Abstract

In the rapidly advancing digital age, applications have become integral to daily life. This study focuses on aspect-based sentiment analysis of reviews for the Mobile JKN application using the Random Forest and Information Gain methods. This technological approach is vital for understanding user opinions, guiding further improvements and developments. Google Play Store review data is employed, with rating scores serving as guides for sentiment classification. The study aims to provide in-depth insights into sentiments and aspects influencing Mobile JKN application reviews. Through this approach, the quality of healthcare services delivered via the application is anticipated to be continually enhanced.

Abstract

Every 3 seconds, 1 person in the world develops dementia. The worldwide incidence of Alzheimer's dementia is increasing rapidly and is currently estimated to approach 46.8 or 50 million people diagnosed with dementia in the world, 20.9 million in Asia Pacific, there are about 10 million new cases every year. In Indonesia itself, it is estimated that there were around 1.2 million people with dementia in 2016, which will increase to 2 million in 2030 and 4 million people in 2050.recommended. In order to help dementia patients and decrease the growth of dementia, author create a design solution using prototyping and UML methods. Using this prototype, user will be getting any reminder and other creative interactions. Hopefully this solution will helped indonesian people who have dementia and reduce the growth of dementia cases.

Abstract

Di tengah perkembangan pesat teknologi digital, nilai data penjualan semakin meningkat bagi pelaku bisnis, terutama dalam sektor industri real estate. Penjualan properti di New York City (NYC) menjanjikan peluang keuntungan besar namun juga menimbulkan risiko yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Metode Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) guna mendalami tren penjualan properti di NYC pada periode 2016-2017. Data yang digunakan diambil dari dataset Kaggle yang mencakup beragam variabel seperti lokasi, jenis properti, harga, dan tanggal penjualan. Proses analisis meliputi langkah-langkah pemahaman bisnis, pembersihan data, EDA, serta penyusunan insight dan rekomendasi. Temuan analisis menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan dalam penjualan pada bulan Juni 2017, dengan fluktuasi pasar yang mencolok di berbagai wilayah. Faktor kelas pajak properti juga memiliki dampak terhadap tingkat penjualan, dengan properti residensial lebih dari tiga unit menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Sementara itu, penjualan unit komersial cenderung menurun dari bulan ke bulan. Rekomendasi strategis berdasarkan temuan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja penjualan di NYC, memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman dinamika pasar properti serta optimalisasi strategi pemasaran. Abstract

Speech recognition falls under the field of computational linguistics. This includes identification, recognition, and translation of speech detected into text by a computer. This research uses Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) techniques as a form of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) architecture. The main purpose of this research is to use speech recognition techniques to detect and identify various emotional sounds in a person. The MFCC process will convert the voice signal into several vectors that help for the speech recognition process in this study.

Abstract

Drinkable water is water that is healthy for humans to drink and does not pose significant health risks. To determine whether water has a quality that meets health standards can be determined through the substances or minerals contained in it. Conventional methods require quite a long time to evaluate and classify water quality as suitable for consumption or not. One approach that can be used to overcome this problem is to utilize machine learning. This research uses a random forest to carry out classification. Using random forest by default cannot produce optimal performance because the parameters used are not necessarily the best. Therefore, this research also uses GridsearchCV to find optimal hyperparameter values in the Random Forest Classifier. After hyperparameter tuning, an optimal model was obtained with each parameter n_estimators 100, max_depth 9, max_features 4, and min_samples_split 2. The performance of Random Forest after hyperparameter tuning increased accuracy, which was initially 76% increase to 84%, precision which was initially 76.19% increase to 81.70%, recall which was initially 74.89% increase to 85.53%, and f1-score which was initially 75.53%, increase to 83.57%. Abstract

Pada zaman kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang telah menghasilkan beberapa teknologi terbaru. Salah satu teknologinya adalah teknologi nirkabel. Teknologi ini merupakan teknologi yang banyak digunakan di dunia dan telah digunakan pada sebagian besar kegiatan manusia. Teknologi Smart Home ini diciptakan dikarenakan adanya banyak masalah yang terjadi dalam hal kebakaran dan pencurian yang terjadi pada rumah-rumah yang ditinggalkan pemiliknya dikarenakan sesuatu dan lain hal. Solusi alternatif untuk masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi Smart Home. Di negara maju prinsip Smart home atau rumah pintar telah diadopsi sejak puluhan tahun yang lalu, smart home dalam penerapanya memiliki fungsi sebagai remote kontrol, baik sistem pencahayaan, monitoring dan juga otomatis. Rancangan system Smart Home berbasis Wirelass Sensor Networks telah dapat digunakan pada rumah model. Sistem smart home berbasis WSN dapat diimplementasikan dengan berbagai data sensor multimedia, yakni pada satu node sensor bisa membawa 4 sensor. Selama pengujian bagian kinerja sistem ini dapat dimulai dengan menguji akurasi atau kebenaran data masing-masing sensor sehingga waktu komunikasi antara sensor dan pusat pemantauan dan sebaliknya. Sensor PIR berhasil menemukan keberadaan seseorang di suatu ruangan dengan delay 2,8 (dua koma delapan) detik.

