitative research to find out the influence between post-pandemic tourism education preparation and contemporary issues that are developing in the world of tourism.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pandangan para stakeholder hotel mengenai smart hotel dan perkembangannya di Indonesia. Narasumber pada penelitian ini berjumlah delapan orang yang merupakan karyawan hotel yang mengetahui kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggali lebih dalam bagaimana pandangan para stakeholder mengenai smart hotel, yang diperdalam dengan wawancara telfon yang memiliki poin pertanyaan tentang definisi smart hotel, harapan jika smart hotel dikembangkan oleh para stakeholder, dan hambatan yang akan dihadapi. Penelitian sebelumnya sudah dilakukan di tiongkok dengan mengambil perspektif para manajer, yang hanya mencari bagaimana pandangan mengenai smart hotel namun solusi atas hambatan tidak disinggung. Hasilnya smart hotel didefinisikan sebagai hotel yang dilengkapi teknologi terkini yang memberikan manfaat bagi operasional hotel, dan tamu dalam memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan efisien, smart hotel diharapkan dapat berkembang dengan baik di Indonesia, akan tetapi dengan beberapa catatan yang kegiatannya akan mendapatkan hambatan-hambatan yang sudah terangkum didalam peneliitian ini.Kata Kunci : hotel, teknologi, smart hotel, stakeholdersAbstractThis research was conducted to find out the extent of hotel stakeholders' views on smart hotels and their development in Indonesia. The resource persons in this study are eight people who are hotel employees who know the marketing activities carried out. This study uses a qualitative method to dig deeper into the views of stakeholders regarding smart hotels, which are deepened by telephone interviews that have question points about the definition of smart hotels, expectations if smart hotels are developed by stakeholders, and the obstacles that will be faced. Previous research has been conducted in China by taking the perspective of managers, who only look for how to view smart hotels but the solution to the obstacles is not mentioned. As a result, smart hotels are defined as hotels equipped with the latest technology that provides benefits for hotel operations, and guests in providing fast and efficient services, smart hotels are expected to develop well in Indonesia, but with some notes that their activities will get obstacles that have been summarized in this research.Keywords: hotel, technology, smart hotel, stakeholders

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan literatur mengenai adopsi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di hotel, menggunakan teknik studi literatur yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya oleh peneliti lain, dihimpun 36 artikel yang berkaitan dengan adopsi teknologi di hotel. Penelitian sebelumnya sudah dilakukan dengan kajian mengenai kemajuan TIK di pariwisata dan Perhotelan. Hasilnya sejauh ini penelitian masih terbatas membahas mengenai adopsi teknologi dihotel, adopsi teknologi di hotel dalam penelitian ini dibahas dalam dua bagian, dari perspektif konsumen, serta dari perspektif hotel yang didalamnya terdapat perspektif para manajer dan karyawan. Inovasi dalam penelitian ini disinggung dan dihimpun kedalam beberapa bagian. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengkaji mengenai artikel adopsi teknologi secara luas, tidak hanya diperhotelan karena beberapa faktor sudah dihadirkan dan faktor tersebut mempengaruhi adanya adopsi teknologi pada hotel.Kata Kunci : hotel, teknologi, adopsi teknologi, inovasiAbstractThis study was conducted to find out the extent of the development of literature regarding the adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in hotels, using literature study techniques that have been carried out previously by other researchers, collected 36 articles related to the adoption of technology in hotels. Previous research has been carried out with a study on the progress of ICT in tourism and hospitality. The results so far research is still limited to discussing the adoption of technology in hotels, the adoption of technology in hotels in this study is discussed in two parts, from the perspective of consumers, and from the perspective of hotels in which there is the perspective of managers and employees. Innovations in this study are mentioned and collected into several parts. Further research is expected to examine the adoption of technology in general, not only in hotels because several factors have been presented and these factors affect the adoption of technology in hotels.Keywords: hotel, technology, technology adoption, innovation

Abstract

A tourist village is an area with potential rural tourism attractions and distinctive traditions owned by a village. This research is located in Cibeusi Tourism Village in Subang Regency, West Java. Tourism villages are developing as travel trends change from mass tourism to alternative tourism. Good management of tourist villages is needed for community benefits, with two approaches: community-based tourism and sustainable tourism. The research aims to see how the focus of sustainable tourism-based tourism village development conducted by Cibeusi Tourism Village. The method used is descriptive qualitative with semi-structured interview techniques, field observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Cibeusi Village community was active in the design, management, and evaluation of tourism activities, which also helped the economy through the provision of employment. Tourism village development also pays attention to environmental arrangements and conservation efforts.
