Abstract

Abstract The objective of the research is to studies relationship between knowledge cooperation and participation cooperation. The research was carried out at Cooperation at State University of Jakarta (2003) with n = 50 respondents selected randomly. The research concludes that there is positive correlation between: (1) knowledge cooperation (X) and participation cooperation. Furthermore, there is positive correlation between knowledge cooperation and participation cooperation. Keywords: knowledge cooperation, participation cooperation.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study are: 1)Knowing the description of the product quality, brand image, and consumer loyalty of Federal Oil, 2) Knowing the influence of product quality to consumer loyalty of Federal Oil, 3) Knowing the influence of brand image to consumer loyalty of Federal Oil, 4)Knowing the influence product quality and brand image simultaneously to consumer loyalty of Federal Oil. The unit of observation is 204 respondents who turn of motor oil in Dewi Sartika and use Federal oil consumption four times or more. Research designs used are descriptive and causal. Sample determination technique using convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The result of this descriptive study is variable of quality product significantly affects consumer loyalty of Federal Oil, variable of brand image significantly affects consumer loyalty of Federal Oil. Results of hypothesis testing through t test and F test shows the influence variable quality of product to the consumer loyalty, the effect of brand image variable to the consumer loyalty. From these studies show that the percentage contribution to the influence of quality of product and brand image to the consumer loyalty by 54.2% (R2). The remaining 45.8% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. Keywords: Quality of Product, Brand Image, Consumer Loyalty, Federal Oill.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop an empowerment model for poor farmers in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi. This study used descriptive method, with three approaches, economics, social and cultural, and institutional approach. Results of this study are: 1) the farmers in Jeneponto have limited knowledge of modern agriculture. 2) most of poor farmers in Jeneponto was not caused by the condition of natural resources. 3) some of agriculture comoditions could enhance optimally with good water management system. 4) low rate of savings caused the low rate investation and productivity. Abstract

Abstract Islamic banking hasn’t been able to touch the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) from street vendors to merchants in the traditional market which is usually referred as the grassroots economy. Driven by a sense of deep concern to many poor people are trapped by moneylenders and also in order to provide an alternative for those to expand its business but can’t be directly to related Islamic banking ( BMI and BPRS ) because the business it’s relatively small and micro, then in 1992 a small financial institutions that operate and use a combination of concepts Baitul Maal and Baitul Tamwil as the target and the scale on the micro business sector. The institutions "ventured" named Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil abbreviated BMT.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research entitled Marketing Strategy of Students Perception to save in Syariah Banking at Sriwijaya University Palembang was aimed at investigating and analyzing whether mixed marketing variables altogether affected students decision on whether or not to save at Syariah Banking, and to investigate which factors that were the most dominant. This research was a causal research which used two groups of variables. They were independent variables consisting of product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), and customer service (X7). The dependent variables was students perception (Y) toward to service of syariah banking which consisted of expectation, motivation, and learning. To measure relationship among variables, multiple regression statistical analysis was used. Based on the resultsof regression analysis, all mixed marketing variables altogether affected students’ decision making in whether or not saving at syariah banking. Partially, variables of product, promotion and customer service had dominant affects toward students’ decision on saving at syariah banking.Keywords : Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Perception, Syariah Banking

Abstract

Abstract Cooperative efforts towards the pillar of the national economy should be supported through strengthening institutional cooperatives. As is known in the cooperative governance still have problems like, weak capital structure, business competition, diminishing cooperative image in the eyes of the community, the level of skills and professionalism of human resources inadequate and lack of education and awareness of government agencies. Strengthening the institutional cooperative effort can be made by supporting the empowerment of cooperatives through the capital. Capital support for cooperative development can be given with equity participation by the goverment, business entities, or public sector. To maximize business through equity capital is expected that cooperative be more innovative to attract the attention of investors. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the intentions of the students chose the University of Darma Persada. This research was conducted at the University of Darma Persada, the population is students with formula Monion and Morrion with simple random sampling technique. Data retrieval technique using a questionnaire. The method used in this study are correlational and descriptive and inferential analisys with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion of the results, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive influence on student attitudes toward the intentions of students choosing Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in student attitudes lead to increased student intentions choose Darma Persada University. (2) There is a positive effect of subjective norm on intention student students choose Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in the subjective norm resulted in increased student intentions Darma Persada University student chose. (3) There is a positive influence perceptions of student behavior control to the intention of the students select Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in perception of control student behavior resulting in increased student intentions choose Darma Persada University. (4) There is a positive influence on student attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control together against the intentions of the students chose the University of Darma Persada. This means that an increase in student attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control together lead to increased student intentions choose Darma Persada University.Keywords: intentions, student attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to Know Efekifitas use Linear Model Cooperative Learning Can Improve Learning Outcomes Math Matter Linear Program in class XI AK.2 in SMK Negeri 48 Year 2014. The experiment was conducted in July to December 2014, at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Learning Model for this use is Cooperative Learning, Classroom Action Research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle of meetings held three times and at the third meeting done Post Test. Research has achieved the expected indicators in the second cycle, the number of students who scored to complete the boundary or over at 98, 45% and average value reached 80.79%. Presentation Mastery student has achieved the expected indicators in this study, and students who commit any negative activity does not exceed 35% presentation, but only 2:55%. in Cycle 2 can be argued that student achievement has increased by using model Learning Cooperative Learning It can be concluded that by applying the procedure appropriate CooperativeLearning Learning Model, Can Improve Learning Outcomes Program Linear Mathematical Concepts in Class XI AK 2 SMK Negeri 48 JakartaTahun, 2014. Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the Compulsory Basic Education Programme period 2008-2011 in Jakarta and knew the extent of the success of the program, and formulate policy recommendations to improve this activity in the future . This study uses the CIPP evaluation process to assess whether the program is appropriate to proceed or not. From the research, it is seen that in the context of the stage success indicators compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the implementation of the law that underlies the program has not done well. Referring to the input stage of program success indicators compulsory education, it can be concluded that the population of school age enrolled in school at that level has been well absorbed. Referring to the indicators of the success of the process stages of compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the stage of the process is quite successful. As well as referring to the indicators of the success of the product phase of compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the stage of successful products, because its value at a high level of completeness that range from 94% -103 %.
