Abstract

Prediksi hasil pertanian sangat dibutuhkan dalam hal perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan serta dalam pengambilan kebijakan untuk ketahanan pangan nasional. Salah satu komoditas strategis yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus adalah padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi hasil panen padi khususnya di Kabupaten Jembrana dengan menggunakan Linear Regression. Prediksi merupakan alat bantu yang penting dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien.Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model prediksi hasil panen padi dapat digunakan untuk keperluan perkiraan di masa depan. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem prediksi hasil panen padi ini dapat membantu meramalkan hasil panen padi pada tahun mendatang dan mengatasi kenaikan harga beras yang melambung tinggi.

Abstract

Jumlah informasi yang tersedia seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi akan menyulitkan pengguna internet untuk mencari dan menyaring informasi di internet. Sistem rekomendasi dirancang untuk membantu pengguna menemukan data dengan cepat yang mungkin sesuai dengan data pribadi mereka dan mengurangi informasi yang berlebihan. Item atau film dalam hal ini dapat disarankan berdasarkan rating film yang diberikan oleh pengguna atau berdasarkan pengguna lain dengan kebiasaan serupa. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengimplementasikan item-based collaborative filtering dengan membuat sistem berupa aplikasi web menggunakan python dan flask framework dimana aplikasi ini dapat memberikan user rekomendasi film berdasarkan rating yang diberikan sebelumnya oleh user. Dataset pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari website grouplens.org dengan total jumlah data rating 100.836 dari 610 user berbeda terhadap 9742 judul film. Hasil pengujian MAE dan RMSE, dengan 20 top-N similarity untuk menghitung prediksi rating, mendapatkan skor yang terbaik dengan nilai MAE 0,513536 dan nilai RMSE 0,659217674. Dengan melihat nilai RMSE dan MAE, variance error dari implementasi sistem tidak terlalu besar. Untuk pengujian pemberian ranking menggunakan Spearman Rank Correlation, IBCF dengan 20 top-N similarity dan 15 top-N similarity mendapatkan skor yang paling tinggi yaitu 0,91515 yang berarti peringkat yang diberikan sistem untuk rating prediksi sudah hampir mirip dengan peringkat rating aktual.

Abstract

Perawatan kulit (skincare) adalah prosedur merawat kulit yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan produk kecantikan serta disesuaikan dengan jenis kulit wajah masing-masing individu. Solusi untuk membantu calon pembeli skincare dalam memilih produk skincare yang sesuai dengan masalah kulitnya adalah dengan membuat sebuah sistem pencarian produk skincare yang memiliki knowledge base. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan ontologi dan diwujudkan dalam bentuk web semantik. Pembangunan ontologi produk skincare dibangun dengan metode Methontologi, dan dihasilkan model ontologi yang terbentuk dari 7 class utama, 12 object properties, dan 88 instances. Sedangkan, pembangunan sistem berbasis web dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan metode Prototyping dan sistem yang dibangun memiliki 2 buah fitur, yaitu fitur pencarian (searching) dan fitur penjelajahan (browsing). Evaluasi sistem menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang terdiri dua faktor yaitu persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kegunaan. Pada evaluasi kemudahan dan evaluasi kegunaan sistem diperoleh nilai rerata sebesar 6.44 untuk kedua evaluasi, nilai tersebut menunjukkan persepsi “Setuju” dari peserta pengujian. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peserta pengujian setuju bahwa sistem pencarian produk skincare yang dibangun adalah sistem yang berguna dan mudah untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Liver disease is a disease that attacks the liver or liver where this disease is caused by viral infections, toxic materials and bacteria, causing inflammation of the liver and causing the liver to not function properly. Therefore, the author will conduct research to make a Liver Disease Classification program. This research will use Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) methods. Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor is a classification method that combines fuzzy and k-nearest neighbor algorithms. Particle Swarm Optimization is a simple optimization technique to apply and modify several parameters. This research will implement the application design to the lines of web-based program code using the Python language and the Django framework. This study resulted in the value of the accuracy range obtained by the PSO-FKNN hybrid method is 66 to 74 (in percent) compared to the range of accuracy values ??of FKNN without the hybrid method is 64.90% to 68.29% (in percent), the difference in the accuracy values ??obtained by PSO-FKNN FKNN is affected by changes in the position of the training and testing data in each test

Abstract

The lungs are vital organs that function as a place for oxygen exchange. The lungs are one of the organs that have an important role for humans to survive. The importance of maintaining lung health to avoid dangerous diseases. If the health of the lungs is not taken care of properly, it will make the lungs unable to function normally and can cause disturbances in the respiratory system. The types of lung diseases that are suffered by many people in the world such as cough, asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis, and so on. Therefore, this study will classify lung diseases based on lung sounds using the MFCC method which will be used at the feature extraction stage and the SVM method used at the data classification stage. The testing phase used is K-Fold Cross Validation and also Confusion Matrix to determine the amount of data that is identified correctly and to determine the level of accuracy generated. After going through several processes to classify the lungs based on the sound of the lungs, the accuracy rate is quite good, which is 80%.

