This study aims to validate the development of cost accounting practice modules so that they are more effectively used by students in the learning process. This type of research is descriptive research that will describe the validation process from module development to finding results about module validity that has been compiled. The source of research data was obtained from module validation sheets which were assessed based on each indicator by two experts. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Data from the module validation sheet were analyzed quantitatively, and then descriptive techniques were used to draw qualitative conclusions. The results of the study indicated that the modules that have been designed were eligible to be used in the learning process of cost accounting practice courses at STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. These results were based on the results of material validation with an assessment of four indicators, namely the suitability of the material with competency standards, the accuracy of the material, supporting learning material and material updating with an average score of 3.2 by each expert. Expert advice for module improvement before practicing practice is that it is necessary to add information in the example of problem calculation and improvement in language writing.

This research aims to analyze the effect of (1) corporate social responsibility,and (2) brand trust towards brand loyalty UNP branch Nagari Bank on Padang State University Student. This research belongs to a causative research. The population in this research is the student of Padang State Universitywho ever had dealings in Nagari Bank and knowing CSR program of Nagari Bank. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, total sample with as many as 100 samples. Methods of analysis used is the regression. The results of this research indicate that: (1) corporate social responsibility affect significantly to brand loyalty Nagari Bank on Padang State University Student and (2) brand trust affect significantly toward brand loyalty Nagari Bank on Padang State University student.

Pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Padang, Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Speedy PT. Telkom yang berada di kota Padang dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Customer Service Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. 2) Loyalty Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. 3) Community Building berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar.

Waste management so far has not been optimally carried out because it is not in accordance with environmentally sound waste management methods and techniques so that it has a negative impact on the cleanliness of the coastal area and the environment becomes dirty. The waste problem has become a national problem, so that its management needs to be carried out in a comprehensive and integrated manner from upstream to downstream in order to provide economic benefits, be healthy for the community, and safe for the environment, and can change people's behavior. This can be seen from the conditions in Taplau Padang that waste management is still not running optimally. The condition of waste in coastal tourist areas in general has not been managed optimally even though it already has waste management components. In fact, many cleaning managers face problems and obstacles that result in services that are not in accordance with the technical provisions and expectations of tourists. Taking into account the condition of the waste, the activities of throwing garbage to the seaside or littering have been going on for a long time by the people around Taplau Padang. Because some of the garbage has mixed with the ground and a lot of it settles on the beach and around the beach. As a result, there is a view that is not good to see and be seen by tourists who are in Taplau Padang.

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pemasaran online guna mempromosikan merek, membangun preferensi dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui berbagai pemasaran digital teknik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey, dengan narasumber adalah Pemiliki Ane Kampers yang memiliki usaha keripik khas Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran strategi, pemilihan segmen, kelebihan dan kelemahan dalam pemasaran online. Harapan yang diinginkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menjadi acuan bagi calon pelaku khususnya anak muda dalam pemasaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di SMA N 1 Ampek Angkek. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sumber data dari beberapa informan kunci melalui wawancara, observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi langsung ke objek penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan diperoleh infomasi bahwa masih ada bidang keahlian guru yang belum sesuai dengan bidang prakarya yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang hanya berfokus pada pembuatan produk sementara untuk menghasilkan produk bernilai jual tinggi terabaikan. Kurikulum 2013 menghendaki pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu pembelajaran yang menumbuhkembangkan jiwa wirausaha peserta didik. Berdasarkan hal ini direkomendasikan pada pihak sekolah terutama guru untuk lebih menelaaah lebih dalam tuntutan kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan kurikulum 2013. Sehingga hasil dari pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan kurikulum 2013 tercapai dengan maksimal.

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya aktivitas masyarakat di Kota Bukittinggi mengakibatkan semakin banyaknya volume timbulan sampah, yang jika tidak dikelola secara baik bisa menimbulkan berbagai masalah bagi masyarakat di Kota Bukittinggi. Salah satu upaya untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui kebijakan strategi komunikasi manajemen pembuangan sampah di Kota Bukittinggi agar tercapai lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang pengelolaan dan retribusi pelayanan persampahan/kebersihan. Kegiatan komunikasi manajemen pembuangan sampah di Kota Bukittinggi dilakukan dengan metode hierarchy effect. Motode ini memiliki dua fungsi yaitu, menginformasikan dan mempersuasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, manajemen pembuangan sampah di Kota Bukittinggi belum optimal karena karena rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam membuang sampah sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2014. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, manajemen sampah tidak tertata dengan rapi yang berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kualitas lingkungan dan gangguan estetika.

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in make entrepreneurial character in Economics. Entrepreneurial character is something that must be developed in education. The young generation is expected to create broad jobs in the community. The formation of these characters can be done in learning through several values or indicators and adopted into economic subjects. The indicator is the locus of control, willing to bear the risk, creativity and the ability to build good social relationships. This research is a descriptive study involving MGMP of Economic Subjects in Padang City, based on the results of MGMP teacher studies the city of Padang has developed entrepreneurial character in economic subjects, but still needs to be improved in several indicators, such as creativity and building good social relations.
