Abstract

Aplikasi-aplikasi baru berbasis teknologi canggih diciptakan guna mempercepat dan mempermudah kinerja manusia untuk melakukan sesuatu di berbagai bidang, salah satunya sistem parkir yang memanfaatkan teknik pengenalan pola dalam teknik pengolahan citra digital. Umumnya, pada sistem parkir manual kecepatan pelayanan loket tergantung pada kecepatan petugas dalam membaca dan menginputkan data identitas kendaraaan ke sistem, sehingga dilakukan penelitian tentang sistem pendeteksian posisi plat kendaraan bermotor menggunakan teknik pengolahan citra digital dengan memanfaatkan Metode Transformasi Hough. Hasil unjuk kerja pada simulasi pendeteksian plat nomor kendaraan dari citra kendaraan berdasarkan tiga skenario berbeda didapatkan hasil terbaik menggunakan skenario gabungan vertikal dan horizontal dengan keberhasilan sistem dalam mendeteksi 20 citra sampel adalah 95% dan persentase kegagalan 5%.

Abstract

Taekwondo is one of the martial arts competitions competed in the Olympics. Taekwondo comes from Korea, Tae means "kicking or destroying with legs"; Kwon means "boxing"; and Do means "road" or "art". The taekwondo match is led by a referee and a judge who is responsible for giving scores to athletes who get points. During taekwondo match training, the assessment is still done in a manual way so that electronic score equipment is needed that is portable and easy to operate. Based on this, there is a desire to make electronic score equipment used for taekwondo match training by creating a scoring board using an Arduino-based joystick. The Arduino-based scoring board uses two PS3 sticks that are connected to Arduino wirelessly using Bluetooth and received by the joystick receiver. The display value of this match training will be displayed on the LED Matrix display in the form of numbers / scores. The time and the taekwondo match training round are displayed on the seven segment display and are set at the beginning of the practice match using a blue joystick. When the match time runs out, there will be a sound issued by the buzzer. From the research conducted, it is expected to be able to facilitate assessment when competing in taekwondo training.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju, banyak orang yang membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Makalah ini dibuat bermaksud menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk memantau posisi dari mobil patroli. Memanfaatkan teknologi GPS dan SMS gateway tracking mobil patroli dapat ditampilkan di Web untuk posisi atau koordinat dari tiap-tiap mobil patroli. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari rancangan sistem ini adalah sistem informasi tracking mobil patroli yang meliputi pengolahan data GPS, mobil patroli, posisi realtime dan histori dari mobil patroli.

Abstract

Nelayan tradisional adalah nelayan yang menangkap ikan pada malam hari, menggunakan perahu kecil. Nelayan menggunakan lampu sorot halogen yang dicatu dengan genset kecil, untuk menarik perhatian ikan. Kendala yang dihadapi nelayan yaitu harga minyak yang semakin mahal, kelangkaan minyak, getaran dan suara berisik dari genset yang membuat ikan takut mendekat, konsumsi energi yang tinggi dari lampu sorot halogen, serta polusi udara dan emisi karbondioksida dari penggunaan genset. Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu mengganti genset dengan PLTS. PLTS yang dirancang yaitu, 2×80 ???????? modul surya dirangkai seri, 10 ???? charger controller dan 2×70 ????? baterai dirangkai seri untuk menyuplai 4×30 ???? lampu sorot LED. PLTS ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan energi sebesar 174,52 kWh/tahun, dari 175,2 kWh/tahun, jadi sebanyak 99,6 % kebutuhan energi telah mampu disuplai. Investasi awal sistem PLTS ini yaitu 10.639.500 rupiah, dengan pengurangan emisi karbondioksida sebesar 63.291.569 ????????/?????????????????.

Abstract

Permasalahan gangguan di jaringan distribusi 20 kV seringkali menyebabkan terputusnyapasokan daya listrik kepada pelanggan. Salah satu penyebab keandalan sistem kurang baik adalahkesalahan koordinasi setting relay pada penyulang. Seperti yang terjadi pada penyulang Ngurah Rai Idan Penyulang Ngurah Rai II dimana terdapat kesalahan koordinasi setting antara relay pada pangkalpenyulang yang terletak di Gardu Induk (GI) dengan relay pada di ujung jaringan yang terletak diGardu Hubung (GH). Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut maka perlu dianalisis setting relay yangsudah ada (eksisting). Untuk membuktikan koordinasi setting relay sudah sempurna, maka akandilakukan simulasi menggunakan bantuan program computer yaitu Electrical Transient AnalysisProgram (ETAP). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai setting dimulai dari setting Over Current Relay(OCR) pada pangkal penyulang (GI) 360 A dan Tms 0,36 sedangkan untuk nilai setting arus OCRpada ujung penyulang (GH) yang menggunakan relay directional 330 A dan TMS 0,16. Kemudianuntuk setting GFR pada pangkal penyulang (GI) diperoleh nilai 34 A dan TMS 0,2. Sedangkan settingGFR pada ujung penyulang (GH) yang menggunakan relay directional diperoleh nilai 31 A dan TMS0,1.

