Abstract

Twitter sebagai microblogging merupakan sebuah situs yang berformat sebagai jaringan informasi yang dapat memungkinkan penggunanya untuk berbagi informasi dalam bentuk 140 karakter tulisan. Namun faktanya, pada perkembangan situs tersebut  masyarakat menganggap bahwa twitter adalah jejaring sosial yang penggunaanya pun sama dengan facebook yakni sebagai jejaring sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kecenderungan isi pesan kategori topic of tweet dalam akun twitter @Yusuf_Mansur dan penggunaan fungsi twitter bagi seorang da’i seperti Yusuf_Mansur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara systematic random sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 162 tweet post orang yang diambil dari akumulasi tweet post selama 7 hari dalam rentang waktu 26 Januari – 25 Februari 2015. Dari hasil uji unit analisis tematik dan sintaksis maka diperoleh kecenderungan isi pesan dengan kategori sosial, event, informasi keagamaan kehidupan pribadi dan bisnis dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa hampir seluruh dari isi tweet post Yusuf Mansur menyatakan tentang aspek sosial dan  menggunakan twitter sebagaimana penggunaan jejaring social facebook. Fungsi sosial (pergaulan) cenderung mendominasi melebihi fungsi utamanya yakni sebagai jaringan informasi. Meskipun memang isi tweet post Yusuf Mansur tidak mengabaikan fungsi utama situs twitter yaitu sebagai sumber informasi dan berita (an information network). Adapun implikasi yang dapat diberikan untuk penggunaan situs twitter tersebut yakni dapat difungsikan sebagaimana fungsi awalnya sehingga tidak lantas tergantikan degan fungsi-fungsi lainnya hanya karena alasan mengikuti trend dan perkembangan zaman. Pengguna media sosial pun diharapkan mampu menggunakan sosial media sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Optimizing the Performance of South Sulawesi Dompet Dhuafa Against Poverty Alleviation in Makassar City. This study aims to determine the efforts made Dompet Dhuafa in poverty alleviation in the city of Makassar and to find out the problems experienced by Dompet Dhuafa in poverty alleviation in the city of Makassar.This type of research is a qualitative research with research approach used is the approach of sociology and communication approach is the data source of this research is the employees of Dompet Dhuafa Sulsel. Furthermore, data collection methods used are observation, interview, documentation and reference search. Processing techniques and data analysis is done through four stages: data reduction, data presentation, comparison analysis techniques and conclusions drawing.The results of this study indicate that there are several efforts made by Dompet Dhuafa in poverty alleviation in Makassar City are: Looking for private donors and CSR funds of companies in Makassar. The collected funds are used in the fields of education, health and economic empowerment through independent institutions or free courses for the unemployed so as to better develop the skills they have.  Keywords "Dompe Dhuafa Can Alleviate Poverty"

Abstract

This study merupakaan review of the study of community empowerment in the context of urban phenomenon (urban) complex problems. Arrangement of cities that implicate the healthy lifestyle and clean, is an agenda in building collective awareness. Participation in waste management becomes a comprehensive performance framework for every urban, major city of Makassar. The community discourse in Makassar City related to waste management is a participatory public policy narrative. The Jargon "Makassar Towards the City of the World" needs to be manifested in a suistanable development performance. Reflections from the main jargon are fragmented in the waste policy of "Makassar Not Rantasa (MTR)". Terminology "Makassar Not Rantasa (MTR)" is considered as a locally based discourse of participation. So this research will study descriptively with some approach of study of community empowerment. Based on the result of the research, Firstly, structurally, waste management in Kota Makassar runs regulatively, achievement in cleanliness and garbage like Adipura 2015 shows good waste management. However, technically, the Makassar Program No Rantasa as a waste management is still considered to be ineffective and efficient, the garbage service program is still experiencing problems in the field, such as the provision of garbage bins, garbage fleet which still reap the problem, which is not all the amount of waste generation transported that happens is the accumulation of several points in the city of Makassar. Both participation-based waste management has not touched the public's awareness. Community empowerment and involvement is only at the technical level and the mechanism of transporting waste. Empowerment has not touched on the level of participation in initiating innovation of waste management. The policy model has not yet described the existence of public consultation in solidifying waste management, major in the zero waste program (minimizing waste volume from source). Encouraging community collective awareness through waste-related empowerment models does not yet have a suistanable framework. Therefore, there is an impasse on the level of praxis in the development of future waste management. Innovation and initiation of community-based waste management (institutional) has not been welcomed and received a positive response by the government of Makassar as a form of sustainability of waste management. because the waste management framework is still understood as a conventional and circulative conventional performance dimensionKeywords: Participation, Waste Management and Empowerment

