Abstract

Mulai Desember 2015, Indonesia akan bergabung dalam era kompetisi bernama Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Ada beragam tanggapan mengenai kesiapan para guru di Indonesia untuk menghadapi era kompetisi yang bakal berlangsung ketat di antara masyarakat negaranegara ASEAN. Kinerja Guru sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan Indonesia sehingga lewat peningkatan kinerja guru akan berdampak pada kompetisi di era Mea. Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja adalah salah satu faktor penggerak peningkatan kinerja Guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Kecamatan Tenga,Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru pada satuan kerja di SMP Kecamatan Tenga Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan,yang berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Beradasarkan analisa data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Kecamatan Tenga,Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.

Abstract

The ethanol extract of ascidian Herdmania momus collected from Manado North Sulawesi was assayed against V79, the bioassay tested to V79 cells reflects the direct action of the compounds on the cells and also is used to select active compounds for the bioassay of inflammatory cytokine production. The inhibition activity against the colony formation of Chinese hamster V79 cells showed very weak inhibited. The HPLC separation of the ethanol extract yielded two interesting fractions Fr.2.2.2 and Fr.2.2.4. were obtained from marine ascidian H. momus.Keywords: Ascidian Herdmania momus, inhibitor, North Sulawesi, V79 Cells

Abstract

Performance of employees of CV. Vio Catering can also be measured through completion duties effectively and efsien and perform its role and function and that all related linearly and positively related to the success of a company. Focus of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and disciplines on employee performance in CV. Vio Catering, simultaneously and partially. Population of this research is all 54 employees of CV. Vio Catering. Sampling method used is saturated sampling method. Using a multiple regression as a analysis tool, this research found that there is a significant influence of leadership style, work motivation and disciplines on employee performance in CV. Vio Catering, simultaneously and partially. So based on this findings, is recommended that CV. Vio Catering needs to improve the employee performance by focusing an increasing in leadership style, work motivation and disciplines as factors to determine the increasing in employee performance.

Abstract

Entering the Asean Economic Community (AEC), competition in all sectors, including the health care industry, increasingly tight. Therefore, the hospital needs to improve the quality and competence of human resources to face the era of openness. The role of the hospital is very big also need to be  kept synergy between public and private hospitals owned by the government even needs to be improved. MEA is important moment for the entire hospital either private or government synergy. Synergies that by taking part in the National Health Insurance program (JKN) managed BPJS. Especially targeted in 2019, Indonesia will achieve universal health coverage, or universal health insurance, in which the entire people of Indonesia covered with JKN. In the face of MEA private hospitals began to increase the competence of human resources, ranging from doctors, nurses, and midwives. Improving the competence of this is done through ongoing training. The objective which this thesis intends to achieve is to analyze the service quality of Siloam Hospital Manado by using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The sample taken is using simple random sampling of 100 people who experience the service of Siloam Hospital Manado.

Abstract

MEA membuka peluang bagi tenaga professional ASEAN untuk bisa bekerja di antara negara-negara ASEAN, hal ini telah disepakati bersama dalam Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA). Sudah terlambat bagi kita untuk mempertanyakan lagi mengenai kesepakatan tersebut, tetapi belum terlambat bagi kita untuk menentukan sikap dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi MEA. Riset ini diharapkan bisa memberikan pandangan kepada para professional akuntan dan mahasiswa akuntansi mengenai persaingan profesi akuntan di era MEA. Indonesia memiliki kekuatan sebagai negara ASEAN dengan jumlah akuntan ke empat terbanyak di negara ASEAN, namun memiliki tantangan akan kurangnya jumlah profesi akuntan dibandingkan dengan banyaknya organisasi yang membutuhkan akuntan. Ancaman bagi profesi akuntan di era MEA berasal dari negara-negara tetangga Thailand, Malaysia, dan Singapura karena memiliki jumlah akuntan yang lebih banyak dari Indonesia.Kata kunci: Akuntan, MEA, MRA

Abstract

In the new competition era of Asean Economics Community (ASC), transportation has become one of the most important services for supporting people‟s daily activities. Therefore, Garuda Indonesia as one of airline in Indonesia should be focus on service quality. In order to maximize the service performance, Garuda gives full of service by providing facilities such as lobby lounge and member cards (GarudaMiles). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality toward sales of ticket and membership of Garuda Indonesia. The analysis method that used in this research is Time Series Regression. Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are the independent variables of this research. While, dependent variables of this research are sales of ticket and membership. The population of this research is airplane in Indonesia and the sample of this research is Garuda Indonesia Airline. The result of this research shows that based on F test, all independent variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have simultaneous influence on sales of ticket and all independent variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) also have simultaneous influence on membership. While, based on T test not all independent variables in this research influence sales of ticket of Garuda Indonesia partially. The independent variable that influences sales of ticket partially is tangible and independent variables that partially influence membership are tangible, responsiveness and empathy.

