ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memahami tanggapan dan kekuatan hukum-hukum media massa, termasuk pelanggaran terhadap etika komunikasi diantara paraÂ mahasiswa, dan juga tindakan pencegahannya. Penelelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Hasanuddin. Informan di;pilih dengan cara purposive sampling, dan metode yang duigunakan dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan pengeumpulan data dilapangan melalui pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, kwesioner, dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan model interaktif dariu Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa asebagian besar mahasiswa di Makassar mememiliki pemahaman terhadap kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, termasuk pembajakan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa mereka adalay mayoritas sebagai pemakai. Lebih jauh penelitian ini menemukan bahwa banyak dari mereka masih menggunakan perangkat lunak (program) bajakan, Â dan juga pembajakan yang dilakukan oleh dirinya dengan berbagai alasan, misalnya karena factor harga, gampang mendapatkan, keperluan, dan kurangnya pengawasan dan salah pemakaian. Dari pengalaman ini maka semua elemen yang berkaitan dengan kesalahan pemakaian program bajakan memerlukan perhatian untuk dibicarakan apakah hukum-hukum yang sudah ada perlu direvisi atau diformulasi dengan hukum-hukum baru yang mengatur semua aktivitas dalam dunia maya. Dengan demikian sosialisasiÂ kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dapat memberi pengaruh dalam tindakan dalam hubungannya dengan pengembangan hukum dalam mendukung pengadaan infrastyruktur agar supaya proses penangannya dapat ditangani dengan cepat.Â ABSTRACTÂ This research to analyze the understanding, response, and strengthen the laws of mass media including infringement of communication ethics among the students, also precautionary and action to the case. The research is carried out to several students of Laws Faculty of Hasanuddin University. The informants was chosen purposely (purposive sampling), and the method used in colecting data are library research and field research which contain of observation, in depth interview, questionnair, documentation. Data collection analyzed with interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result of this research indicated that most of people (students) in Makassar have a comprehensive understanding of Information and Communication Technologyâs advancement including piracy and the uses of pirated software. Its also shown that they are the majority of active users. However, this research found many of them still use the pirated software, and even pirate the software themselves, with various reasons such as a price, easy to find, needs, and lack of controll and the misuse of their knowledge and ability. So, all the associated elements have to pay more attention and discuss either the recent laws should be revised or formulate the new laws which will regulate whole activities in the cyberspace. Thus, the socialization of information and communication technology advancement effects should be taken as an actual action, related to the development of law enforcerâs infrastructure, in order the process of handling such as case can be taken immediately.Â

This research is aimed to test the investment decision, dividend policy, leverage and profitability to thefirm value. The population is all consumer goods companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in2012-2015 periods. Based on the criteria of purposive sampling, 16 companies with the amount of observation is64 observation have been selected as samples. This research has been carried out by using multiple linearregressions with software of SPSS 23 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The result of determinationcoefficient is 90.7% which means that the firm value can be explained by four independent variables and 9.3% offirm value can be explained by other variables which are not included in this research. The result of this researchshows that (1) investment decision gives positive influence to the firm value. (2) Dividend policy gives positiveinfluence to the firm value. (3) Leverage gives positive influence to the firm value. (4) Profitability gives positiveinfluence to the firm value.Keywords: investment decision, dividend policy, leverage, profitability, firm value.

Kebutuhan energi saat ini masih sangat tergantung pada ketersediaan energi fosil yang bersifat non-renewable di samping menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan, sehingga perlu dicari bahan bakar alternatif ramah lingkungan serta dapat diperbaharui salah satunya adalah bioetanol. Biomassa limbah industri minyak kayu putih, bonggol jagung, batang tembakau, Jerami padi, kedelai, ampas tebu, tandan kosong kelapa sawit merupakan biomassa lignoselulosa yang berpotensi sebagai bahan baku bioetanol generasi kedua sehingga tidak berkompetisi dengan bahan pangan. Potensi pemanfaatan biomassa limbah pertanian untuk produksi bioetanol karena mengandung selulosa yang tinggi. Proses produksi bioetanol terdiri atas tahap pretreatment, sakaraifikasi, fermentasi, dan pemurnian.

STUDI ELEKTROKIMIA PENGARUH FILM BISMUT DALAM PENENTUAN ARSENIK SARI, MAYA; Jin, Jiye

The research objective was to determine arsenic by anodic stripping technique of differential pulse voltammetry to see the effect of the arsenic bismuth films with the potential scan direction opposite to the research that has been done by Nagaosa, et al though there are no reports on the mechanism chemical reaction between arsenic clear with movies bismuth until now. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of bismuth films in the determination of arsenic. In this study, the addition of bismuth ions with a concentration of 200 ppb. Voltammograms can be seen from quite a significant difference between the peak current generated by As (III) films coated with a non-bismuth bismuth films. Visible peak current of As (III) is higher if the addition of bismuth films. This proves the statement Nagaosa, et al who stated that there are mixed effects of bismuth in the determination of As (III) although the mechanism remains unclear.Keyword: film bismuth, arcenic, differential pulse, anodic, stripping voltammetry

