Abstract

CV. Hoki Jaya Property merupakan suatu perusahaan yang memberikan jasa design property, borongan rumah dan service. CV. Hoki Jaya Property mempunyai visi membuat bangunan terkonsep dan berkualitas. Bangunan berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau membuat orang-orang tertarik untuk menggunakan jasa dari HJP (Hoki Jaya Property). Tidak hanya menjual rumah berkualitas, HJP juga memberikan jasa renovasi rumah dan design rumah. Namun, kendala yang dialami perusahaan adalah kesulitan dalam memasarkan property atau rumah secara detail dan luas. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di CV. Hoki Jaya Property guna membangun dan mengembangkan sebuah website Sistem Informasi Pemasaran Property dengan harapan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memasarkan properti secara detail dan dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas serta meningkatkan kuantitas penjualan properti.

Abstract

The game of writing letters is an attractive learning media. Each person's handwriting is different. So that it requires a data classification method to match the test data with the template that is the alphabet letter. In this journal using a template matching cross-correlation for data classification. Before data classification, preprocessing is done in the form of resize and threshold to produce binary images. Thinning process is also carried out to thin the letters. The thinning algorithm used is stentiford. From the accuracy testing obtained an average value of 70.38%. With the number of letters that continue to experience errors namely the characters H, K, M, and Y.

Abstract

The ease of accessing information becomes a very important thing and is a necessity in the digital era now. Currently, collectors of Village Credit Institutions (LPDs) carry out their activities manually, for example recording and accessing information on savings accounts for customers. The development of digital technology has been very rapid, so the collectors want their work to be facilitated by the presence of a digital application that can later help them in activities related to customers and vice versa. The problem that is often faced by collectors is that often the collectors are wrong in recording the savings of their customers. In addition, the loss of books is also another serious problem faced by LPD collectors. And so that the problem can be resolved, a digital application is needed that is expected to facilitate the business processes that have been running on the LPD.

Abstract

Regional Organizational Organization (OPD) is an organization or institution in the Regional Government that is responsible to the Regional Head in the framework of implementing governance in the region. Regional equipment is formed by each region based on consideration of the characteristics, potential and needs of the region. One of the obligations of the public body stated in Law No. 14 of 2008 is to provide a Public Information List (DIP). DIP is a record that contains systematic information about public information that is under the control of a public body. For this reason, facilities that can be used as a place for disseminating information on an information system can facilitate the dissemination of information both in terms of OPD devices and community users. The purpose of this research is to create an Information Disclosure System (SIKI) to assist and facilitate the publication process and the provision of public information from the Provincial Government of Bali to the community starting from the needs analysis process, design to implementation and testing of the system.

Abstract

Fast food is a product that we often encounter in stores such as convenience stores. Ready-to-eat products can now be easily found by consumers. One of the reason is due to the expansion of minimarkets in areas that are easily reached, such as housing complexes, school areas, and offices. Sentiment analysis is used to determine whether an opinion or comment on a product has a positive or negative interest and can be used as a reference in improving service, or improving product quality. In this research, we study the sentiments of consumers towards snack food products as a reference to improve the level of service and quality of these products.. We classify the sentiment of a review on snack food products as positive and negative. To classify the sentiments we apply the Naïve Bayes and Multinomial Naïve Bayes methods. We compare the two methods to study the most effective and efficient method for classifying sentiments on reviews of snack food products. Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin meluasnya jaringan multimedia, maka proses pengiriman dan pengaksesan dari media audio digital semakin mudah. Kemudahan distribusi media digital melalui Internet disisi lain dapat menimbulkan permasalahan ketika media tersebut tidak terlindungi hak cipta (copyright). Watermarking menjadi salah satu solusi untuk melindungi hak cipta dari audio digital. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah File audio digital Waveform Audio Format (WAV). Data yang disisipkan berupa data sidik jari. Data sidik jari digunakan karena sidik jari memiliki sifat  unik dan berbeda untuk setiap orang. Metode Echo Data Hiding melakukan penyisipan data kedalam data suara digital dengan menambahkan echo pada sinyal suara. Data yang akan disembunyikan dalam bentuk echo dinyatakan dengan variasi dari tiga parameter, yaitu initial amplitude, decay rate, dan offset (delay). Watermarking pada file audio WAV dapat mengamankan hak cipta untuk audio digital dengan menyisipkan data citra sidik jari dan mengekstrak data citra sidik jari dalam file audio WAV menggunakan metode Echo Data Hiding.

Abstract

Not many people know that endek cloth itself has 4 known variances. .Nowadays. Computing and classification algorithm can be implemented to solve classification problem with respect to the features data as input. We can use this computing power to digitalize these endek pattern. The features extraction algorithm used in this research is GLCM. Where these data will act as input for the neural network model later. There is a lot of optimizer algorithm to use in back propagation phase. In this research we prefer to use adam which is one of the newest and most popular optimizer algorithm. To compare its performace we also use SGD which is older and popular optimizer algorithm. Later we find that adam algorithm generate 33% accuracy which is better than what SGD algorithm give, it is 23% accuracy. Longer epoch also give affect for overall model accuracy.

Abstract

A server room is a room that is used to store servers, network communication devices such as routers and switches, and other operational related devices. Server rooms that have high temperatures and humidity will affect the performance of all devices, so the temperature and humidity of the server room must be maintained so that the device is not easily damaged. So from that, the company needs to implement a standard to protect the performance of the devices stored in it. To overcome this problem a device was developed that can automatically control and monitor temperature and humidity. The system will be built using temperature and humidity sensors that are used to monitor the temperature of the room, the condition of the room temperature and humidity of the room will be displayed through a website that can be accessed through the internet network.

Abstract

This study aims to build an application to introduce the Sumerta 1 public elementary school building. This research uses AR (Augmented Reality) technology, which with this technology makes it possible to display an object in virtual form in a real world view. The method used in this application is marker-based which identifies the pattern of a marker, in the application development itself the model used is the waterfall model. In the process of building this application, using the Vuforia software development kit (SDK) and Unity as the engine.
