Abstract

 Researh’s aims is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction  and its subsequently on customer loyalty of PT. Garuda Indonesia. Data analysis uses the SPSS application version 22. Based on the results of research on 100 respondents with purposive sampling methods that E-Service Quality positively .and significantly affect customer satisfaction, E-Service Quality positively .and significantly affects Customer Loyalty. Futhermore, E-Service Quality indirectly impacts positively and significantly on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction. Implication of this study is to gather more customer loyalty; the company needs to consider e-service quality in order to increase its customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Banking companies are companies that provide financial services for all levels of society. Over time, the company developed to follow the market demand so that most companies listed their stocks in Indonesia Stock Exchange to obtain additional capital. Of course, with this decision, the company will be owned by investors so that each investor has their respective interests. This study deals with knowing the commitment of independent commissioners, share ownership either insiders (Commissioners, Directors) or outsiders (institutional) to the financial performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobins'Q. The control variable that is utilized is Firm Size. The sample that is used in this study was 200 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS application. This study proves that the share ownership of both insiders and outsiders does not affect either the Return on Assets (ROA) or the value of Tobins'Q. Independent board has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and on Tobins'Q value. While  firm size affects the Return on Assets (ROA) but does not affect Tobins'Q value.

Abstract

The study is to know about the effect from hedonic shopping motivation on compulsive buying behavior in women in Banda Aceh who make online purchases. The sample used in this study was 150 women who had made online purchases in Banda Aceh. The data’s tools which used for this srudy were questionnaires distributed through Google forms. The technique of sampling is Non-probability Sampling, which’s a sampling technique that does not provide random chance. Multiple linear regression (Multiple Linear Regression) used for analysis method to describe the effect from all variables involved.The independent variable show us the result variables Relaxation Shopping and Idea Shopping had significant effect and positive (sig 0.05) on Compulsive Buying. While Adventure Shopping and Value Shopping are not significant (sig 0.05) against Compulsive Buying with a regression coefficient of Relaxation Shopping (X1) 0.205, Idea Shopping (X2) 0.271, Adventure Shopping (X3) 0.189, and Value Shopping (X4)0.145.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Organizational Job Embeddedness and Perceived Organizational Support to Work Engagement with trust as a mediating variable in the PT. PLN (persero) Unit Induk Wilayah employees in Aceh. The sample used in this study was employees of the PT. PLN (persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Aceh, amouting to 115 respondens. Data collection equipment used in this study wa a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple probability sampling.HierarchicalLinearModelling(HLM)was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that Organizational Job Embeddedness positively influence Work Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support positively influence Work Engagement, Organizational Job Embeddedness positively influence Trust, Perceived Organizational Support positively influence Trust, Trust positively inluence Work Engagement, Trust partial mediate the relationship between Organizational Job Embeddedness and Work Engagement, and Trust full mediate the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement.

Abstract

 This study aims to measure the effect of online purchase return policy leniency on buying decision and consumer trust as the mediation at consumers of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is consumers of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh with total of 130 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as themethod of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that online purchase return policy leniency was related to buying decision, online purchase return policy leniency significantly influence consumer trust, consumer trust was related to buying decision, consumer trust partially mediated the relationship between online purchase return policy leniency and buying decision.Keywords: Online purchase return policy leniency, buying decision, consumer trust, Hierarchical Linear Modelling.

Abstract

ABSTRACT:    The purpose of this research is to determine The Effect of Distributive Justice, Procedural and Interactional on Customer Retention of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia product users in Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling, with a sample size of 112 respondents. Equipment for data collection in this study using a questionnaire distributed by Google From. This study used Multiple Linear Regression method to analyse the effect of all the variables involved. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to meansure the effect of Calling and Perceived Organisational Support on Work Enggagement at Millenial Generation Civil Servant in Immigation Class I TPI Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study was Millenial Generation Civil Servant in Immigation Class I TPI Banda Aceh, which amounted to 52 respondent. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The Sampling technique use is Non-probability sampling that is sampling that does not provide the same opportunity for each element or member og population to be selected as a sample. Multiple linear regression is used as an analytical method ti determine thr effect of all  the variables involved. The results showed that the independent variable Calling and Perceived Organisational Support had a positive and significant effect (sig 0.05) on the Work Engagement at Millenial Generation Civil Servant in Immigation Class I TPI Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient of Calling (X1) 0.581 Perceived Organisational Support (X2) 0.495. Simultaneous Calling and Perceived Organisational Support  variables have a significant effect on Work Engagement at Millenial Generation Civil Servant in Immigation Class I TPI Banda Aceh. And the implications of the research results for the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Banda Aceh are to show great concern for employees (X2.8) because the results of the study show that one of the lowest items is in order to increase their work engagement and pay attention to the sample size and its characteristics for higher accuracy.

Abstract

Consumers are currently given many choices in online shopping. The first social media created to socialize cyberspace, now increasingly equipped with business functions so that it can also be used as online shops. The high growth of Instagram social media users has made businessman also look to use this media for business. Therefore it is necessary to identify the factors that influence the user in finding information to do shopping through this Instagram social media. This study aims to test the UTAUT2 model in Instagram’s use behavior for online shopping. This research uses quantitative methods with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is Instagram users who have ever shopped online in Indonesia, with the number of respondents who have shopped as many as 202. The analytical method in this study uses SEM-PLS. And the results of the study indicate that there are several significant factors in influencing Instagram's use behavior for online shopping, namely Facilitating Condition, Habit, Price value and Behavioral Intention..

Abstract

This study to aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on dividend policy in non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2011-2017. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling based on some certain criterias to obtain 26 samples from companies. The Fixed Effect Model method is used for the analysis. The results show that institutional ownership has significant positive effects on dividend policy. The higher institutional ownership, the greater monitoring of institutional to management, so the shareholders will get more profit of dividend. Meanwhile managerial ownership has significant negative effects on dividend policy. The higher managerial ownership makes companies more likely to allocate profit to retained earning and the lower managerial ownership, the company will pay more dividend as a good sign for future corporate performance.Keywords: Agency theory, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, company size and liquidity on capital structure in shariah firm based on the pecking order theory . The research sample consisted of 41 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) between 2015 and 2019. The method used in this study is panel data regression using the fixed effect model. The results show that: (1) Profitability has significant negative effect on capital (2) Asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure (3) Firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure (4) Liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Both profitability and liquidity thus supporting application of the pecking order theory in shariah firm listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Investors are expected to consider the effect of profitability, asset structure, company size and liquidity on the structure as investment considerations, while the company is for company funding decisions. Further research, it is advisable to add other factors outside the research variables and increase the number observations of Islamic stocks in Indonesia.
