Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of inflation, interest rates, equity fund size, and age of mutual fund shares in fund performance shares listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research was conducted at the company's equity funds. The sampling method used in this research is the method nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of equity funds that the effective date of more than five years of trading. Based on these criteria obtained a sample of 20 companies. The data in this study using non-participant observation that retrieve data on the Stock Exchange Indonesia.Model analysis used is multiple linear regression with the finding that inflation negatively affect the performance of mutual fund shares, interest rates negatively affect the performance of mutual fund shares, the size of mutual funds positive effect on the stock performance of mutual fund shares, and age equity fund positively affects the performance of mutual fund shares.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction. The location of this research is in the Credit Institutions Desa Adat Pecatu. The population in this study were all employees of Credit Institutions Desa Adat Pecatu totaling 52 people , and not among the leaders. The sampling method in this research is saturated sampling , where all populations as respondents and not among the leaders . The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study is transformational leadership and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and employee pemberdayaa positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study has several limitations of the present study only look at that job satisfaction can be created by a factor of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and employee empowerment, but does not rule out the emergence of other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Risiko Bisnis, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Pajak terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 - 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dibantu dengan program SPSS, yang meliputi uji asumsi klasik, serta uji parsial (uji t) dengan taraf nyata (?) = 5 persen. Berdasarkan hasil olah data, diperoleh bahwa likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan pajak berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil perolehan signifikan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,807. Ini berarti bahwa 80,7 persen variasi struktur modal dipengaruhi oleh likuiditas, profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan, dan pajak sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi job insecurity,kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan kontrak di Dulang Café Kuta-Bali. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan kontrak di Dulang Café Kuta-Bali dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 57 karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian uji F menunjukan job insecurity,kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan kontrak dan hasil uji T menunjukan job insecurity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyayawan kontrak, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan kontrak dan, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan kontrak. Variabel job insecurity memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,24 berarti job insecurity yang dirasakan karyawan kontrak tergolong tinggi. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar rasa tidak aman yang dirasakan karyawan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh capital adequacy ratio , loan to deposit ratio dan non performing loan terhadap return on assets pada sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam 5 tahun pengamatan(2009-2013). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 perusahaan perbankan serta teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda maka dapat disimpulkan Capital adequacy ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on assets, Loan to deposit ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on assets,Non performing loan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return on assets. Kata kunci: Capital Adequacy Ratio , Loan To Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, dan Return On Assets ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and non-performing loans to the return on assets in the banking sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange within 5 years of observation(2009-2013). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi orgnisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Cakra Transport Utama Jimbaran, Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Cakra Transport Utama Jimbaran, Bali. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan reponden sebanyak 47 karyawan PT. Cakra Transport Utama Jimbaran, Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara  observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the effect of transformational and OCB leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment mediation. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti. Sampling of this study made use census method with 46 employees of PT. BPR Jaya Kerti. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques applied in this research was the analysis of the path. The results of the study showed that; 1) transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) the transformational leadership showed positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) the OCB indicated positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) the OCB had positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) organizational commitment and significant showed positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa in Denpasar. The high level of out employees of the company will lead to increasing costs incurred by the company to the employee recruiting and retraining costs. This research was conducted at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa. The number of respondents who were taken as many as 34 employees by using census method. Data collected through questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the analysis found that job satisfaction is positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and significant negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment and significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and significant negative effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan situasional terhadap niat membeli kembali pada restoran informal di kabupaten Badung. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen restoran informal di kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Badung, karena kabupaten Badung memiliki potensi perkembangan jumlah restoran yang sangat pesat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan proposive sampling melalui kuisioner yang diberikan secara langsung. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ke lima variable bebas (lingkungan fisik, lingkungan sosial, perspektif waktu, tujuan pembelian, dan suasana hati) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli kembali pada restoran informal di kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

Hotel is one of the service industries that provide accommodation or lodging. Competition is becoming increasingly fierce with the emergence of various kinds of hospitality industries such as villas, resort, apartment and bungalow. Basic scientific papers proving the influence of financial compensation as well as education and training determine the effect of positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at Bakung Sari Hotel. Scientific papers choose a location in Bakung Sari Hotel with testing data analysis techniques aided linear regression. Using census methods (total sampling) the number of samples obtained as many as 53 respondents. Results of data with SPSS program proves it can be concluded that the financial compensation, education and training simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees with R2 values of 84.0 percent. While the remaining 16.0 percent is influenced by other variables. financial compensation, education and training of positive and significant impact on the performance of employees partially. This can be evidenced from t value greater than t table (1.671).
