Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out the quality management of Islamic education, because management is a process that must be carried out to achieve certain goals that require planning, thought, regulation and direction so that it can run well and requires the combination of all existing potentials effectively and efficiently. Quality is a high standard and cannot be surpassed. Usually referred to by the terms good, superior, beautiful, good, expensive, luxurious and so on. If related to the educational context, the concept of educational quality is elite, because only a few institutions can provide high quality educational experience to students. Therefore Islamic Education Quality Management is one way to improve quality that relies on the educational institution/school itself, applies a set of methods, based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowers all members.Keywords: Islamic Education Quality Management

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen media sosial SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida Kartasura . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida pada bulan November 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Validasi data menggunakan metode triagulasi dengan memvalidasi data yang terdapat pada media sosial SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida Kartasura. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah akun media sosial Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, dan Tiktok SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida Kartasura dikelola oleh tim humas sekolah, dimana penggunaan media sosial ini menjadi salah satu langkah yang tepat untuk mendorong kemajuan SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida dalam mempromosikan dan menyampaikan informasi terkait sekolah kepada masyarakat luas. Keempat media sosial SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida aktif melakukan postingan tetapi belum ada penjadwalan postingan  sehingga akun media sosial SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida belum konsisten melakukan postingan.

Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan sumber hukum umat Muslim dan menjadi sebuah pedoman dan petunjuk bagi seluruh manusia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pandangan Al-Quran mengenai manajemen Pendidikan Islam. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu’I (tematik). Hasil dari kajian pustaka, banyak sekali ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang berhubungan dengan manajemen Pendidikan Islam, yang menjadi pola dasar bahwasanya sebelum maraknya kata manajemen dalam dunia Pendidikan, Islam sudah lebih dahulu mengenal sebuah kehidupan yang tersusun dan teratur dengan mengangkat seorang pemimpin (khalifah). Terdapat pula ayat-ayat yang menjelaskan prinsip manajemen pendidikan islam yaitu ayat Al-Quran mengenai tauhid, khalifah, dan amanah yang menjadi kunci utama dalam pembentukan karakter sebuah Lembaga organisasi yang memiliki satu tujuan yang sama. Dalam pembahasan manajemen pendidikan islam sekalipun tetap akan berkaitan dengan POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, and controllinh) yang menjadi fungsi manajemen. Penting adanya suatu pondasi yang kuat dalam sebuah organisasi, bukan hanya kelengkapan sarana dan prasara, kurikulum, silabus dan hal lain yang mampu memberikan dukungan agar sekolah bermutu, namun sosok manager atau pemimpinlah yang akan menjadi anak panah yang akan memberikan arahan. Bimbingan, membangun kerjasama dengan dikerangkai dengan bingkai wahyu memandu ilmu maka akan terwujudnya suatu manajerial pendidikan islam yang bermutu dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether the MAN 2 Surakarta website is used as a medium of information and promotion. The method used in this research is qualitative research. This research was carried out in October 2022. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observations. How to examine it by observing the MAN 2 Surakarta website media and conducting direct interviews with relevant sources. Then look at several sources from the MAN 2 Surakarta website. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The sample used in this study is the MAN 2 Surakarta website. According to the research results, at MAN 2 Surakarta, it shows that the website used functions as an information and promotional medium. If schools ignore media websites, they will lose students. Schools need to use website marketing principles to attract parents of students to want to send their children to these institutions.

Abstract

The learning process requires a good management process in it.Therefore, every teacher before carrying out learning needs to carry out a good planning process in it both with online learning methods and offline learning. The instructor plays a crucial part in determining the amount and quality of learning that occurs. To increase the precision of learning for their pupils and enhance the caliber of instruction, teachers must carefully consider and prepare lesson plans. Due to the fact that the instructor manages learning, facilitates learning, provides excellent learning materials, and enhances students' listening skills, they are better able to grasp learning objectives and receive a high-quality education. Since there are multiple learning techniques used in the learning management process, including offline and online learning methods, the teacher must be able to master all of these learning methods at this time.Keywords: Administration, Quality, Education

Abstract

In a strict and competitive work environment, educational institutions require a strong and supportive organizational base. This research was conducted to find a conceptual framework of reliable organizational conflicts to improve the effectiveness of school organizations. Research methods use library studies by relying on data sourced from a variety of relevant literature, both research journals and books. Data is analyzed by critical analysis of conflicts that occur in Indonesian schools. The results of the study found a conceptual framework of organizational conflicts that mediated the influence of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on organizational effectiveness. The conceptual framework is expected to be beneficial to organizational managers, educational practitioners, researchers and academics as an effort to revitalize and develop higher competitive organizations. In general the organizational effectiveness studies are concerned with aspects of motivation, leadership and communication, however the originality of the study this time makes organizational conflict a contributing factor for organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Regarding SOTK, the government has regulated it through Law Number 23 of 2014, PP Number 18 of 2016 and governor regulations.. For work support units for the Education Office of North Sumatra Province, the UPTD was established as the representative of the Provincial government in the Regency/City. There will be no problem with the appointment of honorary teachers at the central or regional levels. It turns out that the biggest problem lies in the appointment of honorary teachers who are appointed by schools related to their salary and incentive allowances. Switched from schools or districts/cities and is now delegated to North Sumatra Province.To deal with the problem of low teacher UKG, the government also has enormous homework to make teachers become professional, productive and creative, so readiness is needed from various things, including costs and human resources who are able to provide guidance and direction. Keywords:Law No 23 of  2014, Incentives

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen serta keaktifan media sosial yang digunakan TK/RAT Lailatul Qodar guna memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi tentang TK tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Cara menelaahnya dengan mengamati media sosial TK/RAT Lailatul Qodar serta melakukan wawancara secara langsung dengan narasumber terkait. Dimana analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen media sosial TK/RAT Lailatul Qodar terbagi menjadi empat tahap. Pertama, tahap perencanaan, yang meliputi penciptaan dan pemilihan konten yang tepat, perencanaan platform fitur-fitur yang digunakan, perencanaan penggunaan sumber daya, serta perencanaan aktivitas. Kedua, tahap implementasi, yang meliputi penciptaan awareness, pola update, penulisan caption serta interaksi dengan followers. Ketiga, tahap monitoring. Keempat, evaluasi media sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the transformational leadership of school principals, work environment, and school culture on the performance of teachers in Nisam Antara District. This research was conducted in the Nisam Antara sub-district in November 2022. The population in this study were junior high school teachers in the Nisam Antara sub-district. The number of samples in this study amounted to 68 people from three junior high schools in Nisam Antara District. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the principal's transformational leadership, the work environment and school culture together influence teacher performance. While the work environment has no effect on teacher performance.  Keywords:Principal transformational leadership, work environment, school culture and teacher performance.
