Abstract

The culture of Bali is strongly impacted by Hindu traditions and culture, as evidenced by the numerous yadnya ceremonies that Balinese people perform. Bali is one of the Indonesian islands with a diverse range of civilizations. Banten, also known as upakara, is a strategy for aiding in the execution of a ritual in Bali. However, a current problem is that many Balinese people only have a basic understanding of this cultural legacy and are only able to recognize it. As a result, a Banten information system was created for this project, and it was based on an ontology and prototyped utilizing the prototyping approach. The Methodology technique is employed in the construction of the ontology model. The system that was created has both semantic browsing and semantic searching capabilities. Black-Box Testing was used to test the system's accuracy and operation. The system functions well as a result of the outcomes.
Pengaruh Metode Reduced Error Pruning pada Algoritma C4.5 untuk Prediksi Penyakit Diabetes

Abstract

Degenerative disease is one of the conditions that can cause the performance of several organs in the human body to decrease and affect health conditions. The prevalence rate of diabetes is predicted to continue to increase in 2030 to reach 578 million and 700 million in 2045. In this research, a diabetes prediction system was formed using the C4.5 Algorithm with Reduced Error Pruning (REP). This research is focused on the application of the Reduced Error Pruning method on the C4.5 Algorithm and used two datasets containing several medical predictors of diabetes symptoms. Based on the research that has been done, the prediction process using the C4.5 Algorithm with Reduced Error Pruning based on the first dataset resulted in an average accuracy of 92,4% with an average accuracy before Reduced Error Pruning of 91,6%. In comparison, in the second dataset, average accuracy was obtained without Reduced Error Pruning by 81,2% and 83,4% for results with Reduced Error Pruning. Based on this percentage, the Reduced Error Pruning method does not have a big influence on the level of accuracy produced.

Abstract

An eclipse is a phenomenon that occurs when a celestial body moves into the shadow of another celestial body, be it a solar eclipse or a lunar eclipse. In the process of understanding this phenomenon, people do not understand what is meant by the eclipse phenomenon. Because of this, we need a teaching aid to help us understand the material. The application will apply Augmented Reality technology using the Natural Feature Tracking (NFT) method. The application in this research will be made in the form of a native website. With python 3.7.0 64-bit programming language using the IDE (integrated development engineer), namely Visual Studio Code. This application will take advantage of the flask frameworks. This website will be native. Application implementation using native website templates with HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and Javascript. This application will be intended for a platform website resolution of 16:9 with a breakdown of 1920 x 1080 pixels. However, this ratio will be able to adjust because it applies the bootstrap 4 framework. From some tests conducted, the percentage of accuracy of the percentage of 3D object appearance is 52% on objects performing in the correct position, 34% on objects performing in the wrong position, and 10.67% on objects not appearing. In terms of functions, it has been running and meets the requirements with black box testing with 100% accuracy which is carried out based on 9 functions in the use case diagram.

Abstract

The growing tourism industry in Bali must be responded to by improving service facilities for tourists, so that Bali remains popular with many people. Including providing facilities to show the location of halal dinning places according to the criteria required by the user. Also considering that current technological developments can be easily accessed by many people, for some of these reasons the authors in this study intend to create an information system by implementing the weighted product method in order to provide recommendations for halal places to eat according to the criteria required by users. The results of this study are a recommendation system for halal places to eat in Bali on website and mobile platforms, with a recommendation accuracy of 90% based on the results of accuracy testing and error values.

Abstract

In providing health services, puskesmas cannot be separated from the need for pharmaceutical preparations. Given the large influence of pharmaceutical preparations on the smoothness and performance of services at the puskesmas, it is necessary to pay special attention to managing them. However, prediction of demand is often difficult for officers, because it cannot be done by just anyone. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide consideration for the demand for pharmaceutical preparations in order to minimize the lack of pharmaceutical preparations. In the process, a demand analysis is carried out based on the number of uses and remaining inventory from the previous time period, to produce a prediction of the number of requests for pharmaceutical preparations. The method that will be used in this research is the Mamdani model fuzzy inference system, with interval determination based on the quartile method and the decile method. Which results obtained that the evaluation of predictive competence using both methods is sufficient. Namely, the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of the two methods is 26.43% for the decile method and 28.77% for the quartile method.

