Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks or commonly abbreviated as ANN is one branch of science from the field of artificial intelligence which is often used to solve various problems in fields that involve grouping and pattern recognition. This research aims to classify Letter Recognition datasets using Artificial Neural Networks which are weighted optimally using the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm. The best classification accuracy results from this study were 92.85% using a combination of 4 hidden layers with each hidden layer containing 10 neurons.

Abstract

Email merupakan suatu layanan yang sangat penting bagi pengguna internet. Denganadanya email dapat mempermudah seseorang untuk bertukar informasi secara cepat tanpa harusmenggunakan jasa pos yang membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Untuk menerima sebuahemail pastinya melalui proses pengunduhan email. POP3 server berfungsi untuk melakukanproses pengunduhan email pada layanan webmail yang digunakan. POP3 server yang digunakanumumnya masih menggunakan protokol TCP pada beberapa email server seperti Sendmail,Postfix, Qmail dan lain-lain. Seiring perkembangan teknologi kini telah ada protokol baru yaituprotokol SCTP yang mendukung fiture message oriented yang dibutuhkan dalam beberapaaplikasi email. Perancangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman javadan menerapkan protokol SCTP pada POP3 server sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalamproses pengunduhan email.

Abstract

Feature selection is one of the research on data mining for datasets that have relatively many attributes. Eliminating some attributes that are irrelevant to the label class will be able to improve the performance of the classification algorithm. The Information Gain algorithm is one of the algorithms for searching for features that are irrelevant to the label class. This algorithm uses wrapper techniques to eliminate irrelevant attributes. This research aims to implement feature selection using the Information Gain algorithm against the NSL KDD intrusion detection dataset which has a large number of relative attributes. The dataset of the selected attribute will be performed by a classification algorithm so that an attribute reduction can improve the compute process and improve the accuracy of the algorithm model used.

Abstract

Nowadays, people tend to search for goods or services through their mobile device using an electronic marketplace. In Bali, a decoration business for weddings, religious events, and other events grow rapidly. This business provides services that rents various kinds of decorations such as tents, chairs, tables, stages and others that are commonly used in ceremonial events. However, unfortunate for decoration service entrepreneurs who have high prospects, many of them are using the traditional method of marketing and sales such as word-of- mouth. Moreover, many of them not catching up with the current development of the e-market. By listing the services on the e-marketplace, easier for the customer to find the desired decoration services that fit their needs and budget. Also, by utilizing the e-marketplace will save the customer time, because the customer can just search, compare, and book to rent decorations without leaving home. The purpose of this research project is to create a mobile-based application of market place that accommodates entrepreneurs renting decorations. Our purposed mobile-based marketplace uses the prototyping method to build this mobile-based application.

Abstract

Jaringan adalah sekumpulan alat komunikasi yang saling terhubung satu sama lainnya. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu jaringan komputer berkembang sangat pesat. Saat ini hamper semua instansi pemerintahan membutuhkan jaringan untuk melakukan komunikasi serta pertukaran informasi. Dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentunya akan sering mengalami suatu permasalahan komunikasi seperti time-out ,data yang dikirimkan lambat, rusak dan bahkan tidak sampai ke tujuan karena rute yang dilalui oleh paket data yang dikirimkan terlalu jauh. Untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja router dalam mengalami status tersebut, perlu dipergunakan metode routing yang tepat. Routing Information Protocol (RIP) merupakan sebuah routing protocol yang mampu memberikan jalur rute terpendek serta rute terbaik yang dapat dilalui oleh suatu paket data yang dikirimkan sehingga dapat menghemat penggunaan bandwith, karena hop tujuan dapat dicapai dengan cepat. RIP menggunakan teknologi distance vector karena sangat efisien dalam proses pengiriman update informasi rute. Kemampuan ini membuat RIP menjadi sebuah routing protocol yang sangat stabil untuk interior routing, akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengimplementasikan RIP.Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja RIP dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan yaitu, ping time request, angka time to live (TTL), Shortest Path, serta waktu konvergensi dari sebuah router dalam melakukan pembaharuan informasi routing.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, kecepatan waktu konvergensi rata-rata dibawah 30 detik dalam pembaharuan informasi routing, RIP mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan.

