The study population was a nurse inpatient Islam Sultan Agung Hospital Semarang with a sample of 160 respondents from the formula slovin using purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Based on the partial test, the direct influence of perceived organizational support, justice and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 0.799; 0,072 and 0,000. Direct influence perceptions of support and justice organization on organizational commitment of each of 0001 and 0000. While the mediating effect organisional commitments on support and influence perceptions of organizational justice organizational citizenship behavior toward each are 0.178 and 0.314. The conclusions of this study there was no influence perceived of organizational support and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. There is the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. There is a direct direct effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational commitment. Proven organizational commitment has mediating effects of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population  in this study were all employees of PT Indonesian Knitting Factory Semarang is 168 employees. Samples used is 117 employees. The method of data  collection by quetionares. Data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this study are influence of job satisfaction and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior mediate the relationship job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance.

The development of the business world that increasingly stringent demands companies should be able to move quickly and precisely to be able to face the competition. In fact become a leader in the market is not easy. Right marketing strategy is needed for the company to survive and compete with the hope to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain the image and quality of the product is an attempt to attract purchases and customer satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the influence of brand image and quality to customer satisfaction through the purchase decision as an intervening variable. This study population are all consumers daily newspaper Suara Merdeka. Sampling by using incidental sampling technique, the number of respondents were 116 respondents. Data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, and a questionnaire method. Path analysis Analyse the data using SPSS version 20, which used variables include brand image, quality, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction.

This research purposed in order to find out bankruptcy indication of listed in LQ-45 index and delisted companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange using Altman Z-Score. Research population are all listed and delisiting companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange, sample was chosen based on purposive sampling criteria. Among 23 sample companies in LQ45, there are 3 companies predicted as grey area in three years and there is a company predicted as grey area in one year and then predicted on bankrupt condition in the next two years. There are one company which predicted as bankrupt condition in three years. From 10 sample companies which was delisted from IDX, there is one company which predicted as healthy condition in two years, then predicted as bankrupt in the next year. There is a company which was predicted as grey area in one year. This case can be proven that Altman Z-Score ratio has high accuracy in bankruptcy prediction

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of incentiveâs motivator on the employeeâs performance with self esteem as mediation (the case study on the employees of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran). The populations in this research are all the employees of PT. Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran. The number of samples used in this research as much as 72 employees, using the Purposive Sampling method. The methods of collecting data are using interviews and questionnaires. The result of data analysis is using SPSS program version 17 shows that there are a positive influence and significant incentiveâs motivator, and self esteem against the employeeâs performance. And there is a direct positive influence and significant incentiveâs motivator to self esteem. Also with the variable of self esteem directly affect in positive and significant which mediated incentiveâs motivator against the employeeâs performance of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in the Ungaran.

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of sukuk rating announcement to market reaction. The population in this study is all of sukuk rating announcement of the companies that launch sukuk and stock during the year 2010-2014. The sample selected based on purposive sampling is 55 announcements. This study is an event study research using market adjusted model with 21 days of windows period (t-10 to t+10). The data used in this research is daily closing price that is collected by the documentation method. Analysis methods used in this research are normality test, one-sample t-test, and paired t-test. The results of this study find that there are significant sukuk rating announcement to the market reaction during 2 days that are on t+2 the significant is 5% and on t+3 the significant is 10%. The market reaction does not indicate significance difference between the return before and after the announcement. Market Efficiency happened is a semi-strong form because the investors are still enjoying the abnormal return for 2 days

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and indirect celebrity endorser, product quality and brand image as an intervening variable on purchase decisions. The population of research are users Wardah cosmetics in the city of Semarang. Total sample of 116 respondents with asidental sampling. Data obtained by questionnaire. Celebrity endorser study variables (X1), product quality (X2), brand image (Z), and purchasing decisions. Data were analyzed by descriptive persentif percentage and path analysis. The results showed that the variables celebrity endorser (X1) and product quality (X2) directly influence the purchase decision. Variable celebrity endorser (X1) and product quality (X2) indirect effect on purchasing decisions. Test results from path analysis showed that the celebrity endorser (X1) influence on purchase decisions through brand image and product quality (X2) effect on purchase decisions through brand image, so that it can be said that the brand image mediates the influence of celebrity endorser and product quality on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to know whether the CR, TAT, DR and ROA affect to profit changes. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 to 2013 was acquired 59 sample companies. The data in the study comes from the secondary data obtained through the documentation technique. Data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 17. Based on the result hypothesis test, then the conclusion that CR and DR has positive and significant effect in profit changes. TAT has no effect on the changes in profit changes. ROA has negative and significant effect in profit changes

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image and consumer attitudes towards purchase decision of batik directly and indirectly that mediated attract purchase intention of consumer Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center. The population in this research is the Consumer of batik at Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center (IBC) Pekalongan. The number of samples that are used in this research is 116 people by using accidental sampling with non probability sampling approach. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. This research concluded that brand image has positive and significant effect directly on purchase decision, but consumer attitudes not significant effect directly on purchase decision. Whereas the brand image and consumer attitudes has positive and significant impact indirectly on purchase decision through purchase intention of consumer Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center. The conclusions of this study is proved that purchase intention can be mediated effect of brand image and consumer attitude on purchase decision

Optimal inventory within the company is one of the important factors in the performance of the company. Optimal inventory in this study is determined by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. EOQ is used in solving problems of this company because the result of calculation is more accurate. This research belongs to quantitative and it is used to study thoroughly the application of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of raw materials in inventory control at PT. Enggal SuburKertas. Object of this research is the amount of inventory, the amount of the purchase, the amount pf raw material that used for the production process, and ordering and storage costs of raw materials. The result of this research show that the calculation of TIC using Economic Order Quantity method is more optimal than conventional method, so this company can save costs about 74,26% for afval box, 30,13% afval cones, and 40,01% for afval marga.Â
