Abstract

Tea is one ofIndonesian main export. This study aimed to analyze the strength of competitiveness, market share and stability of Indonesian competitiveness tea export in ASEAN market. The method analyzed by Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA). The comparators used are Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.Calculation results show that the average value of RCA Indonesiaperiod 2004-2013 amounted to 2,184 can be interpreted that the tea has strong competitiveness in  ASEAN market. CMSA value showsthat although Indonesian tea less attractivein ASEAN market for commodity composition effect is negative,however exports of Indonesian tea distributed to countries that import growth quickly and has strong competitiveness in ASEAN market.Results of linear trend shows that the competitivenessof Indonesian tea export to ASEAN market is unstable and tend to decline during the period 2004-2013.

Abstract

Poverty is a big problem in the province of Bali. The problem of poverty can not be accomplished in a short time in because poverty is a multisectoral problem that involves many sectors of society, ranging from health, education and labor. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial levels of education, unemployment, economic growth on poverty. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection is done by non-participant observation. Data processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The test results with the results obtained Eviews 6 Level of Education, Unemployment and Economic Growth simultaneous and significant influence on Poverty in the province of Bali. In partial, Education Level and Economic Growth significant negative effect on Poverty in the province of Bali, while the unemployment variable positive and significant effect on Poverty in the province of Bali.

Abstract

Gianyar regency is the centre of micro and mid-micro industry (IKM) in bali which gives a big  contribution toward Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) and devisa} to gianyar. This research aims to find out the investment needs of  which industrial sector that is considered to be a basic sector industry to determine OVOP from 2013-2016. Data that are used in this research is came from BPS, department of industry and commerce and also relevant agencies. This research used Location Quotient (LQ) and Incremental Capital Outpu RatiotI (ICOR) analysis technique. From this research, it can be known that from each sub district there are 1 to 5 basic sectors and wooden handmade furniture is determined to be a basic sector that is most seen in each sub district of gianyar. The investment needs value from 2013 to 2016 can be estimated from Rp. 47.755.780 billion to Rp. 68.088.251.000 billion which have been distributed to each sub district in gianyar.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country has abundant natural resources. This is evidenced by the state of fertile soil and supported by a tropical climate. Indonesia should put agricultural products as a major power. One of the agricultural products that could be developed into a mainstay is corn. Corn is also the food crops that have a strategic role in the development of agriculture and the economy of Indonesia. However, problems arise when domestic corn production has not been able to meet domestic needs and Indonesia to import maize. This study aims to determine the influence of production, United States dollar exchange rate and the GDP of agriculture to the import of maize in Indonesia. Techniques for analyzing data used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis and the results of this study indicate that the amount of production and the United States dollar exchange rate negative and significant, while the GDP of agriculture positive and significant on maize imports in Indonesia in 1985-2012.

Abstract

  The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of level of education, hours worked, income and family dependents of housewives who work in the informal sector in Village Dauh Puri Kauh, district West of Denpasar. Sampling is done by proportional sampling techniques. Data collected through observation of non-participation, and structured interview questionnaire. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. From the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously obtained that level of education, hours worked and the amount of income to families dependent housewives who work in the informal sector in village Dauh Puri Kauh. Partially, the third free variable is positive and significant effect on the income of housewives who work in the informal sector in village Dauh Puri Kauh.

Abstract

Tabanan Baturiti village, one of the largest villages in the district population Baturiti. Women in the village helped men to work, especially in the informal sector (agriculture, trade and craftsmen) The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income informal sector women workers, as well as the influence of age, education, working capital and time allocation simultaneously and partially on the income of women workers in the informal sector Baturiti village. In this study were taken 90 respondents, the extraction is carried out by quota sampling. Further analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The variables of age, education, working capital, and allocation waktudapat explain 95.9 percent change in income. Among the four independent variables, it appeared that the working capital has the most dominant influence on female labor income variable. Based on these findings it can be suggested that in order to increase the income of women workers, the working capital loans that are distributed to women workers.

Abstract

Badung Regency is a regency in the province of Bali which a designation as an autonomous region since 2002 related to pilot local financial independence. Hope is the area of financial management can be perceived benefit to all parties, both public and promote the interests of the government and the public, so that the public welfare can be created. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partially fund balance and revenue to the local shopping area of Badung Regency Year 2001-2012. Design analysis is used is by using multiple linear regression. The results stated fund balance and local revenues significantly influence the shopping area of Badung Regency Year 2001-2012, either simultaneously or partially.   Keywords: balance funds, local revenues, local shopping

Abstract

The research objective effect of government spending and investment on employment through education in the District / City of Bali Province 2008-2013. The study was conducted in the province of Bali.. Data collection techniques by directly recording data on the data in the form of government expenditures, the average data length of the school, the data development capital investment and data on the number of employment opportunities in the province of Bali with the technique of path analysis (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis concludes government spending has a significant positive effect on the educational variables with significant value 0.000 <0.05, investments not directly affect education in the District / City in the province of Bali shown with significance 0.105> 0.05. Government spending and investment has a significant positive effect on the variable of employment opportunities with significant value 0.000 <0.05 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Education has a significant positive effect on the variable employment with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Government spending and investment has a significant positive effect on the variable employment opportunities through education in the District / City of Bali Province 2008-2013 with a value of P1 = 0.561

Abstract

Craft industry has a very important role in Bali in general and in Gianyar regency especially in providing employment opportunities for the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze 1) the direct effect of capital and raw materials to production, 2) the direct effect of capital, raw materials and production revenue, 3) Effect of capital and raw materials to revenue indirectly through production craftsmen wooden sculptures in the District Sukawati Gianyar.Penelitian District was conducted in Gianyar regency with a wooden statue of respondents craftsmen, which includes District Sukawati. The samples in this research were 72 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study using interviews. The data analysis technique used is the analysis track / path analysis. Based on the results obtained the conclusion that the capital and raw materials direct and significant effect on the production of wood sculpture craftsmen. Variable capital, raw materials and the production of a direct and significant effect on the income of wooden sculptures handicraft industry in the district Sukawati Gianyar Regency. Production variables are variables mediating indirect effect variable capital and raw materials on income. Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Income, Production

Abstract

This studyaimed to determine the effect of age, marital status, education level, number of dependents and income of the decision to settle or not settle like actors circular mobility. The research was conducted in two urban villages in the city of Denpasar that is Village Pemecutan West Denpasar Districtand Village Pemogan South Denpasar District. Number ofsamples taken is 95 non-permanent migrants, with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through structured interviews, whereas analytical techniques used are binary logistic regression. Based onthe results of a partial analysis of the independent variables, agehad no significant effect while the variable marital status, education level, number of dependen s and income significantly influence the decision of actors want to settle circular mobility. A total of 56 of  the 95respondens chose not to settle, while 39 respondents chose to settle in the goal area.
