Abstract

Indonesia as one of the world's rice importer is inversely proportional to its reputation as the state Agriculture. This is because the lack of support from the government. In the latest budget, the government allocated only 1.3% of the total budget for the agribusiness sector. Faced with these conditions, the Islamic Financial System has tools specifically related instruments with real sector called Sukuk/ Bond Sharia.

Abstract

Up to the present time, economics can't succeed in building economic justice and property for all mankind. In reality, there is an economic imbalance among the poor and the rich nations. In order to better the situation, the economics changed paradigm and vision. Moslem scientists tried to find an alternative system which could be relevant to the principles of Islamic Law. The alternative system is economy of Islam. Economic of Islam is established based on four philosophical bases namely, unity of God, justice and balances, freedom and human's responsibility. In the economics of Islam, product and services of banking have some specific rules such as abolishing interest, the expanse is used to finance legal efforts basing on principles of Islamic law and eliminate unproductive speculation.

Abstract

Indonesia the most populous to-5 as well as the largest Muslim population is a potential market opportunities for the consumption of food products, medicines and cosmetics for the businesses of their own country and from abroad. A transaction from interactions between businesses and consumers is not everything went smoothly but many violations committed by both sides, by both businesses and consumers, but in reality there are a lot more problems that harm consumers.

Abstract

Corruption is a phenomenon that gave negative implications for human life, both countries have developed and in developing countries. The issue of corruption to get serious attention from social scientists believed many fields because of corruption as the abuse of power, authority, and embezzlement and bribery significant deviation from the implementation of the value of the trust. Fairness is an important element in the matter of law and law enforcement so no wonder that the Qur'an emphasizes that justice be established though the relatives, even to yourself.

Abstract

Bankruptcy can happen for more rapid development of economic and trade issues which arise various debts that arise in the community. So also with the monetary crisis in Indonesia has given the unfavorable impact on the national economy, causing great hardship to the business community in resolving debts to continue its operations. So the need for an alternative solution for all parties to ensure the settlement of accounts payable business through bankruptcy institutions, and of the seizure is the expectation that all creditors receive payment of the balance of the proceeds from the seized assets.
