Abstract

As for research purposes in General is to get an idea of the influence of the use of model learning enquiries and the use of computer-based media (CD Movie and Flash) against the results of student learning. This research will be carried out in the Laboratory of the Institute of Religious Aliyah Madrasa Islamic State North Sumatra Medan. Planned research time on bulam May-June 2009/2010 lessons in year II semester of Class XI. This research will be conducted with the implementation plan of learning 3 sessions conducted at the research and may be bulai terminated in June. This research involves two classes of experiments was given different treatment. On the experimental class 1 were given preferential treatment by the granting of inkuiri learning model with computer-based media (Flash Movie and CD) while in class experiments 2 conventional learning with computer-based media (CD Movie and Flash). To find out the results of the students' creativity and studied chemistry and obtained with the application of the treatment on two students are given tests. On the basis of the findings obtained were taken the following conclusion: there is the influence of learning model inkuiri with the use of computer-based media (CD Movie and flash) and conventional learning methods with computer-based media (CD Movie and flash) against the results of the study chemistry students at the MA State Islamic Institute Laboratory in North Sumatra Province of Medan. Students who are taught with a learning model inkuiri with the use of computer-based media (CD and flash Movie) has a higher learning outcomes of the students in belajarkan with conventional learning methods with computer-based media (A flash Movie and CD).Keywords: Inkuiri Learning Computer-Based Media, The Results Of The Study

Abstract

This research aims at: 1) find out how planning, 2) organizing, 3) Implementation, 4) 5) supervision and Constraints in the process management of library in College Foundation Madinatussalam Sei Tuan subdistrict of his whip. This research was conducted at the Foundation College Madinatusssalam Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict. The approach in this study using qualitative descriptive approach. As Informants in this study is the head of the madrasa, the head of the library and the Deputy Head of the madrasa Curriculum Section. Data collection techniques using several methods, methods of observation, Interview and documentation. Data analysis was done by reduction of data, Data and Cereal Drawdown conclusion. Whereas the examination of the validity of the Data is carried out by means of credibility, dependence and Assertiveness. The results showed that: planning the management of the library in the conventional starting in 2006. These include planning, non Human Resources include: service, collections and infrastructure. This includes organizing forms of organizational structure, personnel qualification standard library as well as unity of command and coordination led by the head of the madrasa is assisted by the Deputy Head of the madrasa. Penggerakan related job description is done by the head of the library and only one officer. Supervision in the management of the library is carried out on the human resources (HR) and facilities and infrastructure related to the supervision exercised by the head of the madrasa and head of the library. Some of the obstacles that impede the management process includes the limitations of knowledge, insights into library, lack of encouragement of the head of the madrasa in the management process and infrastructure are inadequate.Keywords: Library Management, library, Foundation.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this research is how the State leadership of the headteacher at 060794 primary school Medan Area, how is the State of the discipline of Islamic education teachers working in primary school 060794 Medan Area, and whether There was significant influence between the leadership of headteacher work discipline against Islamic religious education teachers in elementary school 060794 Medan Area. As for the purpose of this research is to know the State of the leadership of the headteacher at 060794 primary school Medan Area, to know the State of the working discipline teacher of Islamic education in the elementary school 060794 Medan Area, and to knowing the significant influence among the leadership of headteacher work discipline against Islamic religious education teachers in elementary school 060794 Medan Area. The research method used is a quantitative method. Research instrument used IE now and observations. The results of the analysis show that the teaching skills of elementary school teachers in 060794 subdistrict Medan Area is quite good, it is characterized by the presence of the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of learning for students, carry out the Indeed so that the learning objectives can be achieved. Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out how he was reconstructing the value series ' in the novel the sinking Van Der Wijck, (2) to find out to what extent he was representing the value of the series ' at the figure Zainuddin in the novel the sinking Van Der Wijck. This research was conducted with the object of research of novel the sinking Van Der Wijck. Type a descriptive qualitative study was shaped by using analytical techniques framing model Gamson and Modigliani.Data Primer diperoleh dari sumber data utama berupa dialog dan narasi yang menggambarkan budaya siri’ dalam novel tersebut. Data sekunder diperoleh dari bahan bacaan berupa jurnal-jurnal, buku, artikel di internet, dan berbagai hasil penelitian terkait. The results showed that the viewpoints and background strongly influenced someone in interpreting social reality based on construction respectively. In the novel the sinking Van Der Wijck, Hamka was repackaged as the figure Zainuddin characters bleed Makassar-Minang based on the way up. He was quite familiar with the meaning of the series ' major Makassar community but the value of the series ' imagery on Zainuddin still weak. This must not be removed from the background of the Minangkabau people as Hamka (non-Makassar), then there is no great awareness to describe the character of the people of Makassar accordingly on the figure Zainuddin. Similarly, a character in the story of Zainuddin positioned as someone who bleeds Makassar-Minang, outwardly it could just be the blood of Minang rub off on Zainuddin, so not entirely it is capable of holding a sturdy custom Makassar.Keywords: Framing, Siri ', Novel