Abstract

The Balinese lontar manuscripts are a valuable ancestral cultural heritage of the Balinese people because they contain ancient knowledge and historical records. Along with the development of ejection age, the material from ejection manuscripts is very vulnerable to damage. This damage can result in loss of information on the ejection, but this can be minimized by digitizing it. At this time if there are many types of lontar manuscripts that are digitized, it will be difficult to find proof of ownership. So, the authors conducted research on creating a copyright protection system for Balinese lontar manuscripts by inserting proof of ownership. The method used for insertion is the LSB method with ChaCha20 as additional security and random key generation. The research was successfully carried out based on the results of testing the computational process on the imperceptibility criterion that there was no difference between the stego image and the original image, then on fidelity got the MSE value of 0.00143 and PSNR 76.56 dB, the results of the recovery criteria stated that the inserted embedded image could be extracted with an average the average time is 20.629 seconds, and on the robustness criterion, the results with the embedded image cannot be extracted because it is not resistant to the processing of the stego image. Another measure of success based on software testing using black box testing is to find that the functional application works well and there are no problematic features and the UAT results get very good ratings from respondents with an average weighting value of 89.2%.

Abstract

LPD Penarukan is one of the financial institutions that provides credit loans to people in the Penarukan traditional village area, Bali Province. This study aims to assist credit officers in classifying loans submitted by prospective debtors based on analysis of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and economic conditions by developing a credit classification system with a case study on LPD Penarukan using the C4.5 algorithm with bagging technique. Based on the results of research and testing that have been carried out, the system built is able to carry out the process of classifying credit data indicated by the results of usability testing giving the learnability component has an average value of 78.2%, the memorability component has an average value of 74.07%. The efficiency component gets an average value of 83.70%, the error component gets an average of 82.22%, the satisfaction component gets an average value of 83.89%. Tests were also carried out by calculating the accuracy and F1 score using the C4.5 algorithm with the bagging technique which resulted in an accuracy value of 81.87% and an F1 score of 89.62%.

Abstract

News articles are reports or information about events that are actual, reliable, and based on facts or reality. The increase in internet users has resulted in the growth of the amount of available information increasing rapidly. Easy internet access makes many types of Indonesian news articles published digitally. With a very large number of news articles, it will be easier to find a news article if the news has been organized and has been grouped according to its respective categories. Text classification is a problem that aims to determine the topic or theme of a document. In achieving this goal, the classification process forms a model that can distinguish data into different classes based on certain rules. The method used to build the model is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Chi-Square feature selection. News articles are divided into six classes, namely news, technology, football, health, lifestyle, and automotive. In this study, the best CNN model was obtained with the number of filters used was 200 and the feature selection being 40%. The test results on the test data provide an accuracy value of 96,074%, precision of 96,079%, recall of 96,074%, and an f-1 score of 96,070%.

Abstract

Kemacetan merupakan salah satu hal yang tidak disukai oleh semua orang, kemacetan juga dapat meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan berkendara. Adapun salah satu penyebab kemacetan ialah karena pengendara berhenti pada pinggir jalan yang mengurangi tingkat efektifitas jalan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penempatan rambu larangan berhenti yang berguna untuk mempertegas bahwa pada zona yang ditentukan benar-benar dilarang untuk berhenti sehingga dapat mengurangi kemacetan yang ada. Namun penempatan rambu ini terkadang masih memiliki kekurangan dikarenakan kurangnya instrumen pendeteksian untuk mendeteksi pelanggaran terhadap rambu yang ada. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendeteksi pelanggaran rambu larangan berhenti yang dimana dengan menggunakan bantuan GPS dapat diketahui posisi pengguna dan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan pendekatan metode spatial map matching untuk memutuskan apakah pengguna sedang berhenti pada zona larangan berhenti atau tidak. Adapun berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan 100 data didapat tingkat akurasi dari sistem yang dibangun mencapai 97%

Abstract

Audio is a multimedia element whose function is the same as text, video or images, but for the recipient it can only be heard through human hearing, which is 20 to 20,000 Hz. Audio can also be in the form of a song that is often listened to and has a high selling power, therefore audio is also often traded or rented. In this study, the application was developed using the Spread spectrum method, Rivest Shamir Adleman and assisted also by the Standard Advanced Encryption method to secure audio to protect against data theft by unauthorized parties. This application is based on Android which can be further developed to run more flexibly and make it easier for users to use it. From the test results the application can process input and output as expected. For testing the results of image quality, which is an audio password insertion container, in this test, the PSNR value with an average of 56,851 is obtained, and the MSE value with an average value of 0.124 which is a good result for testing image quality.
