Abstract

A system is a set of components or elements that interact with each other to achieve a goal. The learning principle is a guide for teachers in implementing effective learning conditions. There are two characteristics of the teaching systems approach, namely the systems approach and the teaching and learning process to make it easier for students to learn. The method that can be used to determine the quality of the educational process is a systems approach. Through a systems approach, you can see all aspects of the impact of a successful process. Learning is called having a system because it contains components that are interrelated and influence one another. Teachers, students, learning materials, methods, media, facilities and infrastructure are the components included in the study. The availability and effectiveness of each of these components will determine the success or failure of a lesson.

Abstract

This journal aims to find out whether online learning systems or virtual systems will be very effective or not and find out about the influence of online learning systems from an Islamic point of view. Due to remember that the era of development of technology and information is unavoidable and greatly affects our daily lives. And from the point of view of Islam it is also obligatory to seek knowledge and teach knowledge that we already know and practice. This research uses qualitative research, while the method we use is collecting all information from forms of literacy and other reading materials in the form of scientific articles and so on by utilizing the internet as a source of information livelihoods to make this journal article. The results of this study are that online learning is very effective in today's era because we have to take advantage of existing technology and information, and it depends on how we use it wisely and are able to use media well.

Abstract

Usia dini merupakan masa keemasaan (golden age) bagi anak-anak, karena pada usia ini anak-anak pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik dan mental yang luar biasa. Pada masa ini juga merupakan periode pembentukan watak, kepribadian dan karakter. Usia dini juga menjadi masa terpenting bagi anak, karena merupakan masa pembentukan kepribadian yang utama. Oleh karena itu, penting diberikan stimulus pendidikan agama sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran agama Islam di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Farabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data ini diperoleh dari referensi ilmiah kredibel berupa buku dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Konsep pengembangan kurikulum PAI di pendidikan anak usia dini; (2) Penerapan konsep pendidikan agama Islam pada pendidikan anak usia dini; (3) Perencanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam; (4) Implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di pendidikan anak usia dini. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam adalah keseluruhan kegiatan pendidikan yang meliputi pembimbingan, pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi diri manusia sesuai dengan bakat, kadar kemampuan dan keahlian masing-masing yang bersumber dan bemuara kepada Allah swt.

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai tujuan, isi dan bahan pelajaran serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan tertentu. Tujuan tertentu ini meliputi tujuan pendidikan nasional serta kesesuaian dengan kekhasan, kondisi dan potensi daerah, satuan pendidikan dan peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu kurikulum disusun oleh satuan pendidikan untuk memungkinkan penyesuaian program pendidikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi yang ada di daerah. . Penyusunan perangkat mata pelajaran ini disesuaikan dengan keadaan dan kemampuan setiap jenjang pendidikan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tersebut serta kebutuhan lapangan kerja. Lama waktu dalam satu kurikulum biasanya disesuaikan dengan maksud dan tujuan dari sistem pendidikan yang dilaksanakan. Kurikulum ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengarahkan pendidikan menuju arah dan tujuan yang dimaksudkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Kurikulum menjadi pedoman bagi seorang tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan materi dan ilmu yang baik terhadap peserta didik, kurikulum juga mempunyai perkembangan dan itulah kenapa pentingnya peran kurikulum harus di pahami.

Abstract

The Role of the Principal in Improving the Quality of Education at Mtss Al-Furqan. Schools as an open system must be able to innovate in order to maintain their existence. The principal as a leader who holds full responsibility must be able to take steps to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the principal of MTsN 9 Kuta Blang: (1) the role of the principal as an educator in improving the quality of education, (2) the role of the principal as an administrator in improving the quality of education, (3) the role of the principal as a manager in improving the quality of education, (4) the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the quality of education. The method used in this research activity is a qualitative approach with a type of literature study research. The results obtained from research activities are the role of the principal which needs to be further developed in order to achieve the expected quality of education at MTSs Al-Furqan. So it is necessary to develop the role of the principal as an educator, administrator, leader, and regulator. The conclusions obtained from this research activity prove that the role of the Principal in Improving the Quality of Education at MTSs Al-Furqan, that is, even though the role of the school principal is good, it still needs to be improved based on the role that exists in the research objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam menongkatkan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMKS 2 Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan Kepala Sekolah SMKS 2 Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, angket dan observasi Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model M. B. Miles A. M. Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua Program Merdeka Belajar telah terimplementasikan secara umum, khususnya di kelas X dan XI. SMKS 2 Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menjalankan program SMK Pusat Keunggulan.

Abstract

Kurikulum berfungsi sebagai suatu pedoman dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidikan dalam hal ini di sekolah dasar terhadap beberapa pihak terkait. Selain sebagai pedoman, bagi siswa kurikulum memiliki 6 (enam) fungsi, antara lain, fungsi penyesuaian, fungsi pengintegrasian, fungsi diferensiasi, fungsi persiapan, fungsi pemilihan, serta fungsi diagnostik. Peranan kurikulum dalam pendidikan formal dalam hal ini di sekolah dasar, sangat strategis serta menentukan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Kurikulum di sekolah dasar juga memiliki kedudukan dan posisi sangat sentral dalam keseluruhan proses pendidikan, bahkan kurikulum merupakan syarat mutlak dan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari pendidikan tersebut. Sangat sulit dibayangkan bagaimana bentuk pelaksanaan suatu pendidikan di suatu lembaga pendidikan yang tidak memiliki kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan Pengembangan Kurikulum dengan kurikulum yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian  deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan secara dinamis yang sesuai dengan perubahan dari masyarakat serta tuntutan masyarakat itu sendiri, perbedaan pada tiap-tiap kurikulum terlihat pada penekanan pokoknya baik itu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum tersebut maupun tujuan pendidikan yang hendak dicapai. Perbedaan pada model desain kurikulum yang terlihat pada perkembangannya dari masa ke masa tentu juga memiliki suatu keunggulan maupun kelembahan tersendiri. Perkembangan kurikulum dari masa ke masa kemudian terjadi karena adanya pengembangan kurikulum tersebut. Pengembangan dan perkembangan kurikulum ini kemudian diharapkan dapat berimplikasi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

The teaching profession is considered important as a basic milestone for the progress of a nation, because developed nations have quality education. The quality of education is very dependent on the competence possessed by educators, especially teachers at the elementary age level of SD/MI as the initial level of formal education for the nation's children. This study aims to describe the basic concepts of the teaching profession in primary education institutions SD/MI. This type of research includes a qualitative approach with library research methods. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study concluded that the teaching profession has a code of ethics that students should emulate, which includes teaching skills, mastery of areas of expertise, behavior/personality and teacher communication skills. Because, in it there is an organizational platform, the role of rights and obligations of teachers to guide directing students and evaluating good and specifically directed teaching and learning processes.

Abstract

The quality of a nation is largely determined by the quality of education. The process towards quality education requires professional educators in accordance with the code of ethics and the teaching profession. This study aims to analyze efforts to develop the competence of the teaching profession at the SD/MI level. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that teacher competence is related to the authority to carry out their duties, in this case in using the field of study as learning material that acts as an educational tool, and pedagogical competence related to the teacher's function in paying attention to the behavior of students learning. Teacher competence is the result of a combination of abilities of many types, which can be in the form of a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, internalized and mastered by teachers in carrying out their professional duties.