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The relationship of achievement motivation with teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu District. 2) Relationship of job satisfaction with teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukarmai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu District. 3) Relationship of motivation and work satisfaction with teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukarami District West Bilah Labuhanbatu District. This research uses quantitative research type. With a population of 30 and a sample of 28 teachers. The data collection techniques with observation and dispute of the questionnaire. The technique used in analyzing data is by using the technique of Double Correlation. The findings of this study are as follows: there is a positive relationship of achievement motivation and job satisfaction on teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai subdistrict West Bar Labuhanbatu regency. This is proven by the calculation obtained that the value of rhitung = 0.850 at 95% level or alpha 5% with dk = N - 2 (28-2) is 0.374 or rhitung (0.850) ˃ rtabel (0.374). The result of double correlation can be seen from R2 equal to 0,542 with interpretation of moderate level of relationship. Means that the magnitude of the relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction with work productivity is 54.2% and 46.8% influenced by other factors. In this research can be know that 1) the relationship between achievement motivation with teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu district with value r count 0,402. 2) the relationship between job satisfaction with the work of teachers MAS Nurul Iman Sukarmai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu district with a value of r calculate 0,542. 3) the relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction on teacher work productivity in MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu district with R value count of 0.850.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Problems of research is social skills improvement through the implementation of Student model of learning Problem Based Learning on Student BKI semester V North Sumatra Islamic State University academic year 2017/2018 this research It aims to find out students ' social skills improvement through the implementation of a model of learning Problem Based Learning on Student BKI semester V North Sumatra Islamic State University academic year 2017/2018. The subject in this study are students BKI semester V North Sumatra Islamic State University academic year 2017/2018 as much as one class of 30 students. The research object of this class action is the improvement of social skills of students in Social Psychology courses by using the learning model Poblem Based Learning in BKI semester V Islamic State University of North Sumatra Indonesia Years Academic 2017/2018. This research is carried out in implementation activities include class action class (PTK) in the form of early reflection activities and conduct observation to identify problems that occur in the classroom, learning, planning, implementing, observation and reflection. Implementation of the research action class (PTK) done 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out by 2 times and on each end of the cycle performed observation to find out the results of an increase in Student social skills. Research results can be presented that the categories percentage of Student social skills cycle observations I meetings I categories include low i.e. of 46.67%, cycle I encounter II categories include high amounting to 33.33%, cycle cycle II meeting I categories include high i.e. of 53.33%, and cycle II II meetings including very high i.e. categories of 90.00%. Can thus be expressed conclusion that the implementation of the learning Problem Based Learning model can improve the social skills of students in Social Psychology courses in the academic year of V semester BKI 2017/2018.Keywords: Model Of Learning Problem Based Learning, Student Social Skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the 1). The professional competence of teachers, the principal managerial Competencies against professional competence improvement of teacher and principal Strategies in improving the professionalism of teachers in Junior High School 27-country terrain. This type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Analysis of the data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, the validity of the withdrawal of data refers to the four standard validation consists of credibility, keteralihan, dependency, and certainty. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) the principal leadership style exist; (2) teachers morale lies; (3) a significant relationship between the perception of teachers about the leadership style of the principal with the morale of teachers. The subject is a Junior High School teacher 2 Gebang District of Langkat population 35 and sample as many as 32 people. Sampling is carried out by random sampling. The method research of korelasional which aims to menjelakan the relationship between the two variables. The results showed an average count variable style kepemimpianan of 37.5%; morale of 40,625%. Based on hypothesis testing follows the leadership style and are significantly associated with the morale of teachers in Junior High School 2 Gebang District of Langkat Ultraman hypothesis suggests that there is a relationship medium and significantly between the leadership style (X) and (Y) Morale, it is characterized with donations effectively amounted to 0.5%. While the value of relationship significance both (leadership style against the spirit of the work) can be seen through the test of ' t ". The t has done turns out obtained t calculate = 3,739 whereas the value t = 2,042 table. Therefore t count (3,739) > t table (2,042), this indicates that there is a relationship between the variables are significant and leadership style in the spirit of working with linear relationships form and predictive regression line through Ῠ = 0.096 + X, 101,194 This regression line equation tells us that if the Kepemipinan Style factor increased by one unit then Morale will also be increased by 101,194 + 0096 = 101.29 units. Research conducted gives the conclusion that the leadership style of the principal associated with the morale of teachers. Abstract

