Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was aimed at investigating the effect of transformational leadership towards the workers’ job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership towards the organizational commitment, the effect of workers’ job satisfaction towards the organizational commitment. The population of this research was totally 110 workers. To gain the data, interview was used as the method of data collection; meanwhile, questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect the data. Before administering the instrument, it was analyzed by means of validity testing which used factor analysis and followed by reliability testing. To analyze the gained data, simple linier regression analysis was used. Based on the data analysis, the findings were as follows: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership towards the workers’ job satisfaction, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership towards organizational commitment, and 3) there is a positive and significant effect of workers’ job satisfaction towards organizational commitment. The workers’ job satisfaction has mediated partially the relationship between transformational leadership towards the organizational commitment. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the marketing communications mix to consumer buying decision process tri provider in the city of Denpasar. Analysis of the data used is a descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with factor analysis. The results analysis coefficient of determination (R2) unknown amount of 0.648. It shows that 64,8% of variation changes the variable rise and fallvariables change consumer buying decision process is influenced by the marketing communication mix variables, while the remaining 39,2% is influenced by other variables not included in the model. The results of this study showed a significant effect simultaneously and partially between the marketing communications mix to consumer buying decision process Tri provider in the city of Denpasar..

Abstract

Working capital required by each company to finance day-to- day operations , working capital which has been issued it is expected to be able to come back into the company in a short time through the sale of its production . Working capital role in sustaining operations or activities of the company , because without the working capital of a company's operations can not be run smoothly. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover , cash turnover and inventory turnover to Profitability ( ROI ). This research was conducted on the property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) . The data used are secondary data from company financial statements of property and real estate . The population in this study is a Real Estate Property and sample period 2009-2011 and used a total of 12 samples from 43 companies . The technique of taking the sample using purposive sampling method . Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable rotation of working capital , cash turnover and inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability ( ROI ) . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether demographic factors had a significant association with impulsive purchases at supermarkets Tiara Dewata and also to determine whether a store environmental stimulation had a significant association with impulsive purchases at supermarkets Tiara Dewata. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar , Bali precisely in Supermarket Tiara Dewata with sample was 170 respondents. The technique used is purposive sampling and data collection methods in this study , namely a questionnaire with a Guttman scale , while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and chi square test. The results showed that the demographic characteristics of gender just who has a significant relationship with impulsive purchases , while the stimulus variable stores the internal environment , only the layout of the store that has a significant relationship with impulse purchases. suggestions for the management of the supermaket Tiara Dewata should display the product at the entrance of the store and also should always check the lighting , audio instrument, and also fragrances in-store. Abstract

This research aim to determine the influence celebrity endorser credibility, attraction advertising and customer satisfaction to brand equity (brand equity) from L'oreal shampoo products on the female consumer in Denpasar with a sample size of 140 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data be obtained through questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale to measure 14 indikator.Teknik analysis used is multiple linear regression. This research has resulted that each variable celebrity endorser credibility, attraction advertising and customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on brand equity (brand equity). Advice for companies and marketers are in the selection of the endorser must have good credibility, as well as ads that appear able to create an emotional bond with the audience and increase customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency of the quality of the product.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know influence of work discipline, work motivation and compensation to good employee performance simultaneously and partial also to know dominant variable than influence the employee performance. Respati Sanur Beach Hotel is the researcher location with 51 employees as respondent. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is couple linear regression analysis that has a purpose to know the simultaneous and partial influences also to determine dominant variable that influences employee performance. Based on the analysis result we know that work discipline variable, work motivation and compensation significant simultaneously to Respati Sanur Beach employee performance with contribution number is 64,3 percent. Work discipline variable, work motivation and compensation has positive influences and significant partially to employee performance at Respati Sanur Beach Hotel with variable compensation as the most influence variable to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, non-physical work environment, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction either simultaneously or partial, as well as independent variables to determine which one has the most impact on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the World Brand Factory (WBF) Company's Kuta-Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 51 employees. Data collected through interviews, observations, and the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation, non-physical work environment, and work motivation simultaneously positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation, non-physical work environment, and work motivation of each partial has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Among the three independent variables, the variable compensation have the greatest influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Job promotion is an employee transferred from one job to another greater responsibility and his level was higher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job performance and work experience of employees on promotion either simultaneously or partial. This study took place at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Gajah Mada, Denpasar branch located in Gajah Mada street no 5-7. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to a number of bank. Engineering analysis using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Bali Tangi SPA is the best service SPA company which comes from the Bali island. The number of samples obtained by using purposive sampling method is as much as 105 respondents. Based on the analysis we can conclude that the service quality and service value simultaneously significant positive effect of this is evident from the value of F is greater than F table. service quality and service value positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction partially. This can be evidenced from the values of t greater than t table value. Service value is the variable that most affects customer satisfaction at Bali Tangi SPA Denpasar. Abstract

This research has purposes to know the influence of job descriptions and leadership style on work motivation of the employees. The number of samples was taken as much as 64 employees. Data collections were assisted by literature study, distribution of the questionnaire, and observation. The technic of analysis was used multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis result, there was found if job descriptions and leadership style has significant affect simultaneously and partially to the work motivation of employees in agency for regional development at Tabanan Regency. This thing show clearly if in job descriptions the leader put down feasible facilities to finish all projects will more increasing work motivation in order to do that, and if the leader have more awareness of responsibility to complete facilities of the employees matching with their work needs it could make good enhancement, especially in work motivation.
