Abstract

Kinerja Pegawai memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam organisasi, karena kinerja Pegawai merupakan hasil akhir dari proses kinerja Pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Pemerintah Kota Batam. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Pemerintah Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Pemerintah Kota Batam yang berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi pada penelitian ini dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 51 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis secara uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah Pemerintah Kota Batam. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah Pemerintah Kota Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine: the influence of organizational culture, work environment, leadership on the performance of employees at PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam taken of 52 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis used was validity, reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, testing hypothesis. The results of this research indicate that (1) an organizational culture influence on employees’ performance. It can be seen organizational culture variable (X1) that t value (14.541) and significance (0.000) from 0005 and shows a significant difference between organizational culture on employees’ performance. (2) The working environment influence on employees’ performance. It can be seen that working environment variables (X2) t value between work environment affect the performance of employees is 2,599. The significance value 0.014 0.05 which means that the relationship is significant. Based on the data obtained, the decision was to declare a significant difference between the work environment influences on employee performance.3) Leadership (X3) influence on employees’ performance. Significance value 0.00 0.05 which means that the relationship is significant. Based on the data obtained, the result was to declare a significant difference between the leadership on employees’ performance.Analysis of determination coefficient indicates that the variable X (organizational culture, work environment, leadership) have positive effect on the variable Y (employee performance) and have a degree of influence by 99.7%. Significant testing on the work culture affects the performance of employees at PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam shows that t is greater than t table which amounted organizational cultureis 14.541, work environment is 2599 and leadership is 3.921 its mean that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

In this study, the authors intend to answer a few basic ideas, so research to be answered through this research are : Are Wages influence on employee performance, Is Work Environment influence on employee performance, Is Work Stress influence on employee performance, and Do Wages, Work Environment and Job stress jointly influence on employee performance in RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam City.The results of this study indicated with tcount, that wages have a significant and positive effect on employee performance amounted to 3,133 1,294. The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 2,736 1,294. And job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 3,399 1,294.Like wise with Wages, Work Environment and Stress work together-together have an influence on employee performance in Batam City Hospital Fatimah Embung indicated by the value of R 2 (R Square) of 0.841 or 84.1 %. This means the ability to variables Wages, Working Environment and Work Stress in explaining variable employee performance is 84.1 %, which means quite closely. The remaining 15.9% is explained by other variables not in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this studies to analyze organizational commitment, organizational culture, work environment to job satisfaction of employee of PT. BintanBersatu Apparel Batam partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative from primary sources collected through questionnaires. The data technique of collection is Cluster Sampling. The data analysis used is the testing instrument carried out through testing validity and reliability, while the analysis of data technique used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the partial variable organizational commitment was not significant for employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture variables are significant effect to job satisfaction. Work environment variables significant influence to job satisfaction. The variable leadership style is not significant effect to job satisfaction. Simultaneous test results of organizational commitment, organizational culture, work environment and leadership style variables are significantly effect to job satisfaction of PT. BintanBersatu Apparel Batam.

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terhadap citra merek, promosi dan harga sebagai variabel bebas terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pengaruh simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu prabayar Telkomsel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi 300 orang yang pasti pengguna Telkomsel, sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, dimana sebelumnya diuji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Untuk hasil pengujian menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan. Pertama, variabel Citra Merek menunjukkan nilai thitung = 3,208 dengan signifikansi 0,002. Dengan menggunakan signifikansi 0,05 batas nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 dengan arah koefisien positif, sehingga diperoleh bahwa Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kedua hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Promosi = -2.671 dengan signifikansi 0,009. Menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Dengan arah koefisien positif, maka diperoleh bahwa Promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Ketiga, hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Harga = 3,405 dengan signifikansi 0,001. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05 nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Dengan arah koefisien positif, maka diperoleh bahwa Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Diketahui bahwa dari semua variabel independen, yang memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu prabayar Telkomsel, dapat dilihat dari semua nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Sementara secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara citra merek, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan kartu prabayar Telkomsel dengan nilai Fcount 10.765 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Kata kunci: Citra Merek, Promosi, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Compensation, work motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Passion Plastics in Batam "aims to determine whether the compensation, work motivation and work environment, either partially or simultaneously affect the performance of employees. To examine these issues, the questionnaire was distributed to 40 employees. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 o'clock analysis techniques.             The results of the study showed that partially compensate positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with regression coefficient 2.143 and significant level of 0.039. Further work motivation and no significant negative impact on employee performance seen that the value of the regression coefficient of -1.277 and a significant level of 0.210. Then the work environment are positive and significant impact on the performance of employees with regression coefficient 3.283 with a significant level of 0.002. Based on simultaneously (Test F) there is a significant effect and positive effect on employee performance with regression coefficient 6.071 and significant level of 0.002.

