Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan pendidikan di daerah yang berada di tepi hutan. Kepedulian masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan sangatlah kurang. Faktor biaya menjadi paling utama dalam mendapatkan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu MTs PAKIS ingin membantu meminimalisir angka putus sekolah di daerah Pelosok. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan membuat kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keberadaan MTs PAKIS sangat membantu masyarakat pelosok dalam meraih pendidikan walaupun dengan fasilitas seadanya. Biaya yang sederhana mampu menumbukan rasa simpatik para masyarakat baik dalam maupun luar untuk ikut  membantu terlaksananya kegiatan pendidikan. Agar tetap mempunyai semangat belajar, kepala sekolah dan para relawan selalu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa-siswinya supaya tidak putus sekolah walaupun berada di daerah terpencil. Memang awalnya susah meyakinkan dan membuat anak-anak semangat belajar, namun dengan kerjasama para relawan semangat anak-anak perlahan mulai tumbuh dan orang tua mendukung. peneliti keberadaan MTs PAKIS sangat membantu masyarakat pelosok dalam meraih pendidikan walaupun dengan fasilitas seadanya. Biaya yang sederhana mampu menumbukan rasa simpatik para masyarakat baik dalam maupun luar untuk ikut  membantu terlaksananya kegiatan pendidikan. Abstract

Success in education when graduating superior and competent human resources in various fields. However, to achieve success in education must struggle in the science of management education. Islamic education management science is knowledge about governance of Islamic educational institutions that are obtained through scientific processes and arranged systematically as a truth that is recognized by many people. As subjects in the practice of Islamic education management, each individual must understand the sources of his knowledge. In the level of management of Islamic education there are various sources to gain knowledge, namely empiricism, rationalism, intuition, revelation. According to the empiricism, humans gain knowledge through their life experiences. Medium rationalism is a flow that considers that reason is the most important medium for gaining knowledge. Intuition is a flow that considers the ability to understand the science of management education without going through rational reasoning but through whispers of hearts and gestures. Revelation is called the pure source of all knowledge that comes from God, revelation contributes to the building of knowledge that is not affordable by rational and empirical forces. The scientific method is a procedure in gaining knowledge. Broadly speaking the steps of the scientific method are the formulation of the problem, the preparation of the framework of thinking in the submission of hypotheses, the formulation of hypotheses, testing hypotheses, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Describe the level of teacher work motivation, 2) Describe the function of interpersonal communication between fellow teachers, 3) Describe the work climate cycle of teachers, 4) Describe the relationship of interpersonal communication and teacher work climate to teacher work motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang. In this study, the hypothesis is formulated as follows: "There is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and the work climate of teachers with the work motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang, totaling 90 people who were determined using total sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The instrument was designed in the form of a questionnaire for interpersonal communication variables and teacher work climate on teacher work motivation. The validity of the instrument was tested through content validity and construct validity, which were then tested on 30 respondents outside the research sample. While the instrument reliability test was analyzed with SPSS version 16 with the results of the analysis showing that the three variables were at a high level. Data analysis through correlation techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and the work climate of teachers with the work motivation of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang by 50.7%, this means that they have a high level of relationship. This means that the better the interpersonal communication and the work climate of the teacher, the better the teacher's work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of managerial competence in madrasah principals in the context of building teacher work motivation in MAS PAB-2 Helvetia. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of research is the headmaster of the madrasah of teachers and staff employees at MAS PAB 2 Helvetia. Based on the research analysis, the following data are obtained: (1) The madrasah head is not fully able to implement his managerial competence maximally. (2) The madrasah head always tries to approach and create a harmonious atmosphere among the teachers; find out what are the obstacles faced by teachers in teaching; routinely involving teachers in various development potentials of teachers; always motivating teachers in the form of rewards or punishments. (3) It is found that there are comfort and enthusiasm for the work of the teachers in carrying out their daily tasks of teaching and educating in the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the principal, how to plan, organize, monitor, evaluate and implement change management. Then to see the performance of educators and education personnel after the change, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in making change management. In this study using qualitative research methods with qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 3 Medan. The technique used in collecting data is data collection techniques, namely interview, observation and documentation techniques. This study has 4 findings, namely: (1) The role of the principal in improving the performance of teachers and education personnel (2) The process of planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluating and implementing change management. (3) The performance of educators and education personnel after the changes are made. (4) factors supporting and inhibiting change management.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling) of archiving, namely: 1) Describe the process of archiving planning, 2) Describe the process of organizing archives, 3) Describe the process of implementing archives, 4) Describe the process of monitoring records at MAN 1 Deli Serdang. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Deli Serdang which is located in Medan Senembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The approach in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Head of Madrasah, the Head of Administration and his Staff, and the Deputy Head of the School for Facilities and Infrastructure. Data collection techniques use methods, namely the observation method is carried out by the researcher observing and participating directly in the process of implementing, organizing, implementing and monitoring of archiving, interviews are conducted using a list of questions for resource persons according to the researcher's theme, and documentation is carried out by collecting data which has been available in the form of photos, reports or documents. The results of this study indicate that: archive planning includes (1) good archive creation which includes managing incoming mail, outgoing mail, archive retention schedules, and procurement of asip facilities. (2) organizing archives includes the preparation of classification patterns, recording and distribution of archives. (3) implementation of archives includes providing motivation to archive managers, maintaining communication with archive administrators. (4) supervision includes assignment direction to archive management, archive evaluation program, and supervision program after the archive is carried out