Abstract

An online news portal is one of the technologies in the form of online media that provides information services in the form of news articles. The number of news articles on online news portals continues to grow over time and more news article data will be available. A large amount of data is a challenge in itself to be processed into a more useful form, namely by conducting topic modeling based on news article data so that the data can be categorized based on the topics discussed in it. Topic modeling groups text data into a specific set of topics based on their similarities. In this study, the dataset used was 44,425 news articles from November 2021 to March 2022 which were taken from the online news portal detik.com. News exploration was carried out by topic modeling using two methods, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Structural Topic Model (STM). The LDA method produces 8 topics derived from the calculation of the highest probabilistic coherence value. The STM method produces 11 topics based on the highest semantic coherence and exclusivity values.
Classification of Bird Sounds Using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) Methods

Abstract

With the rapid development of this technology, of course, it can provide benefits to the wider community, one of which is to provide convenience in meeting the needs of an agency or group, one of which is forest rangers and animal supervisors who can assist in classifying the types of birds or poultry, because birds have voices. which differ by type. For example, in the West Bali National Park itself, there are several types of bird species that are there, for example, the Java Dederuk bird or birds belonging to the Columbidae species. In this case technology plays an important role as a medium for information exchange regarding information about birds and can easily determine the type of bird. So, to fulfill this, we need a system that can classify bird species based on their sound. In this study, the system built uses the MFCC method for feature extraction. This method was chosen because the success rate in speech recognition using MFCC feature extraction is higher than feature extraction using FFT. And for the classification stage using the KNN method. This method was chosen because KNN is easy to represent compared to other methods. From the results of the Classification of Bird Sounds Using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods, it can be concluded that the resulting K-Nearest Neighbor model is able to classify bird species based on their sound properly because after a single data classification with data outside of the training data, the system is able to classify it very accurately, the accuracy percentage is 80%. And in the test results using K-fold Cross Validation, the best K value is obtained in the K-Nearest Neighbor model, namely K = 1 with 77% accuracy.

Abstract

Balinese script is a script from the Balinese area that was commonly used by people in ancient times to describe a word, there are many ways to keep this script sustainable and not extinct. One of them is by making a Balinese character recognition game. Which in this application the user will provide input in the form of Balinese characters written on the application, which then the input will go through a preprocessing process and then proceed with diagonal feature extraction, then the results of the feature extraction will go through a classification process using the Naïve Bayes method. The result is a web-based application that can recognize Balinese script writing using the Naïve Bayes classification method with an accuracy rate of 70.3% and get a good response from every respondent who has tested the application. Abstract

With the advancement of Information Technology today, fields such as banking compete to get more users by improving services to be more practical. One of the banks that has launched an application that is useful to facilitate customers in conducting transactions is Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). BNI launched the BNI Mobile Banking application with several features in it. This study will try to evaluate the design of this application interface with User Usability using the Heuristic Evaluation method which is based on 10 aspects. User Usability is used to determine an application can be categorized, to determine an application deserves to be called user-friendly and to simplify the application development process. In addition, data was collected through questionnaires whose values ??were obtained from 33 respondents. In the process of testing the validity we use the Pearson correlation and in the process of reliability we use the Cronbach's Alpha method. The final result of the study shows that the BNI Mobile Banking application as a whole has met the Usability Test component with an average value of 3, which means that this application already has a Usability aspect value which can be said to be normal

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is an audio visual mediain the form of content that can be in the form of 2 dimensions or 3 dimensions placed on physical media where the media is placed. Media is a tool that is useful as a tool to connect the sender and recipient of the message. Meanwhile, learning media is a facility that bridges teaching staff and students in a teaching and learning activity that is useful for providing knowledge, and this process is called a two-way communication process. The media must be involved in this process. With the AR students are expected to think more deeply about the information received. Implementation of teaching and learning activities by utilizing tools in the form of AR able to provide direct benefits in the learning process.tools AR are designed to provide users with more specific information than concrete objects. The function of AR is to visualize an abstract picture in order to provide a more detailed understanding and describe the structure of a specific object model.
