Abstract

PT. Kalianda Golden Bunker is a new company that is concerned in the Agent and Transportir Fuel Industry requires a variety of information about the stock and the proceeds to the analysis report for the leadership for the purposes of report generation, so it requires a data processing program fuel stocks as well as the sale of fuel Industrial oils suitable to be applied there. Documenting stocks and selling fuel industry is a problem frequently encountered in the PT. Kalianda Golden Bunker, this problem arises because of the difficulty of counting the large data and the lack of checks on the data that already exists, so the frequent errors in the calculation of stock and the sale of such fuel. The algorithm used in this study is the back propagation algorithm Neural Network. Based on its function, neural networks aims to solve a problem with learning techniques. Neural Network is a computing technology, does not provide a miracle but if used properly will produce a remarkable result, the ability of Neural Network in solving complex problems has been demonstrated in a wide variety of research issues such as data analysis, meteorology, pattern recognition, system control , stock market predictions and so forth (Yani, 2005)The results of this study are expected method using a Neural Network Backpropagation algorithm can determine the number of purchases and sales of industrial fuel in the company to obtain a more accurate calculation of the data. Abstract

Among several cruise lines, Madura Strait is one of the densest cruise shipping course that also has a high risk of accidents. According to marine accident report data, in the range of 1995 - 2010 is about 311 marine accidents happened. Accidents due to collision reached 48.5% of total accidents that occur so the impact of collision analysis is important to do. From the source of Pelindo III stated, in period of the 2008-2013, there are 20,582 ship / year passing through Madura strait channel.Traffic based models is an accident frequency calculation approach that tailored to technical standards, environmental conditions, and the density of aquatic traffic in an area. Through this method can be estimated the frequency of collision accidents, aggregates and also the intersection of a specific area. Based on the value of Pc on the Madura Strait (APBS) with the value of Nm, where Nm = 3, there are some values obtained, for Head On obtained Pa = 1.819 E-06, for Crossing obtained Pa = 1.304 E-06 and for Overtaking obtained Pa = 6.299 E-06. Accidents due to Overtaking is the highest accident type of calculation, this is because Pc value is the greatest in APBS path in Inner Channel.

Abstract

SNI 03-2847-2002 requirement that the water used in the concrete mix should be clean and free of damaging substances containing oil, acids, alkalis, salts, organic matter, or other substances harmful to concrete or reinforcement. But in fact, often we see the use of water as an ingredient in concrete mixtures that do not follow the requirements of SNI. Work in the field often use water that is in that location without regard to the content that is in them that would negatively affect the compressive strength of the concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of water contained in the PDAM water, brackish water in the estuary of the Barito, peat water in the area Sambang Lihum, Martapura river water, Polder Alabio water, and water wells in the area Banjarbaru. This test uses several tools, pH Meter to determine levels of acid and alkali in the water, EC Meter to determine levels of salt in the water, and Water Quality Meters to determine water quality. As for the sulfate content in water testing performed Basic Laboratory Faculty of Science, University of Mangkurat, Banjarbaru. On water quality testing, only Brackish Water samples in estuaryof the Barito ineligible pH and salinity, whereas the content of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) Brackish Water samples in the estuary of the Barito and Water Wells in Banjarbaru ineligible the standard. Abstract

The quality of river water is strongly related to human activities in it. Changesin the condition of water quality in the river flow are the effects of the dischargefrom existing land use. One of them is sand mining activities along the SerayuRiver, especially around Tumiyang, Kebasen, Banyumas Regency. Activitiesfrom sand mining will cause a decrease in river water quality. From this activity,it is necessary to study the status of water quality using the STORET method todetermine the quality of river water so that the river can be utilized in accordancewith the applicable designation. The STORET method is one method for determining water quality data withwater quality standards in accordance with the appointment of Minister ofEnvironment Decree No.115 2003. This research is a quantitative descriptivestudy to determine the water quality of the Serayu river in the sand of miningareas precisely in Banyumas Regency. The parameters measured in this studywere measurements of Total Disolved Solid (TDS), temperature, pH, andElectrical Conductivity. Determining the location of taking water using apurposive sampling method.Based on the results of data analysis using the Storet method and refers to thequality standards of Government Regulation No.20 of 1990 Group D. Waterquality in Serayu River has a total score of 9 after sand mining. This shows thequality status of the lightly polluted Serayu river (-1 to -10). But still in class Band the river water quality level is still in good condition. There are temperatureparameters that exceed the threshold of 25 - 32oC, but the TDS, DHL and pHparameters are still within the threshold of designation in Group D.

Abstract

Fossil fuels need to be replaced with alternative energy sources such as household waste, used cooking oil. This research utilizes household waste such as used cooking oil as an alternative fuel. In this research biodiesel used waste cooking oil mixed with diesel with a percentage of 50%: 50%, 60%: 40%, 70%: 30%, 80%: 20%, and 90%: 10%. The mixture of waste cooking oil and diesel biodiesel was then made into a 1 mm droplet grain, then a droplet combustion test was carried out. The test results show that the value of ignition delay time increases with increasing percentage of biodiesel used waste cooking oil. The burning rate value increases with the increase in the percentage of used waste cooking oil biodiesel. The temperature value increases with the increasing percentage of biodiesel used waste cooking oil. The maximum fire height value that can be achieved decreases with increasing percentage of used waste cooking oil biodiesel.
