Abstract

Higher Education (PT) as a higher education institution that organizesthe educational process, to produce quality graduates, according to theNational Education goal to educate the Life of the Nation, to implement theTri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of the standards that have to run a PTis the accreditation, to prove that PT has the standards expected in public.Accreditation itself in practice shortly otherwise require supporting data /evidence base as part of the evidence before the attainment of di-approvedby the assessor. This paper attempts to explore Evidence Accreditation andCulture (culture of evidence) as a culture in PT to improve its quality as alearning organization.

Abstract

A servant leadership has a distinctive leadership character. The virtue of hisleadership is the growth and prosperity of the people and communities he isin. The strength of his leadership is to place the needs of others first and helppeople grow as high as possible. The leadership character of servant leadershipis inherent in the person of a priest. The Priest has the power of leadershipclosely connected with his identity as an ordained person. The identity ofa priest is a ministerial priesthood that serves the Church and Society. Theleadership of a priest characterized servant leadership is missed by peoplein Meratus mountains. The presence of the shepherd character of servantleadership is a desire to improve the quality of priests and their church life.

Abstract

In this paper, the author wants to make a kind of comparison about the viewsof the theologians Tom Jacobs and Joseph Ratzinger. The two theologians’opinions are presented in a discourse, and at the end of this discourse, theauthor responds to develop a contextual theology. For the author, the twotheologians have some similarities and a number of points of difference thatcontribute to the richness of the Church’s Christological reflection in order toheed sacred scriptures and traditions. Although the tension is found betweenfaithful to Scripture and Tradition, the author does not want to give a biasedopinion.

Abstract

The harmony of diversity in religion-ethnic-culture- is the dream of allpluralistic Indonesian components. Dialogue is one possibility as well as ahope to make unity in diversity towards harmony despite of the pessimisticfeelings that there is no truly ideal dialogue and interfaith meeting happen.The ideas and examples in this paper open up the optimistic feelings behindthe pessimism. That is, when ‘others’ become’ friends’ to be trusted, whenpersonal assumptions are changed and ‘Me’ and ‘Others’ recognize themistakes of each other in history that have passed through historical motions,and when’ Me’ and’ Others ‘can move beyond dialogue to work together in asociety with its beginnings and small ways. At that point that’ Me ‘and’ others’can overcome the history that has divided ‘me’ and ‘the other’ into two worldsby line different sharp demarcation.

Abstract

One of the main factors that support the changing world today is thedevelopment of information and communication technology which isincreasingly sophisticated. In Indonesia, the advancement of informationtechnology has had a significant impact on democracy. This article argues thata dignified democracy requires the quality of public literacy. Good literaturewill bear to citizens who think critically, rationally, constructively, and havethe depth and breadth of insight. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find the meeting point of Neo-Confucianphilosophy concept of Great Harmony with the philosophy of Paul Ricoeurabout human existence. The notion of Great Harmony in the Neo-Kunghucuismphilosophy will be explored in the thinking of Chou Tun-I, Cheng and ChuHsi philosophers. These three philosophers initiated the concept of GreatHarmony by displaying different characteristics and characteristics. Thoughthey are different, , the direction of the three talks leads the reader to discoverthe meaning and meaning of human existence which Paul Recoeur referredto as a hermeneutic creature. In an attempt to elaborate the idea of GreatHarmony and human existence, the author uses the hermeneutic method. Theconclusion is that human existence has a double meaning (plural) and notsingular. This is where the importance of language hermeneutics to interprethuman existence, especially in relation to God as the Supreme Reality.

Abstract

This paper intends to describe the level of parental understanding in earlychildhood education in the family, describes parenting patterns and factorsthat lead to drop out rates and child deviant behavior. In this study theauthors used a qualitative approach and data were collected using interviewand observation techniques.The results of this study indicate that in general, parents realize the importanceof early childhood education but the awareness is not accompanied by theattention to the education of their children so that the pattern of care thatis formed is permissive parenting. The most dominant factor affecting earlychildhood education is environmental factors.Based on the results of this study, the author suggest to families to improve theparental control function of their children’s education process in formal school.In addition, parents need to supervise their child’s association so that childrendo not choose the wrong friends in associating. The social environment has asignificant impact on changes in children’s behavior, increasing the frequencyof delinquency or deviant behavior that increases the potential of children todrop out.