Increasing uses of chemicals in the laboratory result of waste substances increased. If those wastes are not carefully managed , various pollutions in the environment will occur. The research deals with the use of a simple filtering for laboratory type liquid waste before disposal. This study took the wastewater IAIN Batusangkar chemical laboratory as the object of research. The tools used to measure the concentration of waste are pH meters and TDS meters, with waste analysis before filtering are color: orange, temperature: 25.5°C, pH: 3.1, TDS (dissolved solids): 11.16, Salt (salinity level ): 8.38, COND: 16.78 mS and a waste volume of 300 ml filtered using simple tools and materials, tools with a height of 23 cm and supported with such materials as sponges, wood charcoal, sand, gravel, coconut fiber, cotton, small stone, with a height of each material in the tool that is 3.5 cm. The results shows that the simple filtering instrument for laboratory waste worked quite well, with a one-time analysis of waste where the results are as follow color: clear, temperature: 25.3°C, pH: 6.2, TDS: 13.23, SALD: 9.93, COND: 19.88 mS, volume of waste: 150 ml. It can be concluded that filtering is successfully filtered waste is approaching the normal pH of pure water that is 7.

The black sticky tapai/ Tapai ketan hitam in Batusangkar, made by fermentating black sticky rice and yeast. The fermentation of black sticky tapai take several days to produce a sweet taste. This process may some assumption that the sweetness in black sticky tapai comes from alcohol as a result of sticky rice fermentation reaction with yeast. As the time of fermentation increases alcohol content, this raises doubt the halalness of black sticky tapai, because based on MUI Fatwa Number.4 in 2003 says the drinks containing ethanol (C2H5OH) more than one persen are categorized haram. Because of that, need some research to see the impact of duration fermentation to alcohol concentration on black sticky tapai in Batusangkar city. The reaserch data was obtained by distillation from various duration of fermentation. The result data were analyzed by product moment correlation test (? = 5%). Base on the research conducted, obtained information that in black sticky tapai contain etanol which has increased alcohol concentration along with the increase of fermentation duration. However, it becomes contradictory with the result of analysis where Y = 3,635 - 15,54 X, t arithmetic ? t table, that is 0,16 ? 3,18. This conclusions that there is no relationship between duration of fermentation with alcohol concentration.

PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH JAGUNG UNTUK PEMBUATAN BISKUIT PAKAN HIJAUAN DI KECAMATAN LIMA KAUM BATUSANGKAR SARI, MAYA

Biscuits Feed Forage is obtained by the technique Silage. These biscuits can be made from agricultural waste including corn waste. As one of the agricultural centers in West Sumatra, corn production in the District Batusangkar very high. However, agricultural production is not followed by the management of agricultural waste are mostly just burned. The purpose of the study was to test to make biscuits forage from corn waste using techniques silage accompanied with the addition of nutrients, the test mold making biscuits conventionally made using the technique of pressure, conducting organoleptic test and analysis proximate to product biscuit feed forage already made. The results were obtained from waste animal feed forage of good quality corn silage by using the technique. treatment P2 (corn leaves 1 kg + 5% + molasses urea 10%) and T1 (1minggu after harvest). Green feed made with the best formula is packaged in the form of biscuits using conventional printing equipment.

Rice and vegetables are the most of agriculture in West Sumatera. These are of environment media that needs reaserched to know how far the radioactivity level. This was done at environment laboratory of PTKMR-BATAN. Step of reaserch has been done as follow determining the location and take the samples, cultivating the samples in laboratory, measuring the samples with LBC and samples analysis. From the result of measurement it shown that the lowest concentrate could be measured by LBC device that was 0,093 mBq/Kg. Sr-90 concentrate into the result of reaserch shown the data with variation from undetected data (0,4749 ± 1,1422)mBq/Kg. Activity concentration Sr-90 which was found in the plants of agriculture result in West Sumatera land are the low than Java island area and lower than found in Japan.Key words: environment media, radioactivity level, LBC.

The purpose of this study was to test the quality of drinking water in the district refill Batusanggkar The Limo. Because of the tendency found in water use rechargeable (AMIU) by society, especially in urban areas, especially cities Batusanggkar increasing. However, the quality still needs to be studied in order to secure the quality of drinking water that directly affect public health, the course of a study of drinking water quality testing that has been done in District Batusangkar The limo showed that 9.1% of drinking water depots produce drinking water quality does not meet the requirements biological parameters (microbiological) that has been set by the government through Permenkes. 492 of 2010 on drinking water quality requirements, while for Physical parameters (temperature) and chemical parameters (pH) has met the requirements of the government.Key words: drinking water, Escherichia coli , temperature, ph

Purpose of this study is to predict the intentions of tourists to choose sustainable tourism destinations based on travel motivation, destination image, and word of mouth (WoM). Destination image factor is moderated by the knowledge factor. Survey targets domestic and international tourists who have visited or planned to travel at least one tourist destination around Belitung Island using the convenience sampling method. A total of 250 online questionnaires were distributed to tourists in popular tourism destinations on the island of Belitung and analyzed using the Smart PLS application. Findings of this study prove that all factors positively influence tourist intentions to choose sustainable tourism destinations. Furthermore, this research proves that tourism knowledge cannot moderate image of destination in intention of tourists to choose sustainable tourism destinations. Belitung Island is one of the main islands in Bangka Belitung Province which is developing tourism potential, especially in marine tourism. Stakeholders related to tourism on Belitung Island must find ways to encourage knowledge sharing among all interested parties and also outside their direct influence, namely information owned by tourists.
