Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of democracy members, capital, and utilization of services simultaneously and partially on the success of the business cooperatives in Denpasar. In addition it was also discussed about the dominant factor affecting the success of business cooperatives in the city of Denpasar. This study used a method of analysis that combines factor analysis and regression analysis. Factor analysis is done to obtain a score factor based on the latent variables are formed by the indicator variable, while the regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis showed that both simultaneously and partially democratic members, capitalization, and service utilization significantly influence the success of business cooperatives in Denpasar. Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables dominant influence on the success of business cooperatives in Denpasar is variable service utilization.

Abstract

Development of an industry is a policy to increase a more advanced economic growth gradually and evenly, to changes in the economy for the better. Increased industrial sector is one of the efforts in increasing jobs. The purpose of this research is to find out if working hours, productivity, and work experience affect the revenue brick craftsman. Research locations in the Tulikup Village, Gianyar District Gianyar Regency. Many samples taken in this study is 73 business units, with a simple random sampling method and multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used in this study. Based on the results of research conducted in the village of Tulikup, District Gianyar Regency Gianyar suggests that working hours, productivity and work experience positive and significant effect on labor income brick industry. Variations effect of working hours, productivity and work experience on labor income Tulikup bricks in the village of Gianyar Regency in Gianyar showed value of R Square = 0.773, which means 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% of models of other variables that affect and are not included in the study this.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic development is highly dependent on local economic development. Fiscal decentralization give flexibility to local governments in regulating their regions and create policies that can support the potential in the region. The research objectives: 1) To analyze the influence of local revenues and equalization funds to economic growth, 2) To analyze the effect of local revenues and fund balance on economic growth through capital expenditures. This research was conducted in all districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. Data collection is done through the documents contained in the BPS. The data used in this research is secondary data of years 2007-2013, while the analytical technique used is the analysis of the path or path analysis. The analysis showed local revenues and equalization funds have a positive and significant direct effect on capital spending. The original income of the region and the balance funds have positive direct and significant effect on economic growth but capital spending has a direct effect of negative and not significant to the economic growth.

Abstract

Leading sectors and shift of economic structure in regions having an important role in regional development .The knew sectors and shift of economic structure, be able to more maximize regional development. The research is quantitative with descriptive research, done in Tabanan Regency. The data used was primary and secondary data. Shift of economic structure has happened in Tabanan Regency, seen from small contributions the agricultural sector than the other service sector and the industrial sector. The leading sectors should be developed in Tabanan Regency is the construction sector, the health services and social activities sector, mining and quarrying sector, real estate sector, the other services sector, information and communication sector and sector administration, defense and social security must.

Abstract

Textile industry is one sector that has a very rapid development and impact on employment and support is one of Bali's tourism sector. The industry demand continues to increase as it is one of the basic needs of society. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the level of wages, hours and working capital either simultaneously or partially to the production of Textile industry in the city of Denpasar. The population was all over the Textile industry in the city of Denpasar, and the owners of the Textile industry as a sample. Using Slovin formula and stratifiled proportionale random sampling techniques, obtained a total sample of 84 employers. The collected data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous wage rates, hours of work, and working capital affect the production of the apparel industry with F of 41.216 and 0.000 sig. While partially obtained results that the wage rate is 3,777 t, t obtained working hours and working capital 4,189 5,856 t is the effect on the production of the Textile industry

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan salah satu tujuan yang diharapkan oleh setiap daerah. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukannya sumber-sumber pembiayaan, baik dari pusat maupun dari kemampuan daerah dalam menjaring pendapatan asli daerahnya. Sumber pembiayaan itulah yang nantinya digunakan untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan selanjutnya berdampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung pendapatan asli daerah dan dana alokasi umum terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan Path analysis sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan PAD dan DAU memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif  terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. PAD dan DAU tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan variabel yang memediasi secara penuh dalam pengaruh PAD dan DAU terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the sectors into a potential sector in the Regency of Buleleng and how big the potential sectors for investment needs in the Regency of Buleleng in 2013-2017. The Data used are the provincial GDP and GRDP Buleleng Regency of Bali on the basis of constant prices of 2000. The analysis used in this analysis is the technique of research Location Quotient (LQ) where LQ is the potential sector 1 > and ICOR. The results found that the sectors into a potential sector in the Regency of Buleleng that the agricultural sector with the sub sectors of food crops, crop plantation sector, sub sub sectors of the farm and its results. Second, the mining and quarrying sector with sub sector of the excavation. Lastly, the services sector with the public administration sector, sub sub sector subsector civic and social sub sector of individuals and households. About sub sectors i.e. While the results of this research show the sub sectors that require the most investment, namely sub private sector amounting to Rp. 18.231.131, include sub-sub sectors social development amounting to Rp. 1.277.151,-sub-sub individualized and household sectors amounting to Rp. 17.302.034,-.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of the local revenue and general allocation fund against poverty with capital expenditure as an intervening variable. This research was conducted in all districts / municipalities in Bali Province. The data collection is done through the documents contained in the BPS Bali. The data used in this research is secondary data, while the analysis method used is the analysis of lane or path analysis to determine the effect, directly and Sobel test to determine the effect indirectly. The analysis showed that the local revenue and general allocation have significant positive effect on capital spending. Local revenue and general allocation have significant negative effect on poverty levels and capital expenditures have significant negative effect on poverty levels. Through capital expenditure, the local revenue and general allocation have significant indirect effect on poverty levels. The analysis show that an intervening variable capital expenditure of local revenue and general allocation fund.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction and customer complaints on waste and irrigation income PT. Development of Tourism Indonesia (Persero) as well as to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on waste and irrigation revenue through customer complain at PT. Tourism Development of Indonesia (Persero). Data used primary data. The selected sample is 40 customers who use waste treatment and irrigation service of PT. Tourism Development Indonesia. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The result shows that customer satisfaction is not significant to waste and irrigation income. The variable of customer satisfaction turned out to have a positive and significant impact on customer complaint. Customer complaint variable has positive and significant impact on waste and irrigation income. customer complaint is a latent variable that proves to function as a mediator for customer satisfaction constructs.

Abstract

Unemployment in the province of Bali each year in which fluctuated in 2003 and 2005 is the number of unemployed during the previous 10-year period, the unemployment rate may cause bad impact on the economy of Bali, because it can cause a variety of social and cultural issues such as poverty, crime and other. In fact, economic growth, education levels within a period of 10 years Bali has increased when in accordance with economic theory should be able to absorb the existing workforce. This research aims: 1) to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage, and education level either simultaneously or partially on the number of unemployed districts/cities in Provinces Bali. 2) To determine the variables that affect the number of unemployed dominant districts/cities in the province of Bali. The research was conducted in the province of Bali which divided the eight regencies and one city by using data over a period of 7 years, as the data retrieval The studies sampled using a purposive sampling method and using 63 data points as a sample. Data collected through non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis simultaneously, it was found that the growth of the economy, and the regional minimum wage levels significantly affect unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. Testing is done by comparing the partial count t and t table or view its significance to the 95 percent level of confidence gained that real economic growth positively, negatively affect regional minimum wages significantly affect unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali, while negative real levels of education, and economic growth have the most dominant effect on unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. The study is expected to be useful for the government in decision-acquired sufficient regarding labor issues in particular the problem of unemployment. The studies are expected to be useful in future studies as references and can develop further addition of variables