Abstract

Klasifikasi adalah proses membedakan sekumpulan model kedalam beberapa kelas data. Salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi adalah Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Salah satu proses yang memepengaruhi proses Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan adalah proses pembobotan jaringan antar neuron pada Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pencarian bobot, seperti algoritma genetika dan Particle Swarm Optimization atau PSO. PSO adalah salah satu metode optimasi pada Artificle Intelegent. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses pengujian pengaruh parameter PSO terhadap hasil akurasi yang diperoleh oleh Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan nilai parameter terbaik PSO yang digunakan adalah w=0.8, c1=1.5, dan c2 = 2.2. Dari penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa optimasi pebobotan dengan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dapat meningkatkan rata – rata nilai akurasi sebesar 0.5%.

Abstract

Music notation is a system of writing musical expressions as outlined in the form of symbols in the form of numbers or blocks. Music notation is used to document the composer's work in the form of songs so that it can be used by the public. In Balinese culture there is also a musical notation called Guru Ding Dong's Notation. This study discusses the segmentation of guru ding dong transcript to determine the tempo of each notation using the Connected Component Labeling method and the rule-based method. CCL algorithm applies Graph theory, where all pixels in an area that have a relationship with obeying the rules of pixel proximity will become a new image. The image that can be processed by the CCL algorithm is a binary image. In addition, this study also uses the image preprocessing method for initial data processing, namely grayscaling and binarization. The system built for research uses the MATLAB 2017b application. The results of the test resulted in an accuracy of the successful identification of characters and the tempo of each notation of 82%, this is influenced by the preprocessing process where there is a lot of noise in the image.

Abstract

Management sumber daya manusia (human resources management) merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting di dalam suatu perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari management sumber daya manusia adalah untuk memaksimalkan setiap individu secara efektif, sehingga tujuan bersama dapat dicapai. Namun di dalam pelaksanaannya, management sumber daya manusia juga memerlukan sumber daya manusia, dimana akan meningkatkan pengeluaran dari perusahaan. Untuk meminimalisasi pengeluaran tersebut, dilakukan pembuatan sistem management sumber daya manusia (human resources management system) dimana proses management sumber daya manusia diharapkan dapat di-otomatisasi sehingga memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang lebih sedikit, dan mengurangi kesalahan yang dapat terjadi jika dilakukan oleh manusia. Pemetaan kebutuhan user dilakukan dengan proses wawancara terhadap manager human resources department PT. Omnia Media ( Blockchain zoo).

Abstract

The role of employees is needed to determine the success of a company. Performance appraisal performance is a way to measure the contribution made. One way to do an evaluation is by classifying the data. After the data is grouped into clusters, a ranking is done. Method used The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria that will be used as a reference in making decisions are performance, presence and behavior. Very good performance was achieved by contract workers located in cluster 1, contract workers located in cluster 5 received a good rating, contract workers located in cluster 4 received a sufficient rating, contract workers located in cluster 4 received a bad predicate and contract workers located in cluster 3 get a very bad predicate. The purity method is used to measure the purity level of a cluster. The purity value obtained is 0.89 or 89%. Which indicates the accuracy value with the purity test is good because the purity value is close to 1

Abstract

PDAM Denpasar City is a Government-Owned Business Entity, which provides services to the community, especially in an effort to fulfill the basic needs of the community for healthy drinking water. Most of the systems available in PDAM Kota Denpasar are still done manually, only payments have been made online. Based on this reason the author conducted the XV period Job Training (PKL) in 2018 in PDAM Kota Denpasar because this agency needed something more in order to be able to keep up with this online and advanced development.From PDAM programmers and field supervisors, they advise the authors to make an application or website for an internal damage report system, because in the PDE section they often respond to complaints manually and also so that other field employees who are damaged do not need to come to the PDE to file complaints, an application / website. Based on this reason the author decided to make an internal damage report system application. The focus of the author this time is on the Front end of the internal damage report system. Based on the observation of the writer in PDAM Kota Denpasar, there are three types of complaints, which are then categorized by the authors, namely Software, Hardware, and Network. Later other field employees can determine the category / type and write down the details of the complaint.Keywords: Damage Reports, Website, Information
