Abstract

Social media is no stranger to today's digital era. Many people prefer to use social media because of its simplicity and safety, This is what makes social media more popular than other services. However, because of its convenience and security, social media, especially WhatsApp Messenger, are vulnerable to crime, one of the most common is cyberbullying. For this reason, a mobile forensic investigation is required to find evidence related to cyberbullying. In this study, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method was used to investigate the WhatsApp Messenger platform used for cyberbullying. The NIJ method has 5 (five) stages to carry out the forensic process, namely Preparing, Collection, Examination, Analysis, and Reporting. This study also uses 3 assistance from software, namely MOBILedit Forensic, DB Browser for SQLite, and Odin3. This research is expected to be able to help solve the problem of cyberbullying and other crimes found on social media, especially WhatsApp Messenger.

Abstract

Named Entity Recognition (NER) is part of information extraction whose task is to classify text which is categorized into several classes such as names of people (figures), organizations, and locations. In this study, the authors propose making a NER identify the names of characters in Balinese language documents. This study will use a rule-based method (rule-based). Rules are build based on the morphological structure and linguistic meaning of Balinese names. The research conducted, that the system has an accuracy of 67.41%, precision of 83.42%, recall of 77.83%, and F-Score of 80.53%.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments, especially in the field of information technology and computers, are developing very rapidly. In current conditions, the world is shocked by the presence of a deadly virus called the Covid-19 virus. Because of the virus, all human activities are disrupted and even stopped, one of which is teaching and learning activities in schools. With the development of technology like now, we can take advantage of this technology to help students in the learning process at school. Web design is an alternative way to keep the learning process going. With this distance learning process students can still learn and receive the material given.

Abstract

Kreasi Slaka Bali is a company engaged in the silver handicraft sector. Each stage of the process is still done manually, starting from material preparation, handmade work, until making the packaging for delivery. Certainly, this requires more time to be able to produce an item of the same quality in each production. The need for extra time and business in product manufacturing, the company needs a marketing strategy that can be seen from consumer interest in the product. So this research discusses consumer interest based on transaction data by forming clusters based on purchases amount with other attributes, namely the product price, product size, product weight, and level of difficulty. The data used is transaction data for 2 transactions in 2019. The algorithm used is K-Means with the Elbow Method to determine the number of clusters. There are clusters of k = 5 with the cluster that has the most data in the first cluster (k = 0) with a total purchase of 193 products with an average price of US $ 69,554688.

Abstract

Hartaning House is one of the homestays in Ubud Gianyar that rents out homestay rooms to foreign and local tourists, but currently does not have a data-based system that facilitates business reports. This research aims to provide a proposed solution in the form of designing and implementing data related to room rental, to facilitate the determination of the promotion of equal distribution of all homestay rooms. The implementation will use an open source application, namely (Pentaho Business Intelligence) for making reports that are used to facilitate analysis. The data is made in a multi-dimensional design to facilitate the application of the data warehouse design and system designs that have been made.

Abstract

The development of the internet is so significant, if we look at the growth of the internet in the world, it has reached more than 4 billion and in Indonesia, there are more than 171 million users out of a total population of more than 273 million people. This is due to the very fast development of information technology and various kinds of media and functions. However, of the advances in internet technology, it did not escape the existing internet attacks. One of them is phishing. Phishing is a form of activity that threatens or traps someone with the concept of luring that person. Namely by tricking someone so that the person indirectly provides all the information the trapper needs. Phishing is included in cybercrime, where crime is rampant through computer networks. Along with the times, crime is also increasingly widespread throughout the world. So that the threats that are happening today are also via computers. With such cases, this study aims to predict phishing sites with a classification algorithm. One of them is by using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) Algorithm. This research was conducted by classifying the phishing website data set and then calculating the accuracy for each kernel. From the study, the results are SVM with Gaussian RBF has the best performance with 88.92% accuracy, and SVM with Sigmoid kernel has the worst performance with 79.33% accuracy.

Abstract

Pitch transcription is basically identifying and copying pitch on an audio or music. In this case, the pitch of a solo instrument music is processed to find the composition of the music tones, the method used is autocorrelation. After processing, the system will produce pitch transcription results from the audio that has been processed. this research done digitalization of an old method of identifying pitches into an application that is able to transcribe pitches in an audio. This Pitch Transcription application was created using the Python programming language with Librosa library as a library for audio processing. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the identification of pitch from a solo instrument music. This Application Feature itself besides being able to show the results of pitch transcription can also display the Onset Graph, Signal Graph play the results of the synthesis transcribed audio sounds. Testing in this study uses audio sourced from 4 single instruments, there are flute, piano, violin and acoustic guitar. The test results show that the implementation of the autocorrelation method in the solo instrument tone transcription application has an accuracy of 92.85%.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease or COVID 19 is a new virus disease that originated in 2019 [6], Indonesia has reported first COVID-19 In 2nd March 2020. Various attempts have been made by the government, such as taking strict measures by temporal lockdown or cordoning off the areas that were suspected of having risks of community spread. As a source of information, the internet has changed substantially,. for example, social media. social media is a communication tool that is very popular among internet users today, From social media, users can update status, send messages, even, become a platform for exchanging socio-economic opinions and political views both in their place of residence or their country. This paper deals with the sentiment analysis of Indonesian after the peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health. We used the social media platform Twitter for our analysis. Tweets were studied to gauge the opinion of Indonesian towards peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health. Tweets were extracted using the two prominent keywords used namely: “terawan ”and “menkes” from June 15th to September 19th 2020. A total of 200 tweets were considered for the analysis. This study has successfully implemented the SVM algorithm for sentiment analysis on tweet data about peformance of Indonesian Ministry Of Health during COVID-19 Crisis. This is shown by the accuracy of using tweet data as much as 200 data, which is 172 data are training data and 28 are testing data. Besides the amount of data that affects accuracy, there are also other factors, namely the use of the kernel and the number of classes used. The results show that the Linear Kernel has the best accuracy, precision and recall rate compared to other kernels, respectively 75% for accuracy, 78.4% for precision and a recall value of 75%. for polynomial kernels, Gaussian and Sigmoid have the same accuracy, precision, and recall rates, namely, respectively. 60.71% for accuracy, 36.86% for precision and 60.71% recall value.

Abstract

Cybercrime usually happen on internet. There are many type of cybercrime such as Cyberbullying, Online Scams, Malware etc. Whatsapp is a chatting application that is easy to use and many of its users. Because of many users that used whatsapp chatting application not infrequently many crimes occur there. Especially Online Scams, the perpetrator usually sell something online and make their target use whatsapp to contact them and their transaction begin there. In this research, we try to acquisition the smartphone data, exctract the whatsapp application from there, decrypt the database and view the message from there in case there are deleted message that can recovered.
