Abstract

As India's largest employer has gone digital, this is the beginning of mass acquisition in a new dimension. Indian Railways serves on a peripheral scale in the size of each aircraft. It carries 23,000 passengers and over 3 million tonnes daily, with more than 12,000 passengers traveling at 115,000 km and 7000 stations. But as the nation's largest employer has begun to digitalize its services operations, it is beginning to gain mass in an emerging dimension. The network collects around 100 datasets per user (one truffle is enough to store 500–1000 movies). This passenger booking plate has 25 million users, leading to approximately 800,000 daily transactions. Such is the creation of a digital scale railway ecosystem, a fertile ground for entrepreneurs, employers and large scale technology for testing and testing. And while Railways has made a good start by integrating third parties with third parties, the company can create a seamless experience in booking, payment and other services at the top of the railway data pipeline. Here we have several ways to verify a passenger or passenger ticket, which will be discussed one by one on Fig.1. We understand here that the N computer system (server) is available in the availability center and the availability train provided by the NECC (North Eastern Carrying Corporation Ltd). Each seat or chair acts as a spring (Smart) chair, which means that we are connected to a ticket scanner or chair that can scan tickets and send the actual data to the field node (fog node). Later, the latest analysis will result in the proposed data and the final data that will be sent to the cloud. We are connected to multiple devices to share real-time data and updated real-time data on the cloud. We have created a fog environment and a cloud environment. We have implemented this with the help of clipping and sending data by sending real data separately. We have created a smart gateway between military (Servers) and customer (sensor), cloud and customer (sensor). In this paper, there is the solution that can enhanced the chances of getting confirm ticket, based on individual server load in coaches of the train, according to the increase in the number of sensors request, in the context of processing and considering three cases , it is an answer by analysing cloud-fog scenario. Up to this implementation the simple round robin algorithm is also used solution for load balancing purpose. The method is implemented by using a class student attendance system in a college level.

Abstract

Spoofing attack is an attempt to acquire some other’s identity or access right by using a biometric evidence of authorized user. Among all biometric systems facial identity is one of the widely used method that is prone to such spoofing attacks using a simple photograph of the user. The paper focuses and takes the problem area of face spoofing attacks into account by detecting spoof faces and real faces. We are using the local binary pattern (LBP) for providing the solution of spoofing problem and with the help of these patterns we inspect primarily two types of attacks i.e. printed photograph and photos displayed using digital screen. For this, we will use the local database maintained by us having the images labeled as real and spoof for the data required. We conclude that local binary pattern will reduce the total error rate and will show the moderate output when used across a wide set of attack types. This will enhance the efficiency of the system for detection of spoofing by using the deep learning techniques

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world where the Muslim population in Indonesia reaches 88% of the total population. Thus, Indonesia will also have many mosques as places of worship for Muslims. The management of the mosque is mostly carried out by a group of local volunteers and each mosque has a board of directors whose task is to manage administrative matters. Some difficulties arise, among others, the mosque management did not get direction from the central mosque observer board on how to manage the mosque's potential, consequently this potential management was not well-managed. Therefore, we made a website-based information management application. The application is useful for managing all information about the management of a mosque in the city of Semarang as a support service provided to the community to improve their standard of living through the sale of pilgrim products and the management of mosque activities. This website design will follow the User-Centered Design approach, where designing an interface design that focuses the user as the main role in determining system requirements. The interface design of a system can follow the usability goal and user experience guidelines. Usability produces a system that is useful, effective, easy to learn, and easy to remember. In addition, user experience makes users feel helped and interested.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam dan keanekaragam budaya dan bahasa banyak diantaranya yang telah diakui UNESCO (United Nation Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). Salah satunya adalah keris yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Warisan Kemanusiaan Budaya Lisan dan Nonbendawi (Masterpieces of the oral and Intangible Heritage of humanity) sejak 25 November 2015. Karena itulah munculnya peluang usaha bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk melakukan bisnis pusaka nusantara ini terutama dalam bidang warangka keris. Kendala mereka terdapat pada penetapan harga warangka keris. Banyak warangka keris yang memiliki harga yang tidak sesuai kualitasnya dan tidak sesuai dengan harga pasar. Oleh karena itu pembisnis baru banyak yang kalah bersaing dari orang yang telah mendirikan bisnis warangka keris sejak puluhan tahun. Karena itulah dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan harga jual warangka keris dengan menggunakan metode Logika Fuzzy Mamdani. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memberikan harga warangka keris sesuai dengan harga pasar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan harga jual warangka keris dengan selisih error MAE (Mean Absolute Error) sebesar Rp. 43.252,05.

