Abstract

In this study, entitled "the influence of the quality of service and the satisfaction of Patients Against the loyalty of Outpatient And inpatient care in a hospital Fatimah Batam Dam", the authors examine whether there is a positive relationship between quality services and loyalty satisfaction with outpatient and inpatient care in hospitals dam Fatimah batam.The purpose of this research is to know the quality of service: outpatient and hospitalization in hospital apply dam Fatimah batam, satisfaction of patients against hospital loyalty dam Fatimah batam, and a huge influence on the quality of service and the satisfaction of patients against the loyalty of outpatient and inpatient hospital dam Fatimah batam.The methods used in this research is qualitative and quantitative methods. Method of sampling in this research is with the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. With population size (N) = 163, then the number of patients who will be calculated using the formula respondents Slovin (Umar, 2010) number of respondents to this study with an error rate of 10% (confidence level of 90%) are 65 respondents.

Abstract

This thesis titled "The Effect Of Price, Quality Of Product, And Quality Of Service To Purchase Interest In Sea Transportation Service At PT. MARINATAMA GEMANUSA BATAM Route Telaga Punggur – TG. Pinang ". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the implementation of price, qualiy of product and quality of service to purchase interest in sea transportation service at PT. Marinatama Gemanusa Batam. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20. The sample technique based on statistical and research estimated using the formula slovin with an error rate of 5 % - 10% and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test . Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the variable force price and service eis not effect on purchase interest and quality of product variables effect the variable purchase interest. Then through the F test can be seen that both the independent variables simultaneously effect the dependent variable. Figures adjusted R2 of 0.365 indicates that 36.5% price, quality of product, quality of service variable can be explained by the independent variables in the regression equation, while the remaining 63.5% is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in the study

Abstract

Rahardjo Adisasmita (2015:59) mengatakan bahwa, wilayah pesisir yang dihuni oleh penduduk yang sebahagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan, sebahagian lainnya sebagai petani tanaman pangan dan perkebunan, peternak kecil, pedagang, diberbagai pemukiman sepanjang wilayah pesisir. Tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan adalah rendah, bahkan terendah dibandingkan dengan kelompok masyarakat lainnya. Tingkat pendidikannya rendah dan tingkat kesejahteraannya rendah pula. Sebagian besar masyarakat pesisir pantai merupakan daerah tertinggal.Pudji Purwanti (2010:7) mengatakan bahwa, kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat dilihat dari kegiatan ekonomi rumah tangga dalam memenuhi kehidupan sehari-hari dalam jangka panjang. Salah satu sub sektor kegiatan rumah tangga adalah rumah tangga nelayan. Sedangkan definisi nelayan adalah orang yang secara aktif melakukan kegiatan usaha dan pekerjaan penangkapan ikan di laut. Kegiatan ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan terdiri dari: (a) produksi melaut dan non melaut; (b) curahan kerja seluruh anggota rumah tangga, pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran baik pangan maupun non pangan.            Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan populasi masyarakat nelayan skala kecil di pesisir yang tersebar di Kota Batam meliputi: Batu Besar, Belakang Padang, Tanjung Uma, Bengkong Laut, Pantai Gading, Tanjung Riau Bengkong, Barelang, Setokok, Pulau Buluh dan Pulau Terong, sedangkan sampel ditentukan dengan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian bahwa, hasil melaut (tangkap ikan) umumnya merupakan sumber utama penghasilan rumah tangga nelayan skala kecil di pesisir Batam. Keterbatasan modal, lahan, SDM serta peralatan dan perlengkapan tangkap ikan merupakan persoalan serius dan sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan skal kecil, dan keterbatasan tersebut mempengaruhi produktivitas ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan skala kecil di pesisir Batam saat ini. Keterlibatan anak nelayan dan istri nelayan dalam aktivitas ekonomi cukup membantu ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan skala kecil di Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the factors that  are influences  in determining of costumer satisfaction. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 45 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20. This chosen by purposive sampling the sample technique based on statistical and research estimated using the formula Rao Purba with an error rate of 10% and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test . Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. Where, Customer Satisfaction (Y), Service Quality variable (X1), Price variable (X2), and Location variable (X3). Hyphothesis test uses t test demonstrates that the three of examined independent variables is proved significantly have a partially effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction. Then, follow the F test can be recognized that the three of examined independent variables has a simultaneously effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction. The grade of Adjusted R Square is 0,862 demonstrates that 86,2 percent of Customer Satisfaction variable can be explained by the three of independent variables within regression equation. While, the remainder is 13,8 percent is explained by other variables outside of those third variables used in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, And Organizational Commitment on employee performance at Telkomsel Customer Service office Batam. Sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling, by using the method of proportionate stratified random sampling, the total sample determined by the Slovin formula, with the total employee population is 112 employees, which taken as sample is 53 respondents. Types of data sources used are primary data, obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the data or documents of PT. Telkomsel, as well as reference books and journals from previous research. Techniques of data retrieval that is by distributing questionnaires to 53 respondents , and documentation from the company is a brief history , organizational structure , employee data , and others. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows. The study states that ( 1 ) partially Work Environment have positive and significant effect on the employee performance, ( 2 ) Work Discipline have positive and not significant effect on the employee performance, ( 3 ) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant effect on the employee performance ( 4 ) Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment have positive and significant effect simultaneously on the employees performance at Telkomsel Customer Service office Batam. With the value of adjusted R square of 0.543, in this case shows that the performance of employees affected by variables Training, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style is 54.3%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh promosi jabatan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survei sampel. Data yang diproleh melalui kuesioner diolah menggunakan aplikasi program Statical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS ) versi 20.0 dengan analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan metode analisis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan dan kinerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. dengan uji F dilihat bahwa tingkat singnifikan sebesar 0,000 atau 0%. Namun berdasarkan uji parsial (t), variabel promosi jabatan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan daya tanggap sebesar 0,000 atau 0%. Sedangkan variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan daya tanggap sebesar 0.056.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the financial statements of the information before and after IFRS in the property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the differences in financial reporting information before and after IFRS. While the conclusions that can be drawn is that there is a significant difference in the value of fixed assets, equity, net income before and after IFRS while the value of liquidity and gearing showed no significant difference before and after IFRS in the property sector companies listed on stock exchanges in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of company leverage and liquidities on the comprehensiveness of disclosure in financial reports of food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. Data used in this study is secondary data, financial and annual reporting 2010-2012 from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study are food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2012 were obtained from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchanges by the web www.idx.co.id.  The samples of this study are 14 companies in three years, total are 42 annual financial reports of food and beverages companies. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. The mandatory disclosure index consisting of 86 mandatory items was developed to measure the level of mandatory disclosure in financial reports.Analysis techniques used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing F-statistic to test the effect together with a significant level of 5% and using the t-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients. In the classical assumption test results showed that there were no irregularities classical assumption, this suggests that the available data has been qualified to use multiple linear regression model. These results indicate that Simultaneous F-test showed that the debt to equity ratio and current ratio have a significant effect on the disclosure comprehensiveness of the financial statements, the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) has not significant negative effect and current ratio has a significant positive effect on the disclosure comprehensiveness in financial statements. Regression equation obtained is The Disclosure Comprehensiveness = 0.694 + -0.004DER + 0.015CR. The coefficient of determination R2 is 14.4% which means that 14.4% the disclosure comprehensiveness is affected by independent variables are debt to equity ratio (DER) dan current ratio (CR), while the remaining 85.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