Abstract

Robotics innovation has experienced rapid advancements, bringing significant changes to robots, enabling them to adapt to innovative environments. Integrated control systems with microcontrollers and Android platforms facilitate human tasks. Robots are also beneficial in flexible situations such as clinics, homes, workplaces, and hazardous areas. One practical application is the floor-cleaning device with Android control system. In its implementation, the program utilizes the Arduino Uno IDE integrated with a microcontroller. This floor-cleaning device effectively removes dust and dirt. The research on "Design of Intelligent Vacuum Robot Based on Microcontroller Using Android" successfully created a cleaning tool that efficiently assists people in floor cleaning. The microcontroller and Android-based vacuum cleaner are highly useful for cleaning dusty and dirty floors. Therefore, the design of a smart vacuum cleaning robot based on microcontroller and Android becomes a beneficial solution for the community

Abstract

Buah Jeruk Siam Kintamani merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memiliki variasi kualitas rasa yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat membantu pengguna dan calon konsumen, dalam mengenali kualitas rasa buah dengan cepat dan akurat. Metode GLCM digunakan untuk mengekstraksi fitur tekstur dari citra buah Jeruk Siam Kintamani, sementara algoritma K-NN akan memproses fitur-fitur tersebut untuk mengklasifikasikan kualitas rasa buah. Pendekatan UCD diterapkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi untuk memastikan bahwa antarmuka pengguna dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna akhir. Pengujian usability testing dan uji akurasi algoritma Gray Level Co – Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan K – Nearest Neighborts (KNN) dilakukan, dengan memanfaatkan hasil pengujian usability, serta akurasi algoritma pengenalan kualitas rasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki hasil tingkat usability sangat baik, dalam masing – masing aspek yang di uji, yaitu aspek learnability sebesar 80%, efficiency 83%, hasil nilai skor system usability scale (SUS) sebesar 86,3%, dan error defective rate sebesar 14% kemudian dikatakan valid serta reliabel, serta sudah baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Today, vehicles are a major need for humans, especially motorcycles. In Indonesia alone the numberof motorcycle population is more than other types of vehicles. The use of motorbikes is consideredmore effective because of low operational costs, economical fuel consumption and moreenvironmentally friendly, and a wider range of mobility due to their not too large size and easy use.Because of this, various brands of industrial companies are circulating in the market, so that it is difficultfor people to choose a motorbike. To realize this, a research entitled Motorcycle Information SystemUsing the User Centered Design Method was carried out. In this study, the researcher will later add arecommendation feature to the built website, this feature will later compare in terms of a smaller valuethan the variable inputted by the user, to run this feature, the researcher adds a selection sort algorithmas an algorithm for comparing values between variables.This study aims to design a website-based user interface and user experience. Where it is, proportionalto the increase in the number of purchases of existing motorcycles. The website that has been madewas tested on the General Public and Informatics Students with a total of 20 respondents. To find outthe level of satisfaction of respondents in using the motorcycle recommendation website, usabilitytesting was carried out using the system usability scale method. This method measures the usability ofa computer system according to the user's subjective point of view by filling out a Likert-scalequestionnaire. The website that has been made is tested on the General Public and InformaticsStudents. Social Media adalah suatu wadah bagi kita manusia dalam berkomunikasi, tidak jarang juga kita banyak membagikan kehidupan kita didalam social media. Baik berupa hiburan, bisnis atau hal lainnya.maka dari itu penelitian ini akan menggunakan social media konten untuk memprediksi masa depan , contohnya adalah memprediksi harga dari cryptocurrency. Dengan menggunakan twitter sebagai media social, jurnal ini akan menunjukan suatu model yang dapat kita gunakan untuk memprediksi harga cryptocurrency.
