Abstract

Decreased levels of employee performance of sales in the last year, among 1.1 % on a special performance and employee absenteeism rate target of 1% is not achievable indicate satisfaction and quality of life of employees can affect employee performance. The problem in this research is there any influence of the quality of work life , job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Honda Semarang Center Setiabudi 521 people with a sample of 84 people using the formula Slovin. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the variable quality of worklife positive effect on job satisfaction; the variable quality of working life has positive influence on employee performance; variable job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance; and the variable quality of working life through the indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Suggestions for the company in improving the performance of employees in order to pay attention to aspects of quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees proved influential on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to exam the influence of psychological capital, psychological well-being, and work-family conflict on nurse’s performance directly or indirectly that mediated by psychological well-being, and work-family conflict. Data was collected from 99 nurse inpatient care installation Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ungaran by giving questionnaire. They were analyzed by using partial and path test in deciding the connection between variables in this study. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant positive effect on psychological capital and psychological well-being toward job performance, also psychological capital toward psychological well-being. The result also indicated that psychological well-being and work-family conflict mediate the effect of psychological capital toward nurse’s performance. While, the effect work-family conflict toward nurse’s performance, work-family conflict toward psychological well-being, and the effect of psychological capital toward work-family conflict showed negative result but there were no significant.  In conclusion, this study proved that to increase their performance, the nurses must have psychological capital and psychological well-being. Also, the nurses must be managing their work-family conflict.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan pada produktivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi parsial menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada produktivitas kerja karyawan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan, semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan kualitas pelatihan maka akan semakin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk tetap mempertahankan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan agar tidak menurun sehingga produktivitas kerja karyawan juga dapat terjaga dengan baik, kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan hendaknya dapat ditingkatkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the direct and indirect effect of the transformational leadership, distibutive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice towards nurses’ work engagement which is mediated by distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The 117 nurses who worked in the hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang were the population of the study.The sample of this study was taken by using propotioned random sampling methodology. 91 nurses were taken as the sample of the study. The method of data collection is by questionares which was measured by likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 21. The result of theis study showed transformational leadership have positive effect on distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effect on work engagement. Transformational leadership and procedural justice have no effect on work engagement. Distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice was able to mediate the relationship of the transformational leadership towards nurses’ work engagement in hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse market reaction toward sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement that indicated with abnormal return and trading volume activity. Population in this research is all of sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement registered in IDX period 2012-2015. This research used event study with 21 days of windows period (t-10 to t+10). Samples of this research consist of 5 sukuk mudharabah issue announcements and 65 conventional bonds issue announcements based on purposive sampling method. Analysis methods used in this research are t-test and Paired Samples T-Test. The results of this research show that there are significant abnormal return around the date of sukuk mudharabah issue announcement on t-10, t-8, t-6, and wheres significant abnormal return around the date of conventional bonds issue announcement on t-7, t-3, t-1, t-3, t-4, t-7. In addition, there is no significant difference between trading volume activity before and after to sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement. The market react slow and prolonged so there is not happened  market efficiency semi-strong form in information and decision.