Abstract

Indikator kinerja Perusahan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dapat diartikan sebagai suatu ukuran yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan pengelolaan PDAM. Tingkat keberhasilan pengelolaan PDAM ini diukur melalui proses penilaian terhadap kinerja PDAM yang didasarkan pada indikator kinerja penyelenggaraan pengembangan SPAM meliputi: aspek keuangan, operasional, pelayanan pelanggan dan sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan ketentuan di dalam Pasal 59 Permen PU No. 18/PRT/M/2007. Berdasarkan aspek dan indikator diatas, PDAM dapat memprediksikan kinerja mereka untuk tahun berjalan. Namun butuh banyak indikator perhitungannya cenderung rumit dan memerlukan audit internal PDAM terlebih dahulu yang mana membutuhkan waktu banyak. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model dari algoritma Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengklasifikasikan kinerja PDAM berdasarkan indikator terpilih. Hasil penelitian perusahaan dapat menggunakan model klasifikasi ANN untuk memprediksi kinerja perusahaan di tahun berjalan dengan menggunakan 3 atribut yaitu Rasio Operasi, Jam Operasi Layanan/hari, dan Rasio Jumlah Pegawai/1000 pelanggan dengan tingkat akurasi keseluruhan 80.00% dan tingkat presisi prediksi untuk kinerja Tidak Sehat sebesar 86.36%.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is one of the diseases that contributes quite high rates of death in the world. The World Heart Federation estimates that the number of deaths due to coronary heart disease in Southeast Asia reached 1.8 million cases in 2014. In 2013 there were at least 883,447 people diagnosed with coronary heart disease in Indonesia with the majority of patients aged 55-64 years. The death rate due to heart disease is quite high, which is about 45 percent of all deaths in Indonesia. Therefore this study was conducted in the hope of reducing the number of deaths caused by heart disease and the concrete steps that could be made to the diagnosis results by the system. In this study using a combination of two methods, namely Genetic Algorithms and Generalized Learning Vector Quantization (GLVQ). The combination of these methods is done to get the optimal weight in the training process which later the weight is used to get the classification results in the testing process From the test results obtained an average accuracy 71.50% with the best parameters namely learning rate 0.02, reduction learning rate (dec ?) 0.9, epoch 100, population number 30, number of generations 20, crossover rate 0.2, and mutation rate 0.1.

Abstract

Kerugian miliaran dollar setiap tahunnya dialami oleh bank yang disebabkan oleh Fraud. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kasus fraud yang dialami dunia perbankan dapat dilakukan dengan proses deteksi fraud. Pada proses deteksi Fraud, terdapat berbagai atribut PBF (Process Based Fraud) yang setiap atributnya memiliki dampak yang berbeda dalam mendeteksi fraud. Untuk menentukan bobot setiap atribut PBF digunakan metode MDL (Modified Digital Logic). Metode MDL menghasilkan attribute importance weights yang sesuai dengan dampak atribut PBF. Namun peran pakar masih sangat signifikan dalam menilai setiap attribute importance weights. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengubah prosedur penentuan bobot attribute importance weights dalam metode MDL dengan menambahkan metode Multiple Linear Regression (MLR). Dengan mengganti inputan yang sebelumnya diberikan oleh pakar menjadi perbandingan bobot atribut secara otomatis. Kemudian hasil dari kedua metode dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen, metode MLR menunjukkan persentase klasifikasi menggunakan semua attribute importance weights menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dengan akurasi sebesar 99,5%.

Abstract

The relocation of the capital city of Indonesia has now been inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on August 26, 2019, to Kalimantan, it is a new history in Indonesian history because it has never happened before, giving rise to many opinions or responses from the public. Sentiment analysis is an activity used to analyze a person's opinions or opinions on a topic. Twitter is a social media used to express user's opinions and united them on a topic. Support Vector Machine is a method of text mining which includes classification methods and Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency is a method of weighting characters. SVM and TF-IDF can be used to analyze public opinion sentiments on the topic of moving the Indonesian capital. The purpose of this study is to classify public opinion on the topic of moving the Indonesian capital from thousands of tweets that have been collected and filtered. Tweets that have been processed are 992 tweets from March 22-29, 2020 and, consist of 221 data with positive labels and 771 negative data. And using the SVM method which has an accuracy of 77.72% and combined with TFIDF which increases its accuracy to 78.33%.

Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi memicu tumbuhnya komunikasi digital bebasis Internet of Things (IoT). Kondisi ini mendukung berkembangnya perangkat smartphone yang memiliki kemampuan kerja komputer dalam bentuk minimalis. Salah satu produk smartphone yang banyak digunkan saat ini adalah smartphone berbasis android. Pengurus Daerah Dewan Masjid Indonesia (PD DMI) Kota Semarang mencoba manfaatkan kemajuan teknologi ini dengan membuat sebuah Aplikasi DMI Kota Semarang berbasis android untuk mengelola potesnsi masjid di di Kota Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelola semua informasi kepengurusan masjid daerah melalui sebuah Aplikasi DMI Kota Semarang berbasis Android, sehingga dapat digunakaan untuk mengembangkan potensi masjid dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat sekitar. Tahap pengemabangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode rekaysa perangkat lunak waterfall yang diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan aplikasi meliputi kebutuan fungsional dan non fungsional. Hasil dari analisa ini akan menghasilkan sebuah desain sistem yang akan digunakan sebagai acuan pembangunan aplikasi yang meliputi penulisan kode program, perancangan UI/ UX, pengujian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Semua tahapan ini akan diterapkan kedalam pengembangan sistem agar menghasilkan aplikasi android yang mudah digunkaan oleh user (user friendly) dan mampu menyajikan data dan informasi masjid seluruh Kota Semarang secara cepat
