Abstract

Lapis Beton Aspal adalah lapisan penutup konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang mempunyai nilai structural. Salah satu jenis lapis beton aspal tersebut adalah Asphall Concrete – Wearing Course (AC-WC) sebagai lapisan yang paling atas dalam perkerasan lentur. Material utama penyusun adalah agregat dan aspal, termasuk jenis filler dalam penggunaannya. Dalam penelitian ini jenis filler yang di gunakan adalah abu batu,abu granit dan abu keramik sebagai pembandingnya. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian Marshall pada campuran, dilakukan pengujian terhadap material yang digunakannya. Hasil pengujian berat jenis pada filler keramik adalah 2,573 gr/cm3 dan 2,585 gr/cm3 untuk filler granit, sedangkan material lolos ayakan no. 200 (75 micron) pada filler abu keramik dan abu granit diambil 5%,10%,15%,20% dan 25% sedangkan sisanya merupakan abu batu dari 72 gram target gradasi. Kadar aspal rencana yang digunakan baik pada campuran dengan filler abu keramik maupun abu granit adalah pb = 5,5 % dengan rentang kadar aspal rencana 4%,4,5%,5%,5,5% dan 6%. Setelah dilakukan uji marshall dengan kadar aspal rencana, seluruh sifat marshall pada uji standar 2x75 tumbukan telah memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kepadatan dan stabilitas marshall dengan abu granit memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dari pada campuran dengan abu keramik. Pada seluruh rentang kadar aspal, nilai flow campuran dengan filler abu keramik lebih tinggi dari pada campuran dengan filler abu granit,Nilai tertinggi pada abu keramik sebesar 6,63 mm, sedangkan abu granit sebesar 4,87 mm. Marshall Quottient untuk kedua jenis filler, nilai terendah terjadi pada kadar aspal tertinggi (25%) yaitu sebesar 396 kg/mm untuk filler abu keramik dan pada kadar aspal (5 %) yaitu sebesar 452 kg/mm untuk filler abu granit. Filler abu granit memiliki nilai VFA lebih tinggi daripada abu keramik, namun nilai VMA lebih rendah. Sedangkan nilai Rongga udara dalam campuran (VIM), filler abu keramik lebih tinggi dari pada abu granit.Kata Kunci: Laston AC-WC, Filler granit dan Filler keramik Uji Marshall

Abstract

Kebangkrutan dapat dianalisis dengan model Altman, Springate, dan Zmijewski. Analisis menggunakan laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi PT Blue Bird, Tbk., periode 2017-2020. Perusahaan dinyatakan sehat, berdasarkan metode Altman dan Zmijewski. Berdasarkan model Springate didapatkan di tahun 2018 dalam kondisi aman, kemudian pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 cukup mengkhawatirkan karena terkategori bangkrut. Agar kondisi perusahaan ke depan menjadi lebih baik, maka pihak manajemen harus terus memperhatikan kinerja keuangannya. Kata Kunci : kebangkrutan, informasi akuntansi, laporan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study as follows 1) To identify and explain Child outside influence married status of the right to inherit after the Constitutional Court decision No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 in the Religious Court Kendari, 2) To identify and explain the barriers outside the married status of children of the right to inherit after the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 in the Religious Court Kendari, 3) To identify and explain solutions to overcome barriers outside the married status of children of the right to inherit after the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 in the Religious Court Kendari. The method used by researchers is sociological approach juridical law and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. The sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with interview Religious Court Judge in Kendari. And secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the results of the research are In terms of inheritance after the court ruling, the position of a child outside of married as intended by the constitutional court decision outside the married is not the same child with the natural child, has been gaining street or space to get recognition for the sake of protection of the rights of the child outside the married. In this case the Constitutional Court to decide Article 46/PUU-VIII/2010 on children outside of married, deserved to be recognized by the biological father and is also entitled to inheritance equal to the other children. Constraints in this Constitutional Court decision is a matter of perspective among law enforcement and government officials to give up the rights to illegitimate children are no different treatment or other discriminatory treatment.

