Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara jumlah penduduk dengan jumlah kendaraan, jumlah kendaraan dengan jumlah kecelakaan, dan jumlah kecelakaan dengan biaya kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Banda Aceh.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2016.Data tersebut diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan website lainnya.Data diolah menggunakan metode analisis regres linear berganda namun dilakukan secara berjenjang (stepwise regression). Dari hasil uji OLS dan menggunakan nilai probabilitas 5% bahwa jumlah penduduk dengan jumlah kendaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0.0001, jumlah kendaraan dengan jumlah kecelakaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0.0036, jumlah kecelakaan dengan biaya kecelakaan lalu lintas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0.006.Kata Kunci :Lalu lintas, Biaya Kecelakaan, Banda Aceh

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja langsung dan IPM terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan variabel belanja langsung, IPM, dan kemiskinan. Data yang di gunakan adalah data time series tahunan yaitu tahun 2001-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang sesuai dengan rumusan masalah dan tujuan masalah adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja langsung berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, sedangkan IPM berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian F hitung variabel belanja langsung dan ipm secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh. Dengan Demikian, semakin tinggi alokasi belanja langsung pada APBD menyebabkan semakin bagus sumber daya manusia sehingga dapat pengurangi ataupun mengentaskan kemiskinan.Kata Kunci: Belanja langsung, IPM, dan Kemiskinan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh Sektor Unggulan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagan Raya,terdapat dua metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu yang pertama analisis Location Quotient untuk melihat sektor unggulan  di Kabupaten Nagan Raya setelah itu dilanjutkan denganmetodeOrdinary Least Square (OLS) dengan menggunakan data kuartalan dari 2010:1 sampai 2016:4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwavariabelSektor Pertaniandan Sektor Pertambangan merupakan sektor basis di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision making of modern retailers location and to find the distribution pattern of modern retail in Banda Aceh. Primary data obtained by questionnaire distribution techniques to retailers in Banda Aceh, as 64 retailers, while secondary data obtained from goverment agencies in Banda Aceh. This study uses two data analysis models, first, to look the factors that influence the decision of modern retail locations in Banda Aceh using factor analysis with SPSS, while to see the pattern of retail distribution using the analysis of the  nearest neighbor analysis. The results of this study reveal that demographic, socioeconomic, psychographic, accessibility, business competition and demand changes influence the decision on the choice of retail locations in Banda Aceh and the pattern of retail distribution in Banda Aceh tends to clust, which tends to approach road networks and tend to gather in the center of City. It is hoped that this research can manage the distribution of retail more evenly in various regions of Banda Aceh, by organizing the distance between retail, further developing retail in the periphery and creating a new growth center to solve competition in the city center.Keywords: Location, Distribution Pattern, Modern Retail, Factor Analysis, Nearest Neighbor Analysis

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the contribution of the fisheries sub-sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in East Aceh region. The objective of this research is to identify the contribution of GRDP of fisheries subsector to economic growth in East Aceh region. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative descriptive model with time series data from 2012-2016. This research was conducted in East Aceh region. The result reveals that contribution of the fisheries subsector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product in East Aceh region is decreasing significantly from 2012 to 2016. The average of fisheries sub-sector contribution to GRDP is approximately 11.87 %. However, fisheries sub-sector is accounted as a sector that has the highest contribution by 24.58 % to GRDP in East Aceh region compared to other Agricultural sub-sectors. Abstract

Abstract The Central Government is seriously concerned with equitable development and development in all regions of Indonesia, including in the energy distribution. This study aims to determine the effect of the availability of electrical energy on economic growth in Aceh Province which is seen through GRDP. This study use secondary data through institutions and agencies related to the data used is data on the availability of electrical energy and GDP of Aceh Province. The analysis model use the Simple Linear Regression analysis method with the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing to get maximum results. The results of this study indicate that the availability of electricity influences economic growth in Aceh Province, and it can be seen that any increase in the variable availability of electrical energy will affect economic growth as seen from the increase in GRDP. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the positive externalities arising from the existence of Lampuuk beach attractions to the Lampuuk societies. Respondents in this study were traders directly affected by the Lampuuk beach attractions of 76 respondents and 4 village officials as support data. They are lampuuk societies also and feel the benefits of Lampuuk beach attractions. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that positive externalities were economic and social benefits. Economic benefits are opening up jobs that absorbed labor from the lampuuk resident, rise the incomes for the lampuuk societies, the four villages treasuries in lampuuk area and lampuuk area treasury, improve the welfare of the lampuuk societies, and increased the PAD of Aceh Besar district, while the social benefits is strengthened the good relationship inter-villages in lampuuk area. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to see the influence of Indonesian interest rates, American interest rates, Indonesian inflation, American inflation, and BOP position towards rupiah exchange rate. The data used in this study are secondary data such as rupiah exchange rate data, Indonesian and American interest rates, Indonesian and American inflation, and Indonesian BOP during 2003-2017. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model or multiple linear regression to see the effects of Indonesian interest rates, American interest rates, Indonesian inflation, American inflation, and BOP. The results of this research concluded that Indonesian interest rates, American inflation rates, and Indonesian BOP have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate, where the increases of Indonesian interest rates, American inflation rates, and Indonesian BOP will decrease the nominal of rupiah or appreciation of rupiah towards US dollar. But in this study, Indonesian inflation rates and American interest rates have a positive but unsignificant effect.Keywords: Exchange Rate, Inflation rate, Interest rate, BOP, Monetary Concentration

Abstract

Abstract The Central Government is seriously concerned with equitable development from the village level, specifically those listed in the State Budget (APBN) that gave birth to a program, namely village funds. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of allocating village funds to poverty in Bener Meriah Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, namely research that uses data collection methods obtained directly from respondents through interviews, and uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS Model. The results of the study indicate that the management of village funds in Bener Meriah Regency is still not optimal to be able to reduce poverty. Infrastructure development is the main thing that must be focused on in order to create easy and affordable access that can be seen from the help of village needs which leads to increased village income and reducing poverty.Keywords:Village funds, effectiveness, poverty, allocation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of district / city infrastructure (bridges) in aceh province on the economy in aceh province, where infrastructure will absorb labor, so in this study there are 1 dependent variable and 2 independent variables, gdp as the dependent variable in this study while bridge length and number of workers as independent variables. Based on the multiple linear regression model, using panel data from 23 districts / cities in aceh from 2011 to 2015 and also using the fixed effect model (fem) approach. The results show that the variable effect of bridge length does not have a significant effect on the aceh province grdp while the number of workers has a positive and significant influence on the aceh province grdp.Keywords:   Infrastructure, Bridges, And Economy In Aceh Province, and Fixed Effect Model.
