Abstract

National Education System in the explanation of Article 51 according to UU No. 20/2003, paragraph 1 is explained that "school-based management is a form of autonomy of management education in the educational unit, in this case the principal or madrassas, and the teacher is assisted by a committee of school in managing educational activities". Decentralization of education makes community participation is essential for the life of the school. Collaboration school autonomy by involving the school community and the community's role will directly give birth to the management of the school with School Based Management.Research shows the implementation of School Based Management in Elementary School 02 Bantarbolang Pemalang have school leadership strong, meaning Chief Sekoleh has a strong role in mobilizing all the educational resources available, able to realize the vision, mission, goals and objectives school through a planned and phased program. Elementary School 02 Bantarbolang Pemalang have a principle of independence, accountability, transparency, and strong partnerships that school that provides easy access to information to the school community and the public on what is being done with school by utilizing various communication channels

Abstract

Teacher performance is the ability to carry out duties or work in accordance with the attitude, knowledge and skills as well as motivation. Preliminary survey results show that the performance of teachers in performing the tasks teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Madrasah working group 02 Grobogan which shows that the majority of teachers in the teaching job is not done in structure. Such conditions may ultimately have an impact on graduation rates of learners. The objective of this research was to examine (1) the influence of headmaster leadership on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah (2) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah and (3) the influence of headmaster leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Grobogan.The approach and type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were all teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group Madrasah 02 Grobogan totaling 831 with a sample of 125 teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression equation with SPSS. 21.The results of this study using empirical data show that (1) leadership headmaster proved influential positive significantly to the performance of Master Madrasah Aliyah Working Group  02 Grobogan, (2) organizational culture proven significant positive effect on the performance of teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group 02 Grobogan, (3) headmaster leadership and organizational culture together proven significant positive effect on the performance of teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group  02 Grobogan.Referring to the results of this study suggested that some of the things is that in order to improve the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Working Group Madrasah  02 Grobogan need to improve leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the role of the school committee in the implementation of School Based Management in Elementary School Buah Hati District of Pemalang. The focus of research is the role of the school committee in the implementation of School Based Management with sub focus the role of the school committee as a conduit of consideration, the school committee as a support, the school committee as a controller, the school committee as a mediator in Elementary School Buah Hati District of Pemalang.Results showed the role of communities in School Based Management has a strategic role means that the school committee acts as a conduit of consideration in the form of ideas, input, aspirations, involvement in school programs, serve as a support in terms of funding, supporting school activities, imaging either to the surrounding community, the role of controlling which act as watchdogs of the budget in the form of reports, supervisory activities, acting as a liaison between multiple mediators that school with parents, education authorities and the public. Elementary School Buah Hati has a principle of independence, accountability, transparency, and strong partnerships that school that provides easy access to information to the school community and the public on what is being done with school by utilizing various communication channels. Constraint of the school committee in the implementation of school-based management is the lack of communication between the school and the school committee because of lack of time owned by the school committee.

Abstract

 The focus in this thesis research is: (1) How is the policy of character education in extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Pemalang?; (2) How character values in extracurricular activities implemented in SMAN 1 Pemalang? The purposes of this thesis were (1) To recognize the character of education policies in extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Pemalang and (2) to recognize the implementation of character values in extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Pemalang.This thesis collects data using interviews, observation and documentation. Data is analyzed using interactive models with the following manner: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) presentation of data, and (4) conclusion.Based on the results of research and discussion of the results obtained: (1) The Policy of character education in extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Pemalang is contained in Document 1 Curriculum of SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang and Extracurricular Activities guide in SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang; (2) The implementation of character education in extracurricular activities are divided into 4 groups, namely psychosocial though the heart, though the thought, though sports and liver. Extracurricular activities of religious yet to be seen, only religious activities habituation in terms of worship through Islamic spirituality, christian spirituality and Catholic spirituality; (3) The program of activities of habituation should also be made more orderly for the implementation of the implementation of character education in extracurricular activities can be monitored more success; (4) extra in terms of character education has not been fully implemented, only the discipline that becomes a reference to it in future assessments in character education should also be done in any extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this researh (1) Know and analyze the effect of work motivation on the teachers performance  (2) Determine and analyze the impact of school leadership on the teachers performance (3) Know and analyze the influence of discipline on the teachers performance and (4) Determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, school leadership and discipline on the teachers performance.The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in the area of State Sarwas I UPP Petarukan Pemalang of as much as 128 teachers, obtained a sample of 97 people by using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test validity and test hypotheses that include multiple linear regression analysis. Analyzing data using SPSS for windows Release 21.Based on the results of this research is that (1) There is significant influence teachers' motivation to work on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 40.1%; (2) There was a significant effect of school leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 68.00%; (3) There is significant influence of discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 48.8%; (4) There is significant influence work motivation of teachers, school leadership and discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 83.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja pegawai.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor Dinas Pendidikan kota Semarang berjumlah 120 orang, dan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 89 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis korelasi produk moment dan analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata–rata kinerja pegawai adalah 122,25 termasuk kategori sedang; rata–rata skor kecerdasan emosional 118,08 termasuk kategori tinggi; rata–rata skor motivasi kerja 115,97 termasuk kategori sedang; dan rata–rata skor lingkungan kerja 114,03 termasuk kategori sedang.Hasil uji hipotesis menynjukkan bahwa: (1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 50,2%. (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 70,1%. (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 78,2%. (4) kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F sebesar 32,927 dengan kontribusi sebesar 70,1%. Dan dapat disinpulkan pula, dari ketiga variabel independen tersebut yang pengaruhnya paling signifikan adalah lingkungan kerja.Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan : (1) untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perlu diadakan kegiatan – kegiatan pelatihan, (2) adanya reward bagi pegawai yang berprestasi, (3) dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah; (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap mutu sekolah; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah pada SD Negeri di lingkungan Sekolah Binaan V UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto rancangan koresaional. Populasi penelitian adalah guru pada SD Negeri di lingkungan Sekolah Binaan V UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 95 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji validitas reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinearitas), dan uji regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 33,1%; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 35%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah 50,1%. Saran: hendaknya kepala sekolah memberikan teladan yang baik kepada semua warga sekolah, memberikan sangsi kepada warga sekolah yang melanggar aturan yang ada di sekolah dan memberikan reward kepada warga sekolah yang dapat memberikan teladan bagi warga sekolah lain. Guru hendaknya dapat menciptakan budaya sekolah yang baik, memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi untuk berpacu meningkatkan mutu sekolah.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi sekolah, motivasi kerja guru dan kinerja guru SD di Sarwas I UPP Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (2) untuk mengetahui besarnya  pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dan (3) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Sarwas I UPP Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Sekolah Dasar di Sarwas I UPP Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang sebanyak 128 orang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 97 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Proporsional Random Sampling yaitu pengambil sampel dengan proporsional. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 47,5%; (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 64,6%; (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Sarwas I UPP Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar 79%.Sekolah harus mampu mengambil langkah-langkah yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan cara melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah terprogram dan terencana, menciptakan sekolah yang kondusif agar guru merasa nyaman dalam melaksanakan tugas dan guru bekerja sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya
