Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru SMAN 2 Semarapura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tetap, tidak termasuk kepala sekolah yang bekerja di SMAN 2 Semarapura berjumlah 50 orang, dan diteliti keseluruhannya (sampling jenuh). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 13 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 13.00 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pihak sekolah harus selalu memperhatikan komitmen organisasional dan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh guru. Hal ini bertujuan agar guru memiliki rasa nyaman dan akan lebih meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to analyze : (1) The effect of profitability on CSR. (2) Effect of profitability and CSR on firm value. (3) The effect of the profitability on the firm value through CSR. Population studied is the mining company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2014. The sampling technique that used saturated sampling techniques and obtained as many as 24 companies with a total of 120 observations. This study using non-participant observation method taken from annual report and financial statement of companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study are : (1) Profitability proven significant positive effect on CSR. (2) Profitability and CSR proven significant positive effect on firm value. (3) Profitability significantly positive effect on the value of the company through CSR. This syudy shows that CSR is able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

One of the way to invest in stocks is to compare the performance of a portfolio of stocks that are performing well (winner) and stocks that are performing poorly (loser) based on momentum investment strategy. This study aims to determine the performance of winner and loser stock portfolio as well as to determine the significance of differences in the performance of winner-loser portfolio formation period with the period of ownership in the finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 - 2015. The population in this study were as many as 89 stocks. The samples used were as many as 70 companies by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is the technique of analysis of two different test average (dependent t test). The analysis showed that the winner stock portfolio performance resulted in a lower performance compared to the performance of the resulting stock portfolio loser in the period subsequent ownership and there are no significant differences between the performance of winner-loser stock portfolio formation period with the period of ownership. This indicates that the momentum investment strategy can not be applied in the Indonesian capital market.

This study aims to explain the influence of social, economic, and environmental aspects of the corporate image of PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Sanggaran. The cornerstone of the theory used in this research is the corporate social responsibility, social aspects in corporate social responsibility, the economic aspects of corporate social responsibility, environmental aspects of corporate social responsibility, and corporate image. The samples used in this study was 104 respondents, the local community Fuel Terminal Sanggaran using purposive sampling method. Analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the social aspect has a significant positive effect on the company's image in the PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal (TBBM). The economic aspect has significant positive effect on the image of perusahanaan at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal (TBBM). Environmental aspects has significant positive effect on the image of perusahanaan at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal (TBBM).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, motivasi, dan lingkungan terhadap niat berwirausaha (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana) Sikap, motivasi dan minat mahasiswa sangat dibutuhkan bagi mahasiswa yang berwirausaha agar mampu mengidentifikasi peluang usaha, kemudian mendayagunakan peluang usaha untuk menciptakan peluang kerja baru Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh mahasiswa yang ada di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana. jumlah sampel yang digunakan sesuai indokator dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 indikator dikali dengan 7, ditentukan sebanyak 112 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiwa.

Nowadays stock investment became popular among investors and the public. Stocks are investments that have high risks. Portfolio can reduce the risk. The purpose of this study is to build an optimal portfolio using Single Index Model. This study uses LQ 45 period August 2015-January 2016 as the population. Samples were selected using census method. The analysis technique used in this study is portfolio analysis using Single Index Model. The results of this study show from 45 stocks, there are 9 shares eligible to enter the optimal portfolio include: CPIN with the proportion 12:45%, INDF with the proportion of 7.7%, HMSP with the proportion of 12.63%, GGRM with the proportion of 20.8%, PTPP with the proportion of 17.99%, SMGR with the proportion 14.98 %, with the proportion 7:16 AKRA%, TELKOM with the proportion of 3.66%, 2.63% BBTN proportions. This gives the portfolio expected return 4.87%, with a 0.01% risk level.

The number of foreign insurance companies who compete in the growth of life insurance market in Indonesia increased continually making AJB Bumiputera 1912 lose the competition in terms of purchase intention and brand awareness. The aim of this research was to determine the role of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between advertising and personal selling with purchase intention. This research conducted in Denpasar using 110 respondents through purposive sampling method. Questionnaires are used to measure 22 indicators and analyzed by using SEM analysis technique and Sobel test. The study found that by increasing advertising and personal selling will directly increase brand awareness and purchase intention. AJB Bumiputera 1912 should ensure that people have enough brand awareness to increase consumer purchase intention. It can be done by ensuring that advertising or personal selling activities has been run well and in accordance with what is expected by prospective customers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pusat Pengendalian dan Operasional Penanggulangan Bencana Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Bali sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 56 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Good human resources are in need of good management in an organization, if in an organization are low job satisfaction, it will cause more and more complaints from the complaints of the employees. This study was conducted to determine how the effect of promotion, training and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Bali Zoo employees. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 14 indicators while data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis showed promotions positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, training and significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and work environment positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Limitations of this study is the only research discusses some of the variables that affect job satisfaction, so that research results can only explain how the effect of promotion, training and work environment only.

Struktur modal merupakan kombinasi dari utang dan modal sendiri. Keputusan pendanaan adalah keputusan yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas pembelanjaan atau pembiayaan investasi. Sumber pendanaan tersebut dapat berasal dari internal maupun eksternal. Dalam menentukan keputusan struktur modal yang optimal menjadi tugas yang sangat sulit bagi para manajer keuangan karena dampaknya akan melibatkan kemakmuran perusahaan maupun orang-orang didalamnya, para manajer yang bertugas menemukan proporsi penggunaan dana yang tepat bagi perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh growth opportunity, likuiditas, non-debt tax shield dan fixed asset ratio secara parsial terhadap struktur modal. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari perusahaan barang konsumsi di BEI yang berjumlah 32 perusahaan. Struktur modal dapat diukur dengan membandingkan antara total utang dengan total aktiva perusahaan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan antara growth opportunity dan NDTS dengan struktur modal. Fixed asset ratio menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal, dan likuiditas menunjukkan pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
