Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze differences in income, business capital, operational costs, labor and working hours of the culinary business during and after Covid-19 in Banda Aceh. Determination of the sample using purposive random sampling technique with a total sample of 73 respondents and using the different test analysis method. This analysis uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test to test the mean differences of two non-parametric paired samples. The results showed that all variables experienced an increase after Covid-19 subsided. Variables that experienced an increase of more than 50 percent were income, business capital and own capital, operational costs for electricity and water costs, labor, and working hours. Business capital from third parties, government assistance, and operational costs in labor wages and rental costs have increased by around 20 percent in post-Covid-19. It is hoped that the government will pay more attention to implementing policies regarding venture capital assistance to MSMEs in the new normal or post-Covid-19 era. This is due to the low number of business actors who receive assistance from the government.Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Culinary Business Income, Wilcoxon Test.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze how the influence of the labor force participation rate, unemployment rate, and education level on economic growth in Aceh Province. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely panel data consisting of 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province from 2015 to 2020. The method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that the open unemployment rate and education level partially have a significant effect on economic growth in Aceh Province, labor force participation rate has not partially affected economic growth in Aceh Province. As a government can improve the quality and quantity at the education level to be better, the government can adopt policies that can increase employment so that there is no increase in the unemployment rate, especially in Aceh Province. It is hoped that the government can carry out more in-depth supervision of the program to overcome problems at the education level and unemployment rate in order to create better economic growth in Aceh Province.Keywords : Economic Growth, Labor Force Participation Rate, Unemployment Rate, Education Level.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research consists in in Aceh Province of the variables of economic growth, population density, and poverty, the data used is in the form of annual time series data, namely 2000-2021, which comes from the Aceh Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods with the data analysis technique Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) which is in line with the problem formulation and research objectives. The results of the research show that in the short term, the variables of economic growth and population density together harm poverty. Then the variables of poverty and population density together harm economic growth in the short term. Meanwhile, the variables of poverty and economic growth individually have opposite effects in the long run. This explains that these three variables are important factors in the economy. It is hoped that the government will be able to create accelerated economic growth to offset the growth in population density so that it can significantly reduce the poverty rate.Keywords: Economic Growth, Population Density, Poverty

Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed to determine how deep the contribution of the agricultural sector in Aceh Province to the involvement of workforce. The data used in this study are secondary data and panel data consisting of time series data from 2011-2021 and cross section data of 9 districts and cities in Aceh Province which were obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Aceh (DPMPTSP) and Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). The analytical method used in this study is ARDL panel. The results showed that in the short term of PDRB variable and investment level variables had a negative and insignificant effect on the involvement of employment in the agricultural sector. In the long term, the variables of PDRB and the level of investment have a positive and significant effect on the involvement of employment in the agricultural sector.Keywords: PDRB of the agricultural sector, the level of investment, and workforce involvement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the impact of the religious tourism object of the Baiturrahman GreatMosq ue on the income of local traders before and d uring the Covid 19 pandemic. The analysisused is quantitative using the chi square test method with crosstab as well as a comparativeanalysis of the income of traders around before and during the Covid 19 pan demic using thepaired simp le t test method . The results of the study show that each test variable in theBaiturrahman Gre at Mosque Religious Tourism has a positive relationship to merchant income asevidenced by the chi square significance results in the pre pandemic period, there were 2insignificant variables while during the pandemic there were 4 insignific ant variables. This resultshows acceptance of the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between religioustourism and merchant income. Comparison of the income level of traders before and during thecovid pandemic shows a change in the incom e level of traders. This research is limited to samplesselected by the criteria for the type of merchandise i n the form of clothing, souvenirs and f ood, itis hoped that further researchers can expand the study with samples for traders with other types ofmerchandiseKEYWORDS: Religious Tourism, Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Business Activity Income.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the utility level of BSI Mobile application services in Banda Aceh City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study were customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Banda Aceh City with a sample size of 84 customers using snowball sampling. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model to analyze the utility level of BSI Mobile application services in Banda Aceh City with the variables of efficiency, convenience and security. The results of this study indicate that the variable efficiency of use, variable comfort and security variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the utility level of BSI Mobile services in the city of Banda Aceh. It is hoped that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) can redevelop the BSI Mobile application with service and security features so that customers can more easily and of course feel safe when using the BSI Mobile application.Keywords: Utility, Efficiency of Use, Security, Convenience, Internet Banking.