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Personality competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an Medan, 2) How to improve teacher personality competence at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an Medan, 3) Factors that influence teacher personality at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur 'an Medan. This study uses qualitative research methods, and this research technique uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were the head of madrasah, administrative staff, teachers. Validity testing of data using triangulation, credibility test (credibility), transferability test (transferability). And can be done with a dependency test (dependility). The results showed that: 1) The personality competence of Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an teachers greatly affects the performance of a teacher, the ability of this teacher to fulfill his duties as an educator so that it is carried out properly. The personality of a teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an Medan determines whether or not an educator is good for his students. 2) How to improve the personality competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an Medan, the principal of the school conducts ARD (Digital Report Card Application) training and socializing. 3) The factors that affect the competence of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Qur'an Medan are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the teacher himself and external factors come from the outside environment starting from the smallest environment such as family, friends, neighbors and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how the role of the principal in dealing with student delinquency at the IRA Medan Private Junior High School, (2) how the supporting factors faced by the principal in overcoming student delinquency in IRA Medan Private Junior High School, (3) and how the inhibiting factors are faced by school principals in overcoming student delinquency at IRA Medan Private Middle School. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive research methods. This research has the character of describing, telling, and producing existing data and producing descriptive data in the form of written / spoken words from people and observable behavior and the data is statement in nature. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. Applying data validity, and using data tringulation techniques, namely data validity checking techniques that use as a source outside the data as comparison material..

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of recruiting educators at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the recruitment process in improving the quality of education, obstacles that arise and solutions offered during the recruitment process. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine how the recruitment of educators at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School, how the attitude of the Islamic boarding school in responding to the obstacles that occurred and the solution, and how effective recruitment was implemented in improving the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru. The results of the study revealed that: (1) The recruitment of teaching staff at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School was effective. With a good and structured process, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, to monitoring, it goes well and according to established procedures. (2) Orders and pressure from various parties are part of the obstacles that occur during the recruitment process, but can be overcome with good cooperation between the Recruitment Team and institutions and remain consistent with the agreed procedures. (3) Consistency and good cooperation that has been fostered, both between the assigned team and the institution, can carry out the recruitment process for new educators properly. So as to produce effective recruitment that produces quality educators and can assist institutions in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of teaching staff management, starting from the planning of educational personnel, recruitment of education personnel and supervision of educational personnel at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan. In this study using a qualitative research type, namely by using a descriptive approach. In this study, the subjects of the research were the principal, vice principal (PR), the head of administration and the mathematics teacher. Techniques in data collection used are first observation then interview and finally documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is by collecting data, analyzing data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data with credibility techniques which include Triangulation, Transferbility, dependability and confirmability. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Educational Personnel Management at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan has been going well. Planning for education personnel is carried out at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan by evaluating from the performance of teaching staff and what education personnel will be needed. Recruitment is carried out by advertising on the Job Strip, newspapers and radio, and appointments are made from two sources, namely internal and external.