Abstract

Essentially human beings are religious beings (homoreligius) and fithrahnya humans are spiritual beings who always strive to always exist in a healthy mental condition, in order to live happy, born and inner. It has the perfect spiritual intelligence potential to achieve 'spiritual wellness', that is, the happiness of true life as a form of divine grace. That is why Guidance and Counseling services as a form of interpersonal relationships should adhere to religious values when helping, directing, and guiding individuals to develop spiritual intelligence to achieve meaningful life and complete and integrated happiness. Abstract

Poverty Reduction Strategy (Perspective of Socio-Economic Communities) examines the factors causing poverty, and poverty alleviation strategies. This research method uses a kind of qualitative approach that is done intensive, in-depth, detailed and comprehensive with the stages of doing exploration where the target of research by using phenomenology method, then formulate theories that lead researchers to seek more in the issues studied, while the technique data collection is natural setting with the sense that expected what kind of events experienced by individuals and not influenced by the presence of researchers in the family. Besides that, descriptive data were collected, in-depth interviews, documentation study observation and Miles and Huberman model data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that the causes of poverty are institutional and policy factors, limiting factors of natural resources, factors in the community, the lack of opportunity plus the mental attitude that resigned to the situation, lazy beker je and trying and lain.Sedangkan government efforts in alleviating poverty that is training and special education, mental guidance towards independence and the kretivitas of the poor, and others. In poverty alleviation besides the perspective of populist economy, there is also a socio-cultural perspective and even a religious perspective can also be effective in encouraging and motivating people to get out of the crush of poverty.Keywords: "Training and creativity of the community is the poverty eradication"

Abstract

Islam is a proselytizing religion. Islam developed in the midst of the people throughout  the world through preaching. The success of Islamic propagation in inviting people to the right path, partly because Islam does not discriminate against race, nation, ethnicity and culture. Abstract

In general, Islamic education is directed in  attempt to guide and develop the potential of human nature that he can portray himself as a servant of Allah the most devout. But in reality human beings as individuals had different  level of skills, time  and  opportunities. Therefore, in Islam various educational systems were developed  in order to be able to guide people (society) in accordance with the command of Allah. One of the educational and community-based learning groups and is currently growing and growing is Islamic educational institution called Islamic assembly. This assembly  is a non-formal educational institution in Islam. It becomes a religious cultural phenomenon that grows and develops in the Indonesian Muslim community. Abstract

This study aims to answer the question of how the form of gender equality resistance described by Nurul Ilmi Idrus in my Suaraku Ekspres Book through the analysis of the discourse of Teun A. Van Djik model.Based on research focus and methodological aspects, the type of research used is qualitative research because it is considered relevant as a research method to analyze a problem about the construction of gender equality values in my Suaraku Ekspres Book written by Nurul Ilmi Idrus. The research location of the researcher is more unbound because it is a literature research. The time used in this research process is two months from November to January 2018. The approach in this research is the approach of study of discourse analysis of Teun A. Van Djik model, that is approach which see text factor as important element in discourse.Based on the result of this research is the construction of gender equality values in the book Suaraku Eskpresiku by Nurul Imi Idrus it can be concluded that the form of gender equality is divided into three forms, namely; First, the form of gender equality in education where men and women have equal opportunities to get a decent education. Second, the form of gender equality in the household. Thirdly, the form of gender equality in social society ie Men and women alike have equal opportunity to enter into organization, to lead a mass media, have rights in conveying ideas, thoughts related to social condition of society

Abstract

The Role of Parents on Children's Health In Sinjai District aims to describe the things parents do about the health of the child's diet and other techniques. This research method uses a kind of qualitative approach that is done intensive, in-depth, detailed and comprehensive with the stages of doing exploration where the target of research by using phenomenology method, then formulate theories that lead researchers to seek more in the issues studied, while the technique data collection is natural setting with the sense that expected what kind of events experienced by individuals and not influenced by the presence of researchers in the family. Besides, the data were collected descriptive, in-depth interviews, observations (meticulous responses to pure sensory level), and documentation studies and data analysis techniques with Miles and Huberman's model of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the role of parents who tekait health done since the child was born so that parents avoid the disease parents parents "bingkasadan and children not asittang, Breastfeeding related ASI first child after birth, children's treatment of varying feeding schedule, play time or playground of the child, even the health of the parent's pregnancy. Keywords: Parents Extremely Role In Children's Health
