Abstract

Rumah susun sederhana sewa Unlam Banjarbaru dibangun di Jalan Unlam 1 yang berdekatan dengan Kampus Unlam, di Kota Banjarbaru. Untuk mengoperasionalkan rumah susun sederhana sewa, perlu dana yang tidaklah kecil. Agar aset dan investasi tetap terjaga, diharapkan pendapatan dari biaya sewa rumah susun sederhana sewa dapat menutup biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan (OP). Dari perhitungan yang dilakuan didapat besarnya biaya sewa yang didasari dari 5 biaya dasar yaitu biaya iuran, biaya pajak, biaya pemeliharaan, biaya upah pengelola dan biaya asuransi yang kemudian semua biaya ditotalkan dan dibagi dengan jumlah kamar yang ada di rumah susun sederhana sewa banjarbaru.Dari Perhitungan didapat kesimpulan bahwa biaya yang dibebankan kepada penghuni rumah susun sederhana sewa adalah sebesar Rp. 433.000/bulannya

Abstract

Drawing studio at Program Study of Architecture of UNLAM at this moment was felt unsupported the studying process if evaluated from the available space concerning the moving space requirement, equipment of support facility ( for example the drawing desk, desk, locker, etc.), the furniture arrangement situation regarding the human being movement circulation. This study conducted in order to get a good drawing studio condition evaluated from equipment of furniture facility, moving space requirement and the furniture arrangement situation move and location arrange the furniture situation to amenity the circulation movement of people.Data analysing will be using comparison method and rule about equipment of furniture facility, the furniture arrangement and space between furniture in the standard regulation become the reference to be compared to existing condition. Data obtained by this study was the form of qualitative data and quantitative data will be analysed qualitative in the form of studio layout drawing.Base to the conducted study hence obtained the conclusion that equipment of furniture facility was lack in number, the existing furniture arrangement of drawing studio at this moment did not support the good atmosphere needed, and existing moving space available for circulation in this time did not reach the standard regulation requirement. Overall evaluation concerning the equipment of furniture facility, the furniture arrangement, and standard moving space circulation compared to the existing moving space, and also number of student, hence obtained the conclusion that wide of drawing studio at this moment cannot served the comfortable activity needed.

Abstract

One study on the effect of heating temperature, duration of heating and rapid cooling of the properties of hardness and microstructure of the steel hypoeutectoid. The study used a variation of heating temperature 780 ° C, 830 ° C, and 880 ° C with long holding time 2, 4 and 6 minutes, without any further heat treatment such as tempering. The maximum hardness value obtained is 62.7 HRC.This research was conducted in February 2015 through to completion. The research was carried out in several places that the sample preparation is done at home, while the hardness and microstructure test done at the Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Uniska Banjarmasin, research methods were conducted in this study to prepare materials, Prepare samples is 35x30 mm, heat treatment is temperature of 400 ° C, 500 ° C and 600 °  , hardness test method brinell, and test microstructure.Research shows Effect of temperature variations with different cooling media for violence leaf spring steel used is, to the best hardness value of the heating temperature of 400 ° C, 500 ° C and 600 ° C is at a temperature of 400 ° C with a cooling medium used is air which its average value is 272.2 HB from 252.8 HB to the average raw material and Influence of temperature variations with different cooling media on microstructure of steel leaf springs are used, namely, to the best hardness from the heating temperature of 400 ° C, 500 ° C and 600 ° C is at a temperature of 400 ° C with air cooling medium in which the average value of 13% pearlite and ferrite average value of 87 % of the average raw material and ferrite 10.43% pearlite 89.57%,Keywords: Hardness, Steel, Temperature, Cooling

Abstract

Krapyak Kulon is one of the kampong in Yogyakarta which is similar with the other kampongs.  Uniquely, it has three name of the street types at there, they are Jalan Rukun, Jalan Pertolongan and Gledekan.These kind of streets are part of the shared street. Shared street or integrated street on the dwelling area is a type of street which is suitable with the physical and social dwelling environment. Generally it is used for traffic, social interaction and daily activities. Shared street triggers new design configuration which increase social interaction, street safety, and  pedestrian movement. Shared street concept is one of the important concept in dwelling area design.Street with shared street type can be found in many part of the world with its own name and character. Shared street in Krapyak Kulon also has its own name and character. By knowing the character of the shared street in krapyak Kulon, it will give a good description the suitable character for the design of dwelling area in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the Southern Kalimantan lies the mountainous range which is calledMeratusMountain. In this mountain, there live Dayak Meratus tribe or more common with the name of Dayak Bukit tribe. The Dayak Bukit tribe has a traditional house named Rumah Balai. At present Rumah Balai has abandoned the heritage values that given from the ancestors.The traditional houses have vernacular values however if the tradition values has been abandoned has it still the vernacular values? To answer this problem this study analyzes the vernacular values of Rumah Balai with the limitation on the local material as the realization of vernacular values toward the traditional Rumah Balai of Dayak Bukit tribe.This study formulates turner’s theory (2002) about the establishment of vernacular architecture to find out the concept of local material as the realization of vernacular values of Rumah Balai of Dayak Bukit tribe as well as how is the implementation of local material as the realization of vernacular values in Rumah Balai of that Dayak Bukit tribe.By applying the qualitative rationalistic can be found that the concept of local material in Rumah Balai of Dayak Bukit tribe includes the sacred values because there are rules and norm. Meanwhile the implementation of local material as vernacular values is since on the structure and construction system as the result of local knowledge of Dayak Bukit tribe.

