Abstract

Tujuan yang dicapai pada artikel ini yakni untuk mengetahui proses manajemen perubahan yang diterapkan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu output siswa SMTK Tarus. Maka hasil yang diperoleh pada penulisan artikel ini adalah: 1). Perencanaan: Salah satu bentuk perubahan penting yang terjadi dalam perencanaan program tahun 2019 tampak dalam tiga peran penting yang dilakukan kepala SMTK Tarus yakni sebagai katalis, pemberi solusi dan mediator; 2). Pelaksanaan: Keuangan sekolah dan karakter pelaksana. 3). Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut: Belum maksimalnya evaluasi program pada sekolah ini, menyebabkan rencana tindak lanjutpun tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal, sebab secara substantif hal ini hanya dapat dilakukan apabila ada evaluasi komprehensif terhadap semuan program yang telah dirancang

Abstract

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah memberikan pengaruh besar dalam kehidupan manusia tak terkecuali system Pendidikan Kristen. Pendidikan Kristen perlu melihat peluang untuk turut serta dalam mengembangkan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Kontribusi Pendidikan Kristen tentu sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi penerapan pendidikan yang memperhatikan kualitas internal dan eksterna. Artikel ini menekankan pada empat capability yang dibutuhkan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 seperti yang diungkapkan Philia Wibowo, yaitu: kemampuan yang terkait dengan spesialisasi, kapabilitas untuk mengatur pemangku kepentingan (managing stakeholder), kapabilitas untuk mengembangkan orang (membimbing), dan kapabilitas untuk memecahkan masalah (problem solving), yang dikorelasikan dengan Pendidikan Kristen, sehingga pada substansi dan empirikalnya, Pendidikan Kristen pada semua tingkat pendidikan dapat mengadopsinya dan menambahkan beberapa poin kompetensi untuk melakukan tindakan revolusi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi literatur.

Abstract

There are several problems occur to students using feature of Go-Food, including weather is raining or excessive heat, does not have a vehicle to buy food that is far from home and the prices listed in the restaurant on feature Go-Food is not appropriate with price after the order. The object in this study was students in the city of Jambi. Data analysis in this study uses two theories, namely The Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior, as an IBM SPSS statistics V.25.0 research application which helper used for data processing. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influence student behavior in using feature Go-Food in Jambi city. This study uses a multiple linear regression tool analysis research. Based on the results of the analysis found that from 6 variables in the form of usage attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, usability, ease of use does not have a significant effect while price perceptions have a significant effect on student behavior. Abstract

This article is abaout the principal transformational leadership in the industrial revolution 4.0. This article aims to provide an overview of transformational leadership of principals and their role in empowering teachers to use digital technology in the learning process so that students have 21st century competence. This article was developed through a library study making use of books, regulation, journals, and other document related to the topics. The results of the study show that transformational leadership in educational transformation 4.0 requires that principals have competencies including: (1) having an ideal influence can foster trust and respect from members, (2) have the ability to change the expectations of members by increasing trust in the ability to use technology to solve problems, (3) stimulate members to be more innovative, creative, (4) consider the needs of members to develop themselves. Abstract

Bundesma empowerment is the process of developing a village's economy. This program took the initiative to start a process of Social Economy activities that could improve the economic situation and conditions of the village community in Sukabumi, especially in the Warungkiara. In the Empowerment activities, the participation of the Bundesma and the village community as a driving force for economic development is overseen by the Government. The main objective of empowering Bundes and Bundesma is an independent village. This activity intends that rural communities in the Warungkiara area can turn their village into an independent village. The definition of an Independent Village is a village that is able to manage the economy of each citizen without the assistance of other parties. The creation of this condition reflects the strong willingness of the people of the village to move forward, the village that produces their products / works that are proud of and the ability of the village to meet their needs. In empowering Bundes and Bundesma there are several problems that hamper them including; Difficulties in product marketing, financial limitations and limited human resources (HR). In this study, the researchers used qualitative naturalistic methods. Qualitative naturalistic is a method that is carried out in the actual conditions that occur at the research location. This research method offers convenience and freedom for researchers to obtain accurate information from informants in the warungkiara sub-district. The results showed that in Warungkiara sub-district there were 12 Bundes in 12 villages and 2 Bundesma. Keywords : Empowerment, Bundes, qualitative, marketing, financial, HRD

Abstract

ABSTRACT God never inherited religion to mankind, but God gave His laws to mankind to obey and do them in everyday life. God's laws are designed to bring blessings to humans. God's law determines attitudes that produce peace, order, security, respect, courtesy and welfare for humanity. So, God's laws are the laws of human life. The law in the Bible consists of commands and prohibitions. God gave the law to His people Israel through Moses which is 10 laws of God or Decalogue. In addition, there are still hundreds of other regulations and orders governing the moral, spiritual, and social life of God's people (Israel) and then these laws were perfected by Christ for the salvation and spiritual life of humans. Understanding the laws in the Bible certainly cannot be separated from the understanding of legal language as a medium of delivery as what is ordered and desired by God. Referring to this, the clarity of meaning and method in legal language plays a very important role. Clarity of meaning conveyed will have an effect in understanding the accuracy of the purpose of the law which is not interpreted in any other sense. In this paper discusses the role of legal language as stated in verses relating to law in the Bible based on the legal method and aspects. Key Words: Law, Law Language, Old Testament

Abstract

The outbreak of the corona virus (covid-19) in Indonesia which continued to increase until early March 2020, eventually led the government to impose a large-scale system of social restrictions (PSBB) in the DKI Jakarta area and several other regions. The implementation of this system also automatically encourages education practitioners to carry out online learning. Teachers and students are forced to be ready in their implementation, although so far some schools have never done learning with an online system. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze how effective the implementation of the learning system is from the teacher's perspective. The sample of this study was 35 teachers who teach at the primary school level from public and private schools in the North Jakarta area. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained, shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of the teacher, the ability to use applications, responses and benefits obtained
