Abstract

Marketing performance is influenced by various factors including the promotion, pricing and product excellence. The problem in this study is whether the promotion, pricing and product excellence have an influence on the performance of marketing either partially or simultaneously. The populations in this study are all consumers Honda Vario PT. Zirang Utama Prima, a total of 93 people. Analysis technique of the data used is the description of the analysis, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination.The results obtained tcount = 2.896, with sigcount = 0.000 which means the price is significantly affect the performance of marketing. Variable product excellence (X3) values obtained tcount = 7.517, with sigcount = 0.000 which means the benefits of product significantly influence the performance of marketing. Fcount obtained simultaneously = 48.536, sig= 0.000 with a means of promotion, pricing, and product excellence and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of marketing.The conclusions from this research that there are positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously variable promotion, pricing and product excellence of the performance of product marketing at Honda Vario of PT. Prima Zirang Utama. The suggestion that can be given is the best PT. Prima Zirang Utama give discounts to consumers who buy in cash, to extend the repayment time and provides a choice of design, model, the colour to suit the needs of consumers.Key words: Promotion, Price, Product Excellence, Performance Marketing

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to test the available influences of professional ethics towards professional commitments and to test the biggest influence of professional ethics dimension towards professional commitments.  Dimension of professional ethics studied here were responsibility, justice, autonomy, and high moral integrity. The Samples were consisted of 150 lectures of management from Private University in Semarang. Research method used was survey method using questionnaires. Hypothesis test used double regression. The result of the research found that there were some influences of professional ethics towards professional commitments in lectures from State University. The other result test performed to compare beta coefficient value, it showed that dimension of beta coefficient of responsibility was the biggest one if it is compared with other beta coefficients. It means that responsibility dimension had biggest influence towards professional commitments lectures from State University in Semarang. Keywords: professional ethics, professional commitments

Abstract

Conceptual learning will be more qualified if it is supported by an appropriate and good learning method system. To improve the achievement of students’ study result, it needs the  active students’ involvement  who want to think critically toward the real condition in the field. This class action research has an objective to prove that cooperative method, jigsaw type can be implemented in the learning process on each subject whose conceptual type. The subject of this research was Management Department students, Regular Class, 5th semester with the sum was 67 students who got Basics of Management Subject. This research consisted of 3 cycles and found out that the increase of average for pre test and post test score in cycle 1 was 15%, cycle 2 was 20% and cycle 3 was 25%. Whereas the difference of  average increase among cycles were on cycle 1 to cycle 2 was 5%, cycle 2 to cycle 3 was 10%. The finding means there is an increase of achievement on each cycle was 5%. It is appropriate to the hypothesis. Thus, it proved that cooperative learning method , jigsaw type can be applied well to Global Marketing Subject and finally it can improve the students’ learning achievement. Abstract

The objective of the study was to examine the direct and indirect influences of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organization change with organizational commitment as mediation. The population of the study was Public Civil Servants of the general inspectors of finance ministry. The samples were taken by Solvin method. It was a purposive sampling with 87 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a direct influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment, there was not any direct influence of organizational commitment on employees behavior toward organizational change, there was an indirect influence of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organization change with organizational commitment as the mediation. It is concluded that there were a direct and an indirect influences of Islamic work ethics on employees behavior toward organizational commitmen as the mediation. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Itjen Kementerian Keuangan RI sebanyak 87 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung etika kerja Islami pada komitmen organisasional, tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasional pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi, terdapat pengaruh langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dan terdapat pengaruh etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung etika kerja Islami pada perilaku karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana pengaruh WCT, CR dan DTA terhadap ROI perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2008-2009 sebanyak 149 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan non probabilistik sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 62 perusahaan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan, dimana secara simultan (WCT, CR, DTA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 21,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Secara parsial variabel efisiensi modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas yang artinya secera keseluruhan adalah bahwa besar kecilnya profitabilitas perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi modal kerja, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh. Secara bersama-sama besar kecilnya profitabilitas dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan leverage.This study aimed to assess simultaneously or partially the influence of WCT, CR and DTA toward ROI of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using non-probabilistic sampling and obtained 62 of 149 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2009. The results of regression analysis show that WCT, CR, DTA simultaneously have a significant effect 21,9% toward profitability, while the rest of 78,1% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the efficiency of working capital variable influence significantly toward the overall profitability. It means that all variables include the size of the company’s profitability is affected by the efficiency of working capital, but liquidity and leverage. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain influence the service quality and service innovation, partial or simultaneous to the consumer satisfaction of Buah Hati Hospital Kudus The sampling uses incidental sampling technique. The numbers of respondents are 116 respondents. The methods used to collect the data are method observation, interview method and questionnaire method. Analysis of data using multiple linier regression with SPSS version 20. The thing prove that there is the influence of the service quality  and services innovation simultaneously positive and significant on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is the service quality and service innovation influential in partial and simultaneous to consumer satisfaction. So it could be explained that the higher quality of service and improved service innovation, the consumer satisfaction steadily grew.

Abstract

Decreased levels of employee performance of sales in the last year, among 1.1 % on a special performance and employee absenteeism rate target of 1% is not achievable indicate satisfaction and quality of life of employees can affect employee performance. The problem in this research is there any influence of the quality of work life , job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Honda Semarang Center Setiabudi 521 people with a sample of 84 people using the formula Slovin. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the variable quality of worklife positive effect on job satisfaction; the variable quality of working life has positive influence on employee performance; variable job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance; and the variable quality of working life through the indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Suggestions for the company in improving the performance of employees in order to pay attention to aspects of quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees proved influential on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to explain transformational leadership, quality of work life, and affect on organizational citizenship behavior trhough organizational commitment. The population in this research was all production employee’s PT Ungaran Indah Busana Semarang with of 94 respondents. Method sampling used by proportional stratified random sampling. Method of data collection used questionnaires that measure used a likert scale. The method of analysis in this research used proggame SPSS 21.0 for windows. Result show that transformational leadership to have influence of organizational citizenship behavior amount 0.013, quality of work life to have influence of organizational citizenship behavior amount 0.041, transformational leadership to have influence of organizational commitment amount 0.015, quality of work life to have influence of organizational commitment amount 0.046, and organizational commitment as a mediating variables influence transformational leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior mounted to 0.262. Conclusion from this research was more increase of transformational leadership and quality of work life, so it will be increase organizational commitment so it can increased organizational citizenship behavior. Advice for the company is to increased employee motivation at work

Abstract

Business competition in the corporate world encourage a company can become a winner in their business competition. This circumstances resulted in company tried to retain their customers by making service innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on customer loyalty either directly or indirectly. The sampling uses accidental sampling technique with a total of 96 respondents. The data collection methods of this study was questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis, classical assumption and path analysis through SPSS program. The result of this research known that the customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service innovation to customer loyalty. The conclusion of this study is service innovation effect on customer loyalty directly and indirectly, so that it can be explained that the higher level of customer satisfaction from the impact of service innovation created, it will be able to increase customer loyalty.