Abstract

Membrane for the production of potable water are becoming an increasingly viable alternative to conventional treatment trains.  Membranes can produce water at a quality better than supplied by current traditional process.  Microfiltration membranes can effectively remove turbidity, particles and suspended solids from raw water.  Fouling by organics and turbidity on membranes can severely limit their potential usage with surface water resources.  Fouling results in a flux decline, increased operating pressure and cleaning frequency.The purpose of this study is to assess the membrane performance based on flux and rejection capacity.  Suspended Solid concentration clearly effects the flux decline but not significantly effects rejection capacity.  Other parameters like operating pressure and acidity effect the optimum condition of membrane operation.

Abstract

Dye removal from sasirangan textile wastewater by using commercially available activated carbon in a batch reactor was studied. This research explores the effect of  activated carbon dosing and contact time on the condition of constant pH and stirring speed toward the effectiveness of dye removal. The results showed that the effectiveness of dye removal of 20.75% - 39.16% with the optimum contact time of 60 minutes and the pattern of dye adsorption by activated carbon in this study were more likely to follow the model of Langmuir Isotherms with a maximum adsorption capacity of 29.412 mg/g.

PT. Dock & amp; perkapalan kodja nautical ( persero ) shipyard banjarmasin is a company that move in ship industry, development for shipbuilding industry large enough aims to meet the needs of countries will ships as a country maritime .In doing their activities, company got a job as the construction of ships new, work a serviceman a ship etc. The field of that is associated with welding, welding identical also with a flaw and fraud especially on the part affected a serviceman . Testing impermeability a tank were done in order to the examination of the possibility of mismanagement of a connection is welding and why ensure the quality of welds, an adequate number of qualified to leakage in the connection las can be seen from that there was an indication who occuring when testing done in the same manner .There are several a method of testing, and among the companies were a method of lime oil , water test and a vacuum test drives in .Chalk test drives in / lime oil is a method of welding stability testing traditional tank , water pressure test drives in is a method of welding stability testing a tank by the principle of the compressed air and a vacuum test drives in also made use of of the nature of soapy water , only on the implementation of the activity a method of testing is provided by way of an instrument a vacuum box shaped with one of the sides open and one of the sides made from the materials of glass . In the process of testing kekedapan welding a method of the most accurate in a reading of a point to leakage in connection las that is a method of water pressure test/the compressed air with flattened flattened a reading of a point leakage is more than 1 in any its testing. A method of tests need time in at least the process that is a method of vacuum test and water pressure test.Testing first method vacuum test 1.15 hours and water pressure test by 0.47 hours. Testing second method vacuum test 1.30 hours and water pressure test 1.20 hours. Testing third method vacuum test 0.40 hours and water pressure test 0.50 hours. Testing fourth method vacuum test 1.15 hours and water pressure test 1.20 hours. Testing fifth method vacuum test .30 hours and water pressure test 0.37 hours. Testing sixth method vacuum test 1.40 hours and water pressure test 1.30 hours.

Abstract

Penggunaan beton ready-mix pada proyek pembangunan ruko di Kota Banjarbaru mulai banyak bermunculan, namun masih ada yang menggunakan beton olah di tempat.  sehingga perlu diteliti mana yang lebih efektif dan efisien, ditinjau dari waktu, biaya, dan pengawasan mutu antara beton ready-mix dan beton olah di tempat. Pada penelitian ini diambil sampel ruko yang berada di kota Banjarbaru yang menggunakan beton ready-mix dan masih dalam tahap pengerjaan, untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan pengamatan di lapangan.  Data-data lain yang diperlukan diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah maupun swasta.  Data-data tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung selisih waktu pengecoran, selisih total biaya adukan beton, dan perbandingan pengawasan mutu.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan beton ready-mix mempercepat waktu pengecoran namun lebih mahal dibandingkan beton olah di tempat.  Pengawasan mutu pada pembangunan ruko dengan beton olah di tempat tidak menggunakan slump test dan benda uji, sebaliknya untuk beton ready-mix
