Abstract

The phenomenon of poverty is one of the macroeconomic diseases faced by countries in the world including Indonesia. Poverty has become a complex and chronic problem both at the national and regional levels, so that mitigation requires an appropriate and sustainable strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, unemployment and education simultaneously and partially to poverty in Bangli regency. Data used in this research is secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is accompanied by classical assumption test. The test result with SPSS obtained the result that simultaneously variable of economic growth variable, unemployment and education simultaneously have a significant effect on unemployment in Bangli regency. Partially, the variable of economic growth and education have negative and significant effect to poverty in Bangli regency. While unemployment variable have positive and significant effect to poverty in Bangli regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Migration is one of the demographic components that affect the rate of population growth. The Minangkabau tribe in West Sumatra, one of which is widely known for migration. The Minangkabau etnic known as the great monk for most people. This can be seen from the number of successful Minang people in their overseas areas. The ethnic Minang who work as Traders have large numbers in Bali Province. Padang cuisine becomes one of the famous trading assets in the culinary category for the wandering Minang ethnic. There are several factors that can affect the business income and this is the reason why many Minang people can succeed in the overseas lands. This study aims to determine whether the factors of work ethic, work experience and capital affect simultaneously and partially to the income of traders of ethnic Minang in Denpasar. The technique of analysis used is linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially work ethic variables, work experience and capitalyhave a positive and significant influence on the income of traders of ethnic Minang in Denpasar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat mengakibatkan bermunculan industri kecil, menengah, maupun besar. Salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat adalah industri laundry rumah tangga, yang mana sebagian besar pekerjanya adalah wanita. Tujuan dari penelitian.ini.adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh0tingkat0pendidikan, upah pekerja, pendapatan0suami, 0umur, 0jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan.jam kerja secara.langsung terhadap0pengeluaran rumah tangga; 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, upah pekerja, pendapatan suami, umur dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga melalui jam kerja. Metode)pengumpulan data)yang)digunakan)adalah)wawancara)dan)kuisioner,.dengan.jumlah.responden sebanyak 87 orang.)Alat.analisis.yang.digunakan.adalah.analisis.deskriptif.dan.analisis.jalur.0Hasil--penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan, upah pekerja dan0pendapatan0suami0berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap)jam)kerja pekerja wanita. Umur berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap jam kerja pekerja wanita. Jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap jam kerja pekerja wanita. Upah pekerja, pendapatan suami, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga pekerja wanita. Tingkat pendidikan dan umur berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga pekerja wanita. Jam kerja memediasi pengaruh Tingkat pendidikan, upah pekerja, pendapatan suami dan umur terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga pekerja wanita. Sedangkan jam kerja tidak memediasi.jumlah.tanggungan.keluarga.terhadap pengeluaran rumah.tangga pekerja wanita yang bekerja di industri laundry rumah tangga di Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Kata kunci: pekerja wanita, pengeluaran rumah tangga, jam kerja. ABSTRACT Rapid economic growth has resulted in the emergence of small, medium, and large industries. One of the fastest growing industries is the household laundry industry, where most of the workers are women. The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the effect of education level, worker's wage, husband's income, age, number of family dependent and working hours directly to household expenditure; 2) To analyze the effect of education level, worker's wage, husband's income, age and amount of family dependent on household expenditure through working hours. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires, with a total of 87 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the level of education, worker's wage and husband's income had a positive significant impact on the working hours of female workers. Age negatively significantly affects the working hours of female workers. The number of family dependents has a positive insignificant effect on the working hours of female workers. Worker's wage, husband's income, the number of family dependents and working hours have a positive significant impact on the expenditure of female workers' households. The level of education and age has a negative insignificant effect on the expenditure of female workers' households. Working hours mediate the influence of education level, the influence of the wage of the worker, the husband's income and age on the expenditure of the female worker's household. While working hours do not mediate the number of family dependents on household expenditure of female workers working in the household laundry industry in South Denpasar District. Abstract

The rapid development of globalization era led to the emergence of various movements including the movement of women's emancipation that is about gender equality. This research aims to analyze the household expenditure gap between men and women in Indonesia with secondary data from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics and IFLS data. IFLS data used is used from 1997 to 2014. Analysis will be done by using the calculation of discrimination with Stata application. The results showed that the pattern of public expenditure for the cost of education of children IFLS 2 until IFLS 5 continues to increase. Education expenditures of children by sex in Indonesia show there is a difference in educational expenditures between boys and girls from year to year (IFLS2 until IFLS 5). Based on urban villages indicating that there is a general difference in educational expenditures of children for rural and urban areas (IFLS 2 to IFLS 5. Comparison of educational expenditure of boys and girls by region shows that are difference in educational expenditure between boys and girls in Sumatra, Java-Bali and Kalimantan, due to differences in economic, social and cultural development prevailing in each region.

Abstract

The development of SMEs in Indonesia is still faced with various problems, causing weak competitiveness of imported products. Major issues facing SMEs are, among others, limited infrastructure and government access related to licensing and bureaucracy and high rates of levies. This study aims to analyze whether or not significant influence indirectly External factors are knowledge, resources, and procedures against exogenous and internal factors such as knowledge, resources, and procedure against export barriers. The result is: 1) Exogen positive and significant effect on knowledge. 2) Exogen positive and significant effect on resources. 3) Exogen positive and significant effect on the procedure. 4) Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on export barriers. 5) Resources have a positive and significant impact on export barriers. 6) Procedure has a positive and significant effect on export barriers.

Abstract

The performance of regional development can be seen from quality of services provided by local government to community. The quality of service provided depends on the size of budget owned by local government. The reality of ability to exploit regional potential in era of regional autonomy is different in all regions. This research was conducted in Bangli Regency. The purpose is to analyze the influence of GDRP, Total Population, and Number of Travelers to Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR), either partially or simultaneously. This study uses secondary data with quantitative method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the result of research indicates that the variable of GRDP, Total Population, and Number of Tourist have significant influence simultaneously to OLGR. Then the GDRP variable has a positive and significant effect partially to OLGR, then the number of residents has positive and not significant effect partially to OLGR and the number of tourists negatively and not significantly partially to OLGR of Bangli regency for period of 1994-2016. Abstract

for janur. The purpose of this research to analyze the influence prices of janur, ibung, and consumer income to a request janur and view its elasticity values. The sample in this study as 96 sample where determining sample using proportionate random sampling method. The analysis technique this research using multiple linear regression analysis double log model. The result is : 1) price of janur, price of ibung and consumer income has a positive and significant effect to number of requested in Ubud Village, Gianyar Regency. 2) Partially, price of janur, price of ibung and consumer income has a positive and significant effect to number of janur requested in village of ubud gianyar. 3) Judging from elastic value of inelastic jelly price of number of leaflets requested in Ubud Village. 4) Judging from value of price elasticity of ibung inelastic number of janur requested in Ubud Village. 5) Judging from cross elasticity of ibung is a substitute of janur, and, 6) Judging from elasticity of janur income is a giffen product because it defies the law of demand. Abstract

This research is used to know the number of tourist visit, tax, government to economic growth and prosperity of society in Bali Province. Data settlement method used in this research is non participant observation. The source of this research data comes from secondary data. This study uses analytical techniques. For and the influence of a sobel to analyze influence. Not possible through the intervening variable. Based on the results of this study, the number of indirect and significant tourist visits to the economic growth and welfare of the people in Bali Province. Indirect hotel and restaurant taxes on economic growth and people's prosperity in Bali Province. Direct and significant taxes on the economic growth and prosperity of the people in Bali Province.