Abstract

Weather forecast information is very important for tourism in Indonesia, especially Bali as one of the main tourist destinations. That information must be easily accessible by the users, as one of them through a mobile phone. In this research developed an application to showing the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali through mobile devices based on android operating system. The data sourced from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG). Generally, the system is divided into two parts, such as the server and client (user). Admin created in the form of web server by using HTML, PHP and JavaScript that used for the management of weather forecast data and convert data from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG), while on the client side is an application based on adroid to access the weather forecast data. In the design of the application, the planning begins with the analysis of system requirements, the implementation of coding until testing applications. The result of this research is an application of the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali which can be displayed on the mobile devices based on android operating system. Based on the result of the application testing with black box method overall funcional application has been running well.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam sistem komunikasi bergerak sudah berkembang cukup pesat. Salah satu contohnya ada teknologi HSDPA. Pihak provider biasanya melakukan metode walk test untuk mengecek kekuatan sinyal dengan menggunakan software TEMS Investigtions. Dengan kemajuannya Teknologi walk test dapat diterapkan dengan lebih mudah yaitu menggunakan perangkat android yang sudah terinstal aplikasi G-Net track Pro. Pada penelitian ini, akan menggunakan tahapan sesuai alur yang ada pada metode penelitian yaitu dimulai dengan melakukan pengukuran berdasarkan jarak dengan membandingkan software TEMS Investigations dan G-NET TRACK PRO dengan parameter RSCP dan Ec/No. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan menganalisa antara hubungan parameter RSCP dan Ec/No menggunakan TEMS Investigations dan G-Net Pro. kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan perhitungan teoritis parameter RSCP. Dari hasil pengukuran diproleh pada lantai I antena 1-1 pada titik jarak 5 meter parameter RSCP dengan TEMS Investigation memiliki nilai -75 dBm sedangkan dari G-Net Track Pro memiliki nilai -83 dBm. Pada parameter Ec/No dengan TEMS Investigation memiliki nilai -6 dB dan G_Net Track memiliki nilai -5 dB. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi G-NetTrack Pro mampu menampilkan parameter yang dibutuhkan akan tetapi tidak sedetail TEMS investigation sehingga untuk proses pembelajaran dan pengenalan walk test aplikasi G-Net track Pro dapat digunakan.

Abstract

Earthing systems (Grounding System) is a device that serves to secure the installation of overcurrent and overvoltage caused by lightning electricity or internal interruption of electricity by removing the payload to the ground. One of the factors that influence terhadapnilai prisoners earthing is resistivity value of the land. Mini-hydro power plants in Tukad Balian Tabanan regency require resistance value ? 2 Ohms. The purpose and benefits of the research was to determine the characteristics of the grounding system in the mini-hydro power plants in Tukad Balian Tabanan regency. And the benefits of this research is in order to get the data that can be used as a reference darii mounting / grounding system planning power plants Tukad Balian minihidor in Tabanan regency.Based on analysis of the calculation of the earthing system with some type used sebagau obtained the following results: by using a single type of rod electrodes (one rod) to obtain the results of the grounding prisoners ?2?, rod electrodes implanted deep as 13 meters. By using two types of rod electrodes (two rod) S> L to get the grounding ?2?, rod electrodes implanted with a length of 7 meters and the distance between the electrodes 9 meters. By using two types of rod electrodes (two rod) S <L to get the grounding ?2?, rod electrodes implanted with a length of 8 meters and the distance between the electrodes 2 meters. By using the type of plate to get the grounding ?2?, required as many as three pieces of plate with a depth of 1 meter. Using a type of grid to earthing ?2? result, a long electrode required 45 meter.

Abstract

In the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Udayana University, a Solar Power Plant was installed with a power of 26.4 kWp, a Wind Power Plant with a power of 5 kWp and a Diesel Power Plant with a capacity of 20 kVA. The size of harmonics in the electric power system is called Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). THDi's research results at DH Electrical Engineering Building of Udayana University before the operation of Distributed Generation (DG) were that R phase was 9.91%, S phase was 10.86%, and T phase was 9.85%. THDi value after the operation of Distributed Generation, R phase was 16.05%, S phase was 17.53%, and T phase was 15.70%. THDi value with LC filter, R phase was 4.0%, S phase was 5.52% and T phase was 3.97%. THDv value before the operation of Distributed Generation, R phase was 0.08%, S phase was 0.48% and T phase was 0.47%. THDv value after the operation of Distributed Generation, R phase was 0.24%, S phase was 0.44% and T phase was 0.49%. THDv value with LC filter, R phase was 0.01%, S phase was 0.01% and T phase was 0.02%. The results of the research showed that losses before the operation of Distributed Generation were 115.53 Watts and the value of losses after the operation of Distributed Generation had increased to 130.07 Watts.

Abstract

This research intends to build an application that can be a place for members of the fishing community. The application is built on three main modules: user management, spot fishing management, and discussion management. Applications built using java programming language with android platform this application also uses API (Application Programming Interface) built with PHP programming language as interface processing data to database. Application testing is done by black box method and usability software, with the test result stated that the three main modules are running well and deserve to be used to be a means of information exchange for members of the fishing community.
