Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find alternative strategies used by FoodHalal.id startups in developing their business. The problems regarding the analysis of internal factors, external factors, and SWOT matrix. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews, informants are CEOs and employees of MakanHalal.id, restaurant owners who collaborate with MakanHalal.id. The results of research are grouped into 4 categories, namely: (1). Alternative SO Strategy expands the halal food network in all areas of DKI Jakarta using social media to promote Halal Food, join as driver partners. (2) Alternative WO strategy by creating social media accounts with interesting content to increase traffic. holding live quizzes or giveaways on social media while the system is off, expanding the coverage area and delivery distance in DKI Jakarta area can access Halal.id Food, (3) Alternative ST Strategy by collaborating with businessmen to pre-order on the FoodHalal.id application, holding promotions, marketing that Halal.id is more flexible than other applications, (4) Alternative WT strategy: establishing cooperation with restaurant businesses that have not yet opened their own online delivery, increasing the delivery distance of more than 25km to be able to compete with competing applications. Further research focus on digital marketing strategies for halal food businesses.

Abstract

People's interest in using the Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has decreased significantly. This problem has an impact on the decline in Perum Damri's income. The purpose of this study is to determine the service quality of Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit in Makassar so that it can increase public interest in using this mode of public transportation. Results show that the maximum gap in this study is -1.49, which means there is a gap between respondents' perceptions and expectations regarding the operational hours of Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit. Most respondents, as many as 64 people (68.1%), said they did not know the BRT operational hours and the bus often come late to the bus stop. Respondents expectation that the BRT operational hours (arrival and departure) would be timely and clear. The smaller the gap (gap close to zero or positive) the better the service quality of the company. Conversely, the larger the gap, the lower the service quality of a company. Thus, service companies such as Perum Damri which is a provider of the Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit in Makassar need to prioritize in improving service quality based on the results of the largest gap

Abstract

PT KCI innovated the newest service, namely the Commuter Line Ticket Vending Machine (C-VIM). This innovation is intended to answer customer complaints about the time spent queuing for tickets at the counter. C-VIM is a machine of PT KCI service innovation with the aim of parsing the queues that occur at conventional counters. This study aims to determine and analyze how the effectiveness of C-VIM services in handling ticket purchase queues. The research was conducted at Bekasi station as the station with the highest number of passengers in 2019. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were C-VIM users. The data analysis technique used in this study is divided into three stages, namely: instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The instrument test is intended to analyze the validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Hypothesis testing consists of simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and significant T test. The results of the data analysis obtained show a significant and positive effect, so it can be said that there is an effect of the effectiveness of C-VIM services in handling ticket purchase queues. at Bekasi Station, therefore, C-VIM is effective to continue to be used in the efforts to improve PT KCI services with the hope that some improvements will occur in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of the application of PSAK 72 in construction companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the assumption that the company did early adoption of PSAK 72 in the 2019 financial statements. PSAK 72 is a standard set by IAI regarding the recognition and measurement of contracts with customers effectively valid on January 1, 2020. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method by comparing the application of PSAK 34 and PSAK 44 with PSAK 72 in construction companies. Results of this research indicate that the application of PSAK 72 does not have an impact on construction contract but have an impact on real estate contract. Real estate contract must recognition revenue at point in time based on PSAK 72. Real estate contract in PSAK 72 and income tax have difference in revenue recognition and tax imposition. Abstract

Shopping orientation is defined as a form of interest attached to the individual and then provides motivation in making a purchase of a product. Shopping orientation has an attachment to social relationships because it involves how consumers reflect consumer conditions in the shopping environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store layout, interior appearance, and people on shopping orientation at Matahari Basko Grand Mall Padang. In general, the results of this study indicate that: store layout has a significant effect on shopping orientation at Matahari Basko Grand Mall, interior appearance has a significant effect on Shopping Orientation at Matahari Basko Grand Mall. Meanwhile, humans have no significant effect on Matahari Basko Grand Mall Shopping Orientation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency variables, compensation, work discipline partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple regression tests using the SPSS version 22 program. The population in this study was 105 teachers at Lazuardi Global Islamic School. The results of this study indicate that partially competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, but work discipline does not significantly affect teacher performance. Furthermore, simultaneously, the competency, competence, and work discipline variables together have a significant effect on teacher performance. The suggestions given based on the results of this study are that teachers should improve their competence in the teaching and learning process, school management should increase compensation in the form of financial incentives for teachers, the level of teacher discipline is good enough, but teachers should improve their communication with school management if they face a problem. , because from the research results the discipline variable has not affected performance, efforts to discipline teachers in the teaching and learning process must be a priority program of school management
