Abstract

This study explored students' rationality in post-COVID-19 learning using Weber's perspective as a framework. This qualitative study involved VI-grade students at SDN 3 Simpangkatis, Central Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province as primary informants. Then, the principal and teacher of Islamic Religious Education who will provide extra instructions. The data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Weber's rationality theory was utilized as the theoretical foundation. The findings revealed four patterns of rationality among VI-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Simpangkatis regarding post-COVID-19 in Islamic Religious Education. Firstly, there was a traditional irrational pattern, where some students preferred playing games over studying. Secondly, an irrational affective pattern was observed, where students showed enthusiasm to be class champions, but they lacked of proper planning. Thirdly, instrumental rationality was shown by students who took private lessons and purchased Islamic Religious Education books to enhance their knowledge and achieve optimal learning outcomes. Lastly, a value-based rationality pattern was identified, where students prioritized comprehensive understanding of the subject matter rather than solely focusing on learning outcomes or being the class champions. To accomplish this, these students attended private lessons, reviewed the learning material at home, performed reading and re-reading, and memorized the verses and hadiths.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in general educationfocuses more on cognitive aspects than affective and psychomotor aspects, while at theAmuslim Integrated Islamic Boarding School the development does not only focus oncognitive aspects but also on affective and psychomotor aspects. This study aims todetermine the model of PAI curriculum development at MTsS Almuslim, theimplementation of the PAI curriculum at MTsS Al-Muslimand the inhibiting andsupporting factors in developing the PAI curriculum at MTsS Almuslim. In this study,the researcher used the type of research, namely qualitative research with the formulationof the problem, namely how to model the development of the PAI curriculum at MTsSAlmuslim? How is the implementation of the PAI curriculum at MTsS Almuslim? Whatare the inhibiting and supporting factors in MTsS Almuslim? The results of the researchare: First, the model of curriculum development for Islamic Religious Education atMTsS Al-Muslimuses the Darussalam Gontor curriculum model which is modified withthe Al-MuslimIntegrated Islamic Boarding School curriculum model. Second, theimplementation of the field of study in Islamic Religious Education at MTsS Al-Muslimisvery dependent on the sincerity of the teacher, the ability of the teacher to deliver thematerial, the ability to choose and apply learning methods, and utilize existing mediatools for successful learning. The implementation has also been divided into 3 forms ofimplementation such as the implementation of the Hafiz Qur'an Program,Implementation of Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom and outsidethe classroom (Extracurricular) such as Tajiyiz mayit, congregational prayers, sunnahfasting, performing Hajj, commemorating major holidays. Islam. Third, regarding thesesupporting and inhibiting factors at MTsS Almuslim, if you look at the supportingfactors at MTsS Almuslim, it is very supportive in terms of needs such as media tools,comfortable classroom conditions, very strategic places, students living in the school environment. If you look at the inhibiting factors, it is only the student sector who getstired easily due to the ineffective use of time. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the pedagogic competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers, religious education in the family, learning motivation, on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at Pekanbaru State Senior High School. This research method uses survey research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru City, SMAN 9 Pekanbaru City and SMAN 11 Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research was 115 respondents from a total population of 1,010 students. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression with the results: There is a significant effect of 46.4% on the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers, Religious Education in the Family and Learning Motivation simultaneously on the learning outcomes of PAI students at SMAN Pekanbaru City. This means that the higher the level of PAI Teacher Pedagogic Competence, Family Religious Education, and Learning Motivation, the better the PAI Learning Outcomes of Students at Pekanbaru State Senior High School. While there are 53.6% who are influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as learning discipline, the role of school principals, teacher professionalism, learning models, learning methods, digital-based teaching materials, digital-based learning media, learning facilities, learning resources, environment other social and non-social. Keywords:  Pedagogic Competence, Religious Education in the Family, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the SISDIKNAS law in Islamic education policy through integrated education to answer the problem of educational dichotomy. This research uses field research and qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research was at SDIT Sunan Averroes Sleman. The research informants were school principals, teachers, and students' parents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data through source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the implementation of the SISDIKNAS Law in the Islamic education curriculum policy has been explicitly regulated as a subject, namely in article 37 of the 2003 SISDIKNAS Law, the Implementation of the SISDIKNAS Law in the integration policy of Islamic education curriculum at SDIT Sunan Averroes Sleman, among others 1) The SISDIKNAS Law is used as a guideline in preparing curriculum policies, 2) The subject matter at SDIT is in accordance with the subject matter in Article 37 of the SISDIKNAS Law and there are plus points in the field of religion, 3) The curriculum policy at SDIT integrates general knowledge and religion as a solution to the problem of educational dichotomy, 4) Content Islamic Religious Education material in Integrated Islamic Schools is not branched so it does not burden children, 5) Compilation of curriculum with planning, implementation and evaluation processes. Supporting factors for the implementation of the SISDIKNAS Law in the policy of integrating Islamic education at SDIT Sunan Averroes Sleman are teachers who are still young, whose minds are energetic, each class does not go to formal classes so that learning runs more optimally, and parental support. While the inhibiting factors are the teacher's educational background which is not linear and the limited infrastructure. Kata kunci: SISDIKNAS Law, Islamic Education Policy, Integrated Islamic Schools

