Abstract

Abstract: This sudy aims to measure the influence of passion on organizational citizenship behavior at teachers of SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh with organizational commitment as mediating variable. Sampling method in this sudy using saturation sampling with 57 respondents. The result showed that obsessive passion was unrelated to organizational citizenship behavior, while harmonious passion to organizational citizenship behavior has positively and significantly. Obsessive passion was unrelated to affective commitment, while harmonious passion has a significant positive relationship on affective commitment. Affective commitment has significent positive relationship on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment doesn’t mediate the relationship between obsessive passion on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment mediated partially the relationship between harmonious passion and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the aplication of financial management in several villages in Pariaman City and  compare the three villages from the highest, medium and lowest realization levels. Furthmore, this study aims to examine what factors affect the high and low realization  off village spending. This research is a qualitative research through  data reduction method, data display and drawing conclutions and verification is used as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that 3 people in the village appratus still lack understanding of how to manage village finances, what stage should be done, and lack of understanding and explain what evaluation tools are used at each stage of financial management. Factors that influence the achievement of village expenditure realization are strong collaboration between village officials, discipline of village officials, and village’s human resources. In research conducted in three villages in Pariaman City, it can be judged that with such a large responsibility from the village, but not supported by adequate human resources and high work commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the Effect of Promotional Tools on Consumer Buying Behavior in Retail Markets at Customers of Suzuya Mall, Banda Aceh City. The samples used in this study were people who had shopped at the Suzuya mall in Banda Aceh, totaling 140 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis of data testing and analysis is done by using version 22 of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) device with multiple regression formulations. The results of this research show that Coupon has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, then Price Discount has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, then Free Sample has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, and Buy One Get One Free has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior.Keywords: Promotional Tools, Coupon, Price Discount, Free Sample, Buy One Get One Free, Consumer Buying Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic factor and bank specific factor to non performing loan in banking companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The macroeconomic factor that seen from inflation and bank specific factors are represented by indicators of operational expense to operating income (BOPO), bank size (size), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity (ROE) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).This study uses panel data of 35 banking companies in Indonesia during the period of 2013 until 2016 and were analyzed using the estimation method, Ordinary Least Square (OLS).The results showed that : (1) Inflation has negative effect and significant to NPL; (2) BOPO has positive effect and significant to NPL; (3) Size has positive effect and significant to NPL; (4) CAR has negative effect but not significant to NPL; (5) ROE has negative effect and significant to NPL; (6) LDR has positive effect and significant to NPL in banking industry of Indonesia.Keywords: Inflation, BOPO, size, CAR, ROE, LDR and NPL.

Abstract

Abstrack:This study aims to determine the effect of competence work morale and motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted at SETDA District staff. Gayo Lues uses a questionnaire as a research instrument, where the sample in this study is 100 respondents. Probability Sampling Technique is used as a sampling technique using the total sampling method. Multiple linear analysis method is used as a method of data analysis using IBM SPSS 23. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The instrument for this research instrument is validity and reliability testing. While for hypothesis testing using the t test. In this study the researchers also used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data and strengthened with the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heterocedasticity test. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable does not significantly influence employee performance, Job Moral has a significant effect on employee performance , and work motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with results of R0.515 (51.5%). These results indicate that the variables included in this study are only 51.5% in other words there are still 48.5% of other variables that have not been included in this study. For further researchers, it is expected to include other variables not found in this study so that they can obtain maximum results.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of Visual Merchandising dimensions consisting of Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage on consumer Impulse Buying behavior of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study uses accidential sampling technique where respondents are people who meet directly with researchers in the location. The sample of 200 respondents and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage had a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Simultaneous testing shows Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage have a significant effect on Impulse Buying behavior on consumers of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh.Keywords: Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising and Promotional Signage.

Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to find out "The Influence of Health Consciousness, Perceived Value, Food Safety and Price on Purchase Intentions at Pizza Hut Banda Aceh” the sample of respondents in this study used criteria, namely the people of Banda Aceh, who visited Pizza Hut Banda Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 128 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling, this technique is used because profitability of elements in the population to be selected as the sample is not known. Multiple Linear Regression is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of data analysis showed that Health Consciousness variable was found to have less impact on customer purchase intention of Pizza Hut. This is because the consumers could be looking on other variables such as Perceived Value, Food Safety and Price in deciding to purchase Pizza Hut products. We suggest that Pizza Hut needs to pay attention for Health Consciousness variable, it will grow they market from costumer who care about healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of marketing mix on the decision of tourrists on vacation in Gayo Lues District. Variables that are used in this research consisted of product, place, price, and promotion towards decision of tour. The population in this study is tourists on tourism  objects. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing  use multiple regression analysis by using spss 16.0 for windows. The results showed that product, place and promotion significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on the decision of tour. This studi has limitations including the limited object of research and is expected in subsequent research to test different research objectis.

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to find out this study aims to examine the effect of service quality and prices mediated by customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty to Sena Rebung Supermarket in Blangkejeren. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Statistical analysis using multiple linear regression by first using the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test performed using SPSS version 16. Based on the collected data obtained by the average value of service quality variables of 4.35, the price variable is 4.39 , then the customer satisfaction variable is 4.28, and the customer loyalty variable of 4.35 can be concluded with good judgment. The data analysis technique used to process quantitative data using the t-test formula on a significant level α = 0.05. So, Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is rejected. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality and Price variables mediated by customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The author suggests the next researcher to do more in-depth research on the effect of service quality, prices mediated by customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty for other research objects, namely by including other factors / variables not examined in this study that can affect these variables.Keywords: service quality, price, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
