Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bali adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang memiliki tugas untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dilingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali maupun semua daerah yang ada di Provinsi Bali. Setelah sebulan melaksanakan observasi pada bidang Tata Kelola Pemerintahan Elektronik, penulis menemukan masalah di diskominfos yaitu pengarsipan surat secara manual dan keseragaman format surat dimana format surat yang dibuat sebelumnya masih berbeda-beda tiap pembuatannya serta terkadang terjadi kesalahan penulisan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dikembangkanlah aplikasi pembuatan surat (E-Surat) Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik Provinsi Bali. Pada jurnal ini penulis memfokuskan pada bagian front end yang terdiri dari desain, animasi serta validasi sistem. Terdapat beberapa fitur yang telah berhasil dikembangkan dalam aplikasi ini yaitu master data serta pembuatan surat perintah tugas (SPT) dan surat perintah perjalanan dinas (SPPD). Dengan berhasilnya dikembangkan beberapa fitur tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa penulis mampu menghasilkan analisis dan pengembangan aplikasi E-Surat Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik Provinsi Bali yang dapat membantu melakukan pembuatan surat secara mudah dan cepat.

Abstract

Disease is very easy to find in tropical countries including Indonesia. The skin itself is the most outermost organ that is easily attacked by the skin because the skin itself is an organ that is used to protect the internal organs. Many people do not consider how dangerous the skin disease is if it is not treated. Therefore, it is expected that with the advancement of technology, it can prevent the occurrence of skin diseases that can attack the community. In the research I did, I used the Forward Chaining Method. The system that I created is Web-based, where the system will issue a number of questions in the form of skin symptoms experienced by the user or patient and later when the patient has finished answering the question the system will process the patient's answer and finally the system will issue the answer being experienced by patients.

Abstract

Linux Terminal Server Project (LTSP) merupakan sebuah teknologi terminal server padasistem operasi Linux yang memungkinkan komputer-komputer dengan spesifikasi rendahmenjalankan sistem operasi terbaru tanpa ada masalah dari segi performa, karena resource dariaplikasi yang dijalankan pada komputer-komputer tersebut ditanggung oleh sebuah serverberspesifikasi tinggi.Permasalahan yang timbul saat ini, dalam metode manajemen user secara konvensional,setiap user client LTSP harus didaftarkan terlebih dahulu pada server LTSP agar dapat menggunakanlayanan client LTSP tersebut. Tentunya hal ini akan mempersulit administrator atau operator LTSPdalam mengelola user yang melakukan pendaftaran ataupun memantau user siapa saja yangmenggunakan client LTSP.Sebagai solusi, teknologi Zimbra LDAP dapat diterapkan kedua sistem informasi diatas,Zimbra LDAP merpakan sebuah implementasi open source dari Lightweight Directory AccessProtokol (LDAP) yang menyediakan otentifikasi pengguna, agar dapat manajemen user dapatdilakukan secara terpusat dan Lightweight Directory Access Protokol (LDAP) itu sendiri merupakanprotokol kelas ringan untuk mengakses servis directory X.500 yang berjalan melalui potokol TCP/IP.penerpan teknologi Zimbra LDAP diharapkan dapat dijadikan solusi dalam manajemen user terpusat.

Abstract

Over time, the situation has changed the mindset of the Hindu community, especially in Bali in carrying out their worship. People no longer come to the temple just to pray and go home, but they wanted to know more about the temple itself. Due to the influence of the current era which quickly eroded historical existence, many were interested in knowing information about the temples they visited. However, this information does not just exist in a temple. The, specific information is stored in the literature and part of it is known by the temple administrators so that the public must look for it to find out. Due to lack of references and time constraints, people often give up their intention. By using augmented reality (AR) technology this problem can be overcome. AR technology is able to project virtual objects as if they look real to the human eye. In this case, AR is used to display the temple model and information with interactive illustrations to help the community recognize the temple. Users only need to install the application on their smartphone device and scan the QR code provided, then the temple as an object shows up and information can be displayed immediately. This application applies multi-target marker-based AR so that each temple information is stored and ran on different markers. Based on testing using the blackbox method, the results show that the application can run smoothly on several different devices both in terms of device resolution, memory speed and processor.