Abstract

Generational differences are one of the subjects that arise in the development of the world of education, This has an impact on different beliefs, values, culture, perspectives, hobbies, and skills in life and work. The generation that was born in the 1980s to 1995's when the technology development was so fast was called the Y-generation. Based on data from students of the Institut Agama Islam Bunga Bangsa Cirebon (IAI BBC), 80% are the Y-generation. The characters of this generation are very sensitive to technology and communication, meaning that they have advantages in the field of information and knowledge development. In response to this, IAI BBC is required to innovate in the teaching and learning process in accordance with these characteristics. Combining conventional learning with non-conventional or e-learning is one solution in the framework of Y-generation learning. eCampus application is a platform that provides menus for learning (academic) and non-academic processes. By using the eCampus, students who are accustomed to using technology can access materials, lesson plans, discussions, assignments and exams that have been structured for each meeting so that it can make it easier to achieve the targets to be achieved in learning objectives. The use of e-learning through the eCampus IAI Bunga Bangsa Cirebon is a combination of face-to-face (offline) and online (online) or can be concluded as blended learning. This learning stands on an information technology infrastructure and can be done anytime and anywhere which has the characteristics of being open (open source) to users. ABSTRAK Perbedaan generasi menjadi salah satu subjek yang muncul dalam perkembangan dunia pendidikan, hal ini berdampak terhadap kepercayaan, nilai, budaya, perspektif, kegemaran, dan kemahiran yang berbeda terhadap kehidupan dan pekerjaan. Generasi yang lahir pada 1980 sampai 1995-an saat perkembangan teknologi sedemikian pesatnya disebut dengan generasi-Y. Berdasarkan data mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Bunga Bangsa Cirebon (IAI BBC) 80% termasuk generasi-Y. Karakter dari generasi ini sangat peka terhadap teknologi dan komunikasi, artinya mereka memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang informasi dan perkembangan pengetahuan. Menyikapi hal tersebut IAI BBC dituntut inovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar yang sesuai dengan karakter tersebut. Mengkombinasikan pembelajaran konvensional dengan non konvensional atau e-learning merupakan salah satu solusi dalam rangka pembelajaran pada generasi-Y. Aplikasi eCampus adalah platfrom yang menyediakan menu-menu untuk proses pembelajaran (akademik) dan non akademik. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi eCampus mahasiswa yang terbiasa menggunakan teknologi dapat mengakses materi, rencana pembelajaran, diskusi, tugas dan ujian yang sudah disusun dengan terstruktur setiap pertemuan sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam mencapai target yang ingin dicapai dalam tujuan pembelajaran. Penggunaan e-learning melalui eCampus IAI Bunga Bangsa Cirebon ini kombinasi tatap muka (luring) dengan online (daring) atau disimpulkan sebagai blended learning. Pembelajaran ini berdiri di atas infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun yang memiliki karakteristik yang terbuka (open source) bagi pengguna.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect either directly or indirectly directly from the brand love mediation variables on the relationship of brand trust variables consisting of Brand Excellence, Brand Strength and Brand Uniqueness on Brand Loyalty to Car customers in Aceh. Method data collection used is to spread the questionnaire to as many as 400 respondents, with sampling technique that is Purposive Random Sampling Based on result of data analysis, hence can be concluded that variable of brand image proved to have partially and simultaneous, positive and significant influence to brand love. This condition means that the better image of mrek will affect the increasing of brand love to car customers in Aceh. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Love, Brand loyalty

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik harus terus dilakukan dalam proses pendidikan agar pembangunan nasional, khusus bidang pendidikan dapat tercapai. Untuk menghasikan SDM yang berkualitas, yang mampu berdaya saing diperlukan guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional sebagai penentu keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru MTs- Asshobariyah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 15 guru MTs- Asshobiriyah dan sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan metode sensus. Penelitian ini juga berupaya menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Statistik uji yang digunakan adalah Uji- t (T-Test) untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menentukan kinerja guru yang paling dominan adalah kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh yang positif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Character development which is an effort to realize the mandate of the Pancasila and the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution is motivated by the reality of the national problems that are developing at this time, such as: disorientation and not living the values of Pancasila; the limitations of integrated policy tools in realizing the values of Pancasila; shifting ethical values in the life of the nation and state; waning awareness of national cultural values; the threat of national disintegration; and the weakening of the nation's independence (National Policy Master Book for the Development of the Nation's Cultural Character 2010-2025). To support the realization of the ideals of character development as mandated in the Pancasila and the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution and to overcome the current national problems, the Government has made character development as one of the national development priority programs. That spirit is implicitly emphasized in the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) for 2005-2015, where character education is placed as a foundation for realizing the vision of national development, namely "realizing a society of noble, moral, ethical, cultured, and civilized based on the Pancasila philosophy. " One model that can develop national cultural character values through citizenship education is the Project citizen model, which is a portfolio-based learning model. Through this model students are not only invited to understand scientific concepts and principles, but also develop their ability to work cooperatively through empirical practice learning activities. thus learning will be increasingly challenging, activating and more meaningful

Abstract

This research raises the problem of how the school Committee functions in the Development and implementation of school programs at SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh. This research aims to describe the function of the school committee in the Development and implementation of school programs in SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh. The subject of this study is a school committee administrator who is directly involved in management. The number of research subjects is as many as 22 people. The method used is an analytical description method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by non-test techniques in the form of poll and data processing in the form of percentage calculations. The research results that the school Committee plays a role in determining school policies. The role of the school Committee is limited to receiving reports from the school principal. The school committee was poorly involved in taking the school's policies. The school committee is only involved when raising funds from the community. The conclusion of the research is the function of the school committee in the Development and implementation of the school program at SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh is still small. The involvement of school committees in the development and implementation of school programs in SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh is only 36.37%. The school committee will be fully functional involved by the school if it has to do with the school's luminescence that requires community assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of brain based learning strategies to science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. who are taught using Brain Based Learning and Expository learning strategies. This research is a semi-experimental research conducted at SDN 5 Meuraxa sub-district, Banda Aceh. The sample in this research is 36 students of class VB who will be used as control class and 37 class of VC class will be used as experimental class which will be conducted randomly. Data collection techniques using instruments consisting of: science learning outcomes test. The instrument used has been standardized and the validity of the test items has been obtained. Based on hypothesis testing with = 5%, it was obtained that: (1) there were differences in the science learning outcomes of students who were taught using Brain Based Learning strategies and expository learning strategies. From the results of the study, the researchers suggest that the application of Brain Based Learning strategy can be used as an alternative in improving science learning outcomes, so it can be used as input for teachers and also principals to be developed as an effective learning strategy.
