Abstract

Model of empowerment of cattle farmers through the program (Corporate Social Responsibilty) Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty.Ltd and to determine the effectiveness of this program to empower cattle farmers in Gilireng District, Wajo Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a sociological approach that is indispensable in research as an effort to systematically identify and study social phenomena that exist in public relations. primary data sources obtained based on the results of interviews with informants and secondary data sources collected through relevant books and documents, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data display (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that there are two models of cattle farmer empowerment used in this program, namely the Rolling Cattle Empowerment Model, and the Cattle Fattening Empowerment Model. The effectiveness of this program itself can be said to be successful, in addition to the objectives of this program being well implemented, the community also experienced an increase in the quality of life to be much better before joining this program. This is indicated by the increase in people's income which has an effect on increasing the economy.

Abstract

The Role of the Family Hope Program Facilitator on Community Empowerment and the Facilitator's Obstacles in the Role of the Hopeful Family Program for the Empowerment of the Poor. This research is a qualitative research with Sociological approach method, while the location of this research is in Lassang Barat Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takalar Regency. The sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection methods are by observation, interviews, and documentation. Research instruments using cameras, notebooks, recording devices, and interview guidelines. After all the data is collected, the researcher then analyzes the data with data reduction. Presentation of data (data display), and drawing conclusions (drawing conclusion). The results of this study indicate that the roles of PKH facilitators in Lassang Barat Village are: 1). The role of the facilitator during the initial meeting and data validation, 2). The role of the facilitator during verification of eligibility, 3). The role of the facilitator during data updating, 4) The role of the facilitator when facilitating the process complaints and, 5). The role of the companion during routine assistance. The obstacles for companions in the role of the Family Hope Program in West Lassang Village are divided into 3 obstacles, namely obstacles when providing understanding to the people who receive PKH assistance. The two obstacles faced by the facilitators were differences of opinion with the local government. The three obstacles faced by the facilitator are the lack of rest time for the companion.

Abstract

Empowerment of farmer groups through the manufacture of organic fertilizer is part of the strategy for strengthening the capacity of farmer groups through the manufacture of organic fertilizers. This type of research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources obtained based on interviews with relevant parties in the field and secondary data, namely data sources collected from relevant books and documents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis was carried out through five stages, namely: Making a list of expressions (bracketing), reduction and elimination, creating clusters, validating and making individual textural descriptions. The results showed that the strategy of strengthening the capacity of farmer groups through the manufacture of organic fertilizers in Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, namely: a) Human resource development strategy, b) Capacity development strategy in meeting needs, c) Providing facilities assistance, and d) Quality development fertilizer. Besides having the benefits of a strategy to strengthen the capacity of farmer groups in producing organic fertilizers such as human resource development, aspects of natural resources, social aspects, economic aspects.

Abstract

Community assistance in an effort to develop salt farmers' businesses lies in the concept of community assistance that is applied. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis method where empowerment in this research is carried out through a sociological approach from various series of activities such as observation, interviews and documentation. And supported by various sources of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Community assistance strategies in efforts to develop salt farmers' businesses in Jeneponto district are broadly divided into four aspects, namely cooperation between the sub-district government and farmer groups, strengthening capital and human resources, developing marketing, and strengthening potential salt farming. 2) The impact of community assistance by farmer groups in the effort to develop salt farmers' businesses in Jeneponto district, salt farmers are able to grow and develop more independent salt farmer groups, the development of human resources, one of which is in terms of knowledge, but in terms of technological capabilities and increasing economic level not running optimally.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to empower the economic community of corn farmers based on farmer groups. This study uses a qualitative type of research, using a sociological approach located in Barugaya Village, North Polongbangkeng District, Takalar Regency. The data sources in this study are based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques carried out are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of economic empowerment of the corn farming community based on farming groups in Barugaya Village is through deliberation that has been successfully carried out by the government supported by the community who are members of farmer groups then counseling and training is carried out by the agricultural office and finally carried out capacity development in empowerment through farmer groups but several obstacles that occur are low public awareness to participate, limited land and budget, uncertain market prices and uncertain weather.

Abstract

The method of mentoring youth groups for people with physical disabilities and the elderly. This study uses a qualitative research type using a sociological approach. Sources of data in this study based on primary data sources and secondary data. The instruments in this study were directly by using several field instruments in collecting data, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. After all the data has been collected, the writer analyzes the data by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the youth organizations in the Tamarunang sub-district provided assistance by using the youth assistance method for persons with physical disabilities and the elderly in the Tamarunang sub-district, namely: (a) the consultation method, (b) the learning method, (c) the transformation method and (d) the partnership method. . The obstacles experienced by youth organizations when providing assistance to people with physical disabilities and the elderly are (a) the lack of human resources (human resources) for youth members in each region, (b) low support from the local community, and (c) sources of funds.

Abstract

The role of mosque youth through the management of hot spring ecotourism. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, using a sociological approach. The data sources of this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources, then the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: first, the role of mosque youth in improving the community's economy through ecotourism management of the Samaenre hot springs, Kec. Mallawa Kab. Maros is the management of hot spring ecotourism in maintaining tickets, maintaining the cleanliness of the hot spring pool, being a tourist guide, helping market oyster mushrooms. Second, the obstacles faced by mosque youth in managing ecotourism in hot springs are the lack of knowledge about ecotourism management, mosque youth have not seen the otential of ecotourism as their main livelihood, lack of mosque youth time, weather factors and natural conditions, and the lack of community participation.

Abstract

Ecotourism development strategy through community participation in the form of community participation. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a sociological approach which is located at the Topejawa beach tourist attraction, Topejawa Village, Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency. The sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that community participation plays a very important role in developing ecotourism on the coast of Tojawa. Starting from the proposal of policies and expectations from the community to increase their economic income is a gift for some people who can work in these tourist attractions, community participation in the field of facilities and infrastructure is very influential. The community as labor is the spearhead of a job, especially for this tourist attraction which requires quite a lot of energy and hard work in it.
