This research intends to build an automatic weather monitoring device based on microcontroller that can monitor changes in temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind direction and velocity through the sensors that have been placed on the weather monitoring location. The flexibility of this weather monitoring tool is intended to allow weather forecaster operators to monitor weather and process data from anywhere. To increase the flexibility of the sensor data processed on wemos microcontroller will be connected with access points in 2.4 GHz wireless network, then the data will be sent to the web server. Sensor data in addition to sent to the internet will also be stored on the SD Card as a data backup system in the form of data loggers. The device test results state that the tool has been operating properly and can be used to monitor the weather.

This research intends to build an application that can be a place for members of the fishing community. The application is built on three main modules: user management, spot fishing management, and discussion management. Applications built using java programming language with android platform this application also uses API (Application Programming Interface) built with PHP programming language as interface processing data to database. Application testing is done by black box method and usability software, with the test result stated that the three main modules are running well and deserve to be used to be a means of information exchange for members of the fishing community.

This research aims to develop a system capable of monitoring the performance of solar panels. This design is based on microcontroller atmega 328. In making this system is divided into two parts, namely, the design of hardware (hardware) which consists of the design of electronic devices. Second, the design of software (software). Programming of monitoring and recording system using Microsoft visual basic and arduino IDE software. Testing results using 12v light emitting diode (LED), monitoring system has been able to inform if the solar panel there is a voltage drop in the presence of an indicator on the sides of the panel, if the voltage is below the minimum 8v, then on the red panel panel lights up the indicator is not good, otherwise it will turn green if the voltage above the minimum voltage limit is 8v and the status is good. The results of software testing have been successful showing the expected results at the time of testing using black box testing method.

This research aims to design an applications of medical information system that uses barcode on desktop and Android device. Designing applications using Visual Basic, the Java programming language and MySQL for database system. In an application using the barcode type code 3 and 9. The process of data exchanged between device and database is done by using local networks to make distribution data easier. Application of medical information system using barcode-based desktop and Android created through several stages for designing system which is creation database system, barcode design, scanning barcode and development of the application of both in desktop and Android. The results of application medical information system use barcode based desktop and Android that is able to display information data of the patient to the doctor through the scan the barcode displayed on Android and desktop applications can update the information data of patients as well as doctors a Clinic Karya Prima.

In practice the access point can not always cover the maximum range of distance due to signal wave propagation in the room, such as reflection, alteration, or scattering of signals. For the purpose of implementation optimization, this study aims to obtain characteristics of signal level quality and throughput at the Dishubkominfo Building of Badung Regency. The indoor propagation analysis of WLAN IEEE 802.11g is based on 3 models of measurement ie without barrier, wall barrier, and floor barrier. The result of the highest signal level measurement is -40 dBm, while the lowest signal level is -85 dBm. Maximum throughput measurement results 8.05 Mbps, from the maximum available bandwidth of 10 Mbps. While the coverage area based on testers using the software to adjust the floor plan on the building, almost in accordance with the calculation of signal level.

PT Telkom Access (PTTA) is a provider of network infrastructure construction and management services. The company is experiencing various obstacles in managing network infrastructure. One of them is the inefficient coordination between technicians and helpdesk when connecting ODP. In order for technicians to immediately connect customers with the nearest ODP, the technicians need specific ODP location information to be fixed. So far no ODP mapping system has been used. Based on the existing problems, then this research proposes the design and development of Geographic Information System Application mapping ODP web-based for helpdesk and Android mobile-based apps for technicians. Based on the results of testing the application with Black-box testing method, all the functionality of ODP mapping system on web and Android that has been built can run well.

Motorbike repair shops are one of the industries which provide services for repairs, tunings, or even providing availability of parts to the customer. Punctuality is one of the most important factor to every users that uses this kind of service. Nowadays, most of the repair shops provide several means to book and to make a reservation for most customer's intended services. But, they are done manually by the management, either by direct visits or by call. This will gradually become a tedious task and requires meticulous book keeping to track a huge numbers of reservations. This research was done as an attempt to develop a responsive web-based system, starting from its basic infrastructure analysis, built in PHP with standard MySQL database system. The result of this development is intended to cater and accommodate the needs of customers for reserving services ahead as well as to find the nearest, most suitable shops for their appointments automatically. All of this system functionalities are working as intended according to black box testing method.

This study has evaluated the application of brightness adjustment technique to improve image contrast in the framework of coastline extraction on video-based shoreline monitoring system. In this monitoring system, the shoreline detection mechanism is done by introducing the land and sea objects in the video image. Changes in sea conditions due to weather changes cause a change in the contrast in the coastal image. The change in contrast will lead to inaccurate coastline detection. The brightness adjustment technique is applied to the image pre-processing to produce stable contrast in all conditions so that the coastal monitoring system can extract the coastline accurately. The brightness adjustment technique can adjust the brightness of the coastal image by setting the upper and lower threshold values of each pixel intensity. This study used 3 (three) sample video test images taken on morning, noon and afternoon to obtain different video image characteristics. The simulation results show that the application of brightness adjustment technique can increase the accuracy of shoreline extraction when using the threshold value of each at -20% for morning image condition, -40% for daytime image condition, and -35% for afternoon image condition .

The level of satisfaction with the service provided by PLN becomes the main priority that must be obtained by the customers. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of electricity service to customer satisfaction PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabanan. In this research using 100 respondents by using non random sampling method in sample selection. There are two methods used in the research is the method of statistical data and methods of observation. Statistical data is the result of respondents' assessment on importance performance analysis, validity test and Cartesian diagram. Observation is a direct observation in the study. The results of this study indicate that electricity customers Rayon Tabanan feel satisfied with the quality of electricity service PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabanan because the assessment of respondents on electrical continuity in the level that is felt in accordance with the expected customers with SPSS calculation of 4.59% and for the value the lowest of 3.49% is the speed of PB / PD / PS application.

Participation Credit Unit (PCU) is a system of appreciation to Udayana University's students for their participation in student activities in both academic and non academic fields. It is one of the requirements that must be met by every student in order to be allowed to follow graduation. At the Faculty of Engineering of Udayana University, there are some data of students’ PCU that are not stored well, so the data get lost and make the process of inputting the PCU of students become problematic. In this study, the information system being built will be used to manage the PCU data of Faculty of Engineering students of Udayana University. This information system is built by using an HTML programming language, PHP with MySQL DBMS and by using the Bootstrap Framework. The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test given to (20) users of the system obtained an average value of 80,88 which means that the it has the values of Excellent Adjective Ratings, B Scale Grade and Acceptable Acceptability Ranges.