Research aims for 1. To find out the relationship between the giving of the Reward with the emotional intelligence of students in State Ment of the city; 2). To find out the relationship between the awarding of Punishment with the emotional intelligence of students in State Ment of the city; 3). To find out the relationship between the giving of Reward and Punishment with the emotional intelligence of students in the City State Ment. The population in this research is all grade VII Mts Country Binjai as much as 266 students. Sampling of 40 students was based on the determination of the number of samples table of the student population by 10%. The method research in this thesis using a quantitative approach that put more emphasis on data statistic numbers – numbers. While the method of data collection by using the scale of the attitude of the dam documentation. Prior to analysis, the data is first held testing requirements analysis which includes: test of normality, test linearity, and test its homogeneity. Data were analyzed with the correlation analysis technique of double counting advance correlation product mement of Pearson significance level 0.05From the results of this research can be found some things namely as follows: 1) there is a significant and positive relationship between the giving of the reward with the emotional intelligence of students in learning the morals of Aqeedah in Binjai Country with Mts the coeffic. ient of correlation of 0.736 by category. I.e. between 0.60 – 0.799. 2.) there is a positive and significant relationship between awarding punishment with the emotional intelligence of students in learning the morals of Aqeedah in Mts Country Binjai with coefficient of correlation of 0.990 with very strong category, i.e. between 0.80 – 1.00; 3) There is a positive and significant relationship together – either between the giving of reward and punishment against the emotional intelligence of students in learning the morals of Aqeedah in Binjai Country with Mts Fhitung > F table or 815 > 3.25. Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership: the role of the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of education in Private MTS. Al-Ikhlas Gardens Ajamu Labuhan Batu Regency Panai Hulu Subdistrict. The approach in this research is descriptive analysis approach. As informants in this study is the head of the madrasa, Deputy Head of the madrasa curriculum areas, officials of the Administration, teachers, students. Data collection techniques used in this research is the interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by means of the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. While testing the validity of the data is done by way of credibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, and confirmabilita. The findings of this research show that: 1) head of the madrasa has done well in accordance with his leadership role and functions as head of the madrasa. 2) the quality of education in Private MTS. Al-Ikhlas Ajamu Gardens already meet 8 education standards (SNP). 3) leadership roles of the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of education in Private MTS. Al-Ikhlas Gardens Ajamu, namely: As edukator, manager, administator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator. A leadership role in improving the quality of head of the madrasa is done by: a) lays out the vision into mission to achieve the target of quality, b) head of the madrasa formulate objectives and targets will be achieved, quality c) Analyse the challenges, opportunities, strengths and the weakness of the madrasa, d) in making the decision the budget discussion with the head of the madrasa Islamic party foundations, e) Involving the Board of teachers and administrative decision-making in important madrasa, f) Provide and increase the motivation of working educators and educational personnel. 4) inhibitor Factor towards improved quality of education in Private MTS.