Abstract

This study examines the role of character education in autistic children at SLB Islam Qothrunnada. Autism is a neurobiological disorder that affects social interaction, communication, and individual behavior patterns. Character education plays a crucial role in shaping positive attitudes and values in autistic children. This research employs a qualitative approach through field research involving teachers at Qothrunnada Islamic Special School as informant interviews. The interview instrument was utilized to gather data on the behavior model of character education for autistic children, the positive values instilled, and the obstacles encountered in the character education process. The study's findings reveal that the character education model for autistic children at Qothrunnada Islamic Special School is implemented through habituation in daily life, encompassing the school, the surrounding environment, and the home. Character education in autistic children is implemented through the promotion of positive values that align with the specific needs and challenges faced by these children. The establishment of character education patterns is crucial to ensure the harmonious collaboration between teachers, parents, and individuals within the child's immediate environment. Keywords: Character Education, Autism, Habituation, Model.

Abstract

Character education is the process of providing guidance to students to become fully human beings with character in the dimensions of heart, mind, body, and feeling and intention. Character education is one of the strongholds and is considered the best solution to need and improve the nation's morals and character which is currently being carried away by the very fast flow of globalization. In Islam, character education has been implemented from an early age, one of which is Duha prayer. The inculcation of religious character values through the habit of praying dhuha is a character education to overcome moral and character degradation in the mindset and behavior of students. This study aims to: (1) describe what character values are instilled through the habit of praying dhuha together at SDN Pakamban Daya. (2) describe the process of cultivating religious character values through the habit of praying dhuha together at SDN Pakamban Daya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include 3 ways using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In this study using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1). there are 5 characters that exist in students are religious, disciplined, independent, honest and leadership. 2) Duha prayer activities have been carried out for approximately two years and are still ongoing today. The Duha prayer starts at 06.30 – 07.15 WIB every day except Sunday because it is a holiday.Keywords: Istallation of character values, Duha prayer together

Abstract

Islamic boarding school-based schools are one of the educational models that has experienced quite significant development in Indonesia. This model school typology has become one of the educational models that has attracted the attention of some Indonesians. This reason makes sense because the curriculum offered tends to be relatively more comprehensive than if you only study at school or only study at an Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school Islamic boarding school is an education provider with a unique concept that combines the Islamic boarding school concept and the school concept as a unified curriculum system. In its management, this institution integrates the Islamic boarding school curriculum into formal education. This research uses observation and interview methods, and is accompanied by literature study methods. The observation method is direct observation of the research object. The interview method is asking questions to dig up information from sources who are the object of research. And the literature study method, where researchers use various literature to obtain research data. This article is very important to read, because it can broaden the reader's insight and this article is different from other articles because it contains about the advantages of formal schools found in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that are ready to create a competitive and sustainable generation. The teaching of Islamic boarding schools and sustainable development have similarities in values and principles. With this, Islamic boarding schools can certainly integrate religious and general knowledge to prepare a generation that is intellectually and spiritually intelligent. In reality, the principles of sustainable development are in accordance with Islamic teachings taught at the Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, Al-Qadir Islamic boarding School indirectly has an active role in supporting and realizing the principles of sustainable development. The research uses qualitative methods to answer the questions as accurately as possible. Then it is analyzed using contructivism to see how Islamic teachings can be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School has role in implementing the principles of sustainable development through education. In this case researchers discovered the role of the Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in Supporting and realizing sustainable development. KH. Masrur Ahmad MZ as an Islamic boarding school caretaker has an important role in providing understanding to teachers and students to be able to implement Islamic teachings in accordance with the principles of sustainable development education, implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: sustainable development education, Implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that each student has different levels of self-regulation, which means that their level of character also varies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of describing student self-regulation in the formation of integrative character in the PAI study program. This research provides a results report by describing and explaining the data obtained regarding student self-regulation in the formation of integrative character in the PAI study program. The research location was at IAIN SAS Babel, and the source of data obtained was the head of the PAI study program and 8 PAI study program students were the research subjects. In this research, data collection methods used structured interviews, structured observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses data reduced from interview guides, observations and conclusions based on the facts found. The results of the research show that PAI study program students at IAIN SAS Babel have an integrative character. First, student self-regulation, namely through patterns of receiving, evaluating, searching, formulating, implementing, and assessing. Second, students' integrative character is formed from habits, moral knowing, moral feeling and loving, example and self-introspection. Keywords: Self-Regulation, Character, Students

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on multicultural education at SMPN 1 Arjawinangun. This school is quite interesting in terms of its geographical location and the demographics of its inhabitants. This school does not stand in the middle of the city or suburbs, but instead in the outskirts of the district which usually has a homogeneous society. However, Arjawinangun is different in that around the school there are four large houses of worship of four different religions; Islam, Catholicism, Christianity and Buddhism. The method used is qualitative with interviews and observations as techniques to obtain primary data. The results show that multicultural education in this school does not only occur at the subject level or in the classroom, but is implemented starting from school policies to interactions between individuals (students) in it. It is hoped that with this research, multicultural education in other schools can apply the methods used at SMPN 1 Arjawinangun so that students can have a moderate and tolerant perspective on different beliefs.. Keywords: Multicultural Education, SMPN 1 Arjawinangun, Santri Village.