Abstract

This thesis titled "The Effect Of Price, Quality Of Product, And Quality Of Service To Purchase Interest In Sea Transportation Service At PT. MARINATAMA GEMANUSA BATAM Route Telaga Punggur – TG. Pinang ". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the implementation of price, qualiy of product and quality of service to purchase interest in sea transportation service at PT. Marinatama Gemanusa Batam. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20. The sample technique based on statistical and research estimated using the formula slovin with an error rate of 5 % - 10% and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test . Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the variable force price and service eis not effect on purchase interest and quality of product variables effect the variable purchase interest. Then through the F test can be seen that both the independent variables simultaneously effect the dependent variable. Figures adjusted R2 of 0.365 indicates that 36.5% price, quality of product, quality of service variable can be explained by the independent variables in the regression equation, while the remaining 63.5% is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in the study

Abstract

This research was conducted in Padang Golf Sukajadi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and location Customer Satisfaction Padang Golf Sukajadi.This research was conducted with survey approach that consists of variable service quality, price and location (X), and Customer Satisfaction (Y). To prove the influence The Effect Service Quality, Price and Location CustomerSatisfaction, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as much as 87 respondents in the sample taken from Padang Golf Sukajadi customers who use the services Padang Golf Sukajadi. Results were collected through questionnaires were processed using the application program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The results showed that the variable quality of service (X1) individually do not have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction variable (Y), because tcount 1,266 ≤ of ttable 1663, the price variable (X2) individually have a positive and significant impact on the variable customer satisfaction (Y), because tcount 4,555 ≥ of ttable 1663, the variable location (X3) individually have a positive influence and signifiikan to variable satisfaction customer (Y), because tcount 1.752≥ of ttable 1,663. Quality of service, price and locations together providing positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction results of calculations for values ≥ 47.137 Fhitung Ftable by 2.08.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of price, promotion, location, and brand image on purchase decision and to test and analyze the influence of price, promotion, location, and brand image simultaneously on purchase decision. The applied research type is a correlation study with quantitative methods. The population of this study was consumers of rumah makan “Warung Bude”. The research sample consisted of 50 people, taken with a accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study are: (1) price partially has an influence on purchase decision, (2) promotion partially has no influence on purchase decision, (3) location partially has an influence on purchase decision, (4) brand image partially has an influence on purchase decision, (5) price, promotion, location, and brand image simultaneously have a influence on purchase decision.

Abstract

The research aimed to evaluate the direct and mediating association between impulsive buying behavior and the impact of several elements, such as costs, shopping lifestyle, promotion, and fashion engagement. Quantitative research was conducted by questionnaires to 100 participants, encompassing individuals from diverse age groups, jobs, and genders. However, only 88 questions were deemed legitimate and met the criteria for evaluation. In the interim, a total of 12 surveys were deemed unsuccessful due to their failure to fulfill the established criteria or the presence of incomplete responses provided by the participants. Researchers tested the relevance of the effect of each variable indicator that affected impulsive purchase using SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that among the factors examined, only one variable has a positive direction and a significant impact on impulsive buying through the intervening channel, as seen by a p-value of 0.010. Conversely, the remaining variables exhibit a lack of meaningful influence and display a negative direction. The result stipulates that the price is the primary criterion for individuals who make impulsive purchases to satisfy their fashion wants. These findings have the potential to address the idea that impulsive buying behavior is only determined by the intricate interplay of factors such as price, promotion, shopping lifestyle, and fashion engagement. Hence, it is necessary to employ alternative methodologies to benchmark various indicator variables to discover fresh findings on impulsive purchase attitudes on digital platforms in the modern day.