Abstract

Smart school is a technology-based school concept used in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The use of educational technology includes an integrated system that assists the educational community in carrying out their respective functions with the aim of developing the potential of students. The use of technology in the field of education is expected to help and facilitate students and schools in conducting learning so that technology is able to facilitate and solve problems in learning. In building smart schools, it is also necessary to design technology developed in technology. The concept of network development that will be used is to use the Top-Down method and the topology used is to use ring topology and star topology. With the development of smart schools, it is expected that education using technology will continue to develop.

Abstract

Layanan keamanan secara umum terdiri dari dua proses yaitu autentikasi dan enkripsi. Autentikasi jaringan dengan username dan password (captive portal) saat ini sangat rentan terhadap serangan. Data berupa username dan password dapat dicuri untuk memperoleh akses jaringan secara ilegal.Pada penelitian ini, sistem autentikasi dengan Extensible Authentication Protocol - Transport Layer Security (EAP-TLS) diterapkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan sistem autentikasi yang menggunakan username dan password. EAP-TLS membutuhkan Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) untuk meningkatkan level keamanan dengan adanya kunci publik dan kunci privat memanfaatkan sertifikat digital.Dengan menggunakan Advanced Encryption Algorithm (AES) 128-bit dan Diffie-Hellman RSA untuk pertukaran kunci, komunikasi yang aman akan tercipta. Sistem autentikasi EAP-TLS dapat mengatasi serangan terhadap sistem autentikasi captive portal yaitu sniffing password dan spoofing MAC address

Abstract

In 2018, the Kerta Village Office in Kerta village, Payangan sub-district, Gianyar district received digital village assistance from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo). The digital village is a central government program to develop communication, especially in rural areas that are still constrained by the internet network. This program is expected to help Kerta villagers to get internet access.

Abstract

Kawitan genealogies form to strengthen family relations by staying in line with their ties. Today, there are many Balinese Hindu searches their heritance. This due to no explicit documentation about the family tree and the Balinese Hindu relies on people memories. To overcome this problem, we develop the ontology of the Family Tree Naritan Kawarya Narem Dalem Benculuk Tegeh Kori with Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining Search Method can overcome problems related to marriage lineage. By using the structured data in the form of an ontology, the computer agents and human will be able to find information related to their genealogy easily, so that there are no more people who are confused with their heritance. The ontology evaluation was conducted on the Nararya Dalem Benculuk Tegeh Kori's family tree. The initial result gave positive feedback toward further development of this ontology. Abstract

It has been successfully created a robot named "MAX". MAX Robot uses 2 (two) main sensors, those are ultrasonic sensors as sensors that detect an objects and LM35 temperature sensors as sensors to detect and monitor the temperature of the robotic machines. Both sensors are connected and controlled by ATMega328P microcontroller based Arduino Uno. The results of the readings from the temperature sensor on the robot's body will be displayed to the Light Crystal Display (LCD). The MAX robot is able to detect objects effectively at a distance of ±25 cm, then the robot stops and then turns in a certain direction by considering the distance of the object around the robot body. If a barrier is not detected, the MAX robot runs straight. In addition, the MAX robot is also able to detect and monitor engine temperature on its own and is able to automatically activate engine coolers when the engine temperature is above the set – point (hot) and non-active again when the engine is in normal temperature.

Abstract

Coffee is a plant that can be processed into beverages. The cupping score is a score for a coffee quality graded with an expert called Q grader. The cupping score will decide if a coffee may be called as specialty coffee. In this research, the cupping score will be predicted by the coffee properties and did not involve the Q grader for giving the score. The prediction of the score is obtained by using the GRNN method. The experiment consists of finding when the MAE and the MSE are converged and find the neuron's best number. The model's performance is measured with MSE and MAE with the best MSE value of 0.097 and MAE value 0.245.