Abstract

In the era of ASEAN free market, companies that want to grow should have made changes. Among the changes made by the company is about the performance in the company or profitability. To be able to do so it requires the ability, the willingness of management who are experienced in managing and allocating the economic resources of the company systematically, effectively and efficiently so that the company to gain maximum profit, therefore the company must be able to control the assets, income and cost as much as possible.The study was conducted at GMIM Bethesda Hospital in Tomohon City and GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital in Manado City, North Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence about the relationship of management control system component (SPM), that is quality goal, quality feedback and quality incentive with financial performance at GMIM Bethesda hospital in Tomohon and Pancaran Kasih in Manado Data analysis method used is correlation analysis method. The value of this correlation coefficient is the value used to measure the strength (closeness) of a relationship between variables. In this case between quality qoal variables and financial performance, quality feedback and financial performance and quality incentive and financial performance. From the results of data analysis found that quality qoal, quality feedback and quality incentive and have a close relationship with financial performance.Keywords : Financial management, quality goal, quality feedback, quality incentive

Abstract

Peran perempuan sangat dominan dalam usaha kuliner tradisional di pantai Malalayang 2 (destinasi wisata kuliner tradisional sabua bulu), sebagai sarana bagi perempuan menyalurkan kemampuan-kemampuan kodratinya. Hanya saja Pemerintah kota Manado belum punya program pemberdayaan, yakni melatih perempuan agar memiliki kemampuan, pengetahuan serta ketrampilan tentang rupa-rupa kuliner nasional juga internasional.Sebagai destinasi wisata lokasi ini masih berhadapan dengan beberapa masalah serius;pembangunan lapak jualan kurang memperhatikan aspek higienis, keyamanan dan keamanan serta aspek ekonomis (tidak ada toilet umum,posisi lapak saling berdempetdempetan, letak lapak sangat dekat dengan jalan raya, sangat rawan kecelakaan,kurang tempat parkir). Selain itu, pembagian lapak-lapak ini kurang memperhatikan minat dan bakat berdagang,dilakukan secara acak bahkan hanya berdasarkan selera kedekatan dengan penguasa.Tujuan tulisan ini hendak mengajak Kelurahan Malalayang Dua/Pemkot Manado serta semua pihak terkait agar segera membenahi destinasi wisata ini dengan memperhatikan keyamanan,higienis, memperjelas aturan pengelolah,serta membantu perempuan mau mengembangkan potensi dirinya sehingga menjadi lebih produktif menghadapi persaingan MEA.

Abstract

Integrated of the service is determined by several sector. Addressing Asean Economic Community (ASC), increasing in service quality is the most high priority. coffee become a lifestyle there are many coffee shop that open in market, busy lifestyle also be the reason why some of society choose coffee shop to become the place that they can relax or gathering with friends. This also happen in Indonesia, where coffee shops are growing continiusly and rapidly, start from the traditional one until the modern one. The population in this research are the customer of Excelso coffee Manado Town Square. The sample of this research will be 100 customers of Excelso coffee Manado Town Square.

Abstract

As a part of ASEAN, Indonesia should be ready to face the open competition in ASEAN Economic Community. As a country with big number of population Indonesia of course considered as a promising goal for foreign company that intent on expand their business. Appearanced of The Premiere movie theaters in Manado become a phenomena although this kind of movie theater already introduced by other company that provide premium movie theater. This research aims to evaluate the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already experience watching movie in The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Convenience sampling was used to collecting data through online questionnaire.The result, the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3 shows, the cleanliness of the toilet attribute located in Quadrant 2. On the other hand, electric seats inside the studio attribute placed in Quadrant 3 on IPA chart about servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3.
