Abstract

Rutin dan kuersetin merupakan senyawa golongan flavonoid yang terkandung dalam ekstrak daun murbei (Morus alba L.) dan mempunyai pengaruh  dalam sistem kardiovaskuler. Pada penelitian ini diteliti pengaruh enkapsulasi ekstrak daun murbei terhadap tekanan darah arteri,. Ekstrak dibuat secara remaserasi dengan menggunakan penyari etanol 95%. Kandungan rutin dan kuersetin didalam ekstrak ditentukan dengan menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT). Enkapsulasi  dilakukan terhadap 0,25% ekstrak,  menggunakan kitosan  0,5mg/mL  dan TPP 1mg/mL. Karakterisasi dilakukan terhadap ukuran partikel, efisiensi enkapsulasi dan Spektroskopi Infra Merah-Fourier Transform. Ekstrak dengan dosis 1g/kg berat badan dan ekstrak terenkapsulasi dengan dosis 1,313g/kg berat badan kemudian diberikan   secara per oral pada tikus normotensif maupun tikus hipertensif, selanjutnya diukur tekanan darah arteri dan frekuensi denyut jantung dengan menggunakan Coda Non-Invasive Blood Pressure System. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kadar rutin dan kuersetin dalam ekstrak adalah (0,87±0,138) mg/g  dan (4,427±0,065) mg/g.  Kitosan-TPP dengan perbandingan 0,5:1  membentuk partikel dengan ukuran antara  25,11–45,21nm  dan  efisiensi enkapsulasi  (76,14±2,29) % pada enkapsulasi ekstrak daun murbei. Ekstrak daun murbei dan ekstrak daun murbei terenkapsulasi dapat menurunkan tekanan darah  arteri.

Abstract

Endophytic fungus IP-2 is the endophytic fungus isolated from the plant Artemisia annua L. This fungus is known to have activity as an inhibitor of heme polymerization. The aim of this study is to examine the suitable medium for the growth and production of the active metabolite and to determine the appropriate time for harvesting the active metabolite. Endophytic fungus was fermented in 4 types of media for 14 days. Sampling was taken every day to obtain the weight of the dry cells which were used for analysis of growth. The media obtained is used to determine their activities as heme polymerization inhibitor. Tests were carried out using the method developed by Bassilico et al (1998). Data of dry cell weight and the percentage inhibition of heme polymerization were analyzed in order to obtain the curve of growth and metabolite production. Both curves will be used to determine the proper time to harvest the active metabolite. The results showed that the PDB was the best medium for endophytic fungus IP-2 growth and was able to produce the active metabolite higher than most other media. In the PDB media, at day-7 showed that active metabolite produced at most so that proper harvest time metabolite is on the 7th day of fermentation.

Abstract

Kulit akar senggugu memiliki khasiat sebagai pengencer lendir (mukolitik) dan sudah digunakan secara empiris.Perlu dibuat sediaan tablet hisap agar dapat digunakan dengan nyaman dan praktis. Simplisia bentuk serbuk diekstraksi dengan maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Tablet hisap ekstrak kulit akar senggugu dioptimasi dengan menggunakan campuran bahan pengisi laktosa-sorbitol, yaitu formula A (100% laktosa), formula B (100% sorbitol), dan formula C (50% laktosa : 50% sorbitol). Tablet dibuat dengan metode granulasi basah. Formula optimum didapatkan dari hasil uji sifat fisik granul dan tablet hisap menggunakan metode SLD, lalu diuji sifat fisik meliputi sifat alir granul, kekerasan, waktu larut, tanggapan rasa serta dilakukan analisa kuantitatif kadar zat aktif dalam tablet hisap. Dari sifat fisik tablet hisap formula prediksi (SLD) dan verifikasi (optimum) diuji statistik menggunakan t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi bahan pengisi laktosa-sorbitol dapat mempengaruhi sifat fisik granul dan tablet hisap kulit akar senggugu.Interaksi bahan pengisi laktosa-sorbitol dalam campuran dapat menaikkan respon kekerasan dan tanggap rasa tablet hisap, menurunkan respon kecepatan alir granul dan waktu larut tablet hisap. Formula optimum yang diperoleh dari campuran laktosa-sorbitol adalah 100% sorbitol : 0% laktosa.

Abstract

Khasiat dan keamanan daun jambu biji (Psidium guajava L.) sebagai antidiare telah diuji secara praklinik dan klinik. Bentuk sediaan yang ada saat ini kebanyakan susah ditelan, waktu disintegrasinya lama serta memiliki rasa dan bau yang kurang enak, sehingga perlu diformulasikan sediaan yang lebih akseptabel bagi anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimasi formula tablet dispersible ekstrak air daun jambu biji menggunakan variasi bahan penghancur croscarmellose sodium (CCS) dan sodium starch glycolate (SSG) dengan metode simplex lattice design (SLD). Tablet dispersible dibuat 5 formula dengan metode granulasi kering yaitu formula I (100% CCS), II (75% CCS : 25% SSG), III (50% CCS : 50% SSG), IV (25% CCS : 75% SSG) dan V (100% SSG). Standarisasi ekstrak yang dilakukan meliputi uji organoleptik, susut pengeringan dan kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT). Tablet dispersible yang diperoleh, diuji sifat fisik keseragaman bobot, kerapuhan, kekerasan, waktu disintegrasi, waktu dispersi, waktu pembasahan serta KLT. Data dianalisis menggunakan software Design Expert® versi 7.1.4.0 untuk mendapatkan formula optimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi bahan penghancur CCS-SSG mempengaruhi sifat fisik tablet. Semakin besar jumlah SSG maka semakin besar kekerasan, waktu disintegrasi, waktu dispersi dan waktu pembasahan tablet. Formula optimum yang diperoleh adalah formula dengan kombinasi 71% CCS dan 29% SSG.

Abstract

Senggugu root bark (Clerodendrum serratum L. Moon) is known as a mucolitics. Senggugu root bark is made in the dosage form of lozenges in combination with sucrose, mannitol and lactose in order to obtain good flavor and comfortable when consumed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of fillers on the physical properties of granules and tablets as well as the composition of the combination of excipients to produce lozenges of extract of senggugu root bark with optimum physical properties. Seven formulas were made with a combination of mannitol, lactose and sucrose as follows: FI (100%: 0%: 0%), FII (0%: 100%: 0%), FIII (0%: 0%: 100%), FIV (50 %: 50%: 0%), FV (50%: 0%: 50%), FVI (0%: 50%: 50%), and FVII (33.3%: 33.3%: 33.3% ). The results showed that the combination of mannitol, lactose and sucrose affected the physical properties of the granules and lozenges of extract of senggugu root bark i.e. flow rate, hardness, dissolved time, compactibility and perceptive sense. The dominant amount of sucrose and lactose can improve the physical properties of granules and tablets. The optimal composition of the combination of mannitol, lactose and sucrose obtained from Design Expert 7.1.5. program was 5.491%: 37.387%: 57.122%, respectively.

Abstract

This study aims to knowing the marketing strategies applied to the company through social media and promotions that can influence and build consumer loyalty. The population in this study is all Zalora consumer. The number of samples is 110 respondents. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. The data collection is using the questionnaire/question form. The method of data analysis is using SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modelling) with tool analysis is IBM SPSS AMOS 21 program. The results of the study shows that the research design using variable social media, product position, promotion, purchase decision, satisfaction, and  loyalty that these models generally well/fit accepted by the result of calculation of index values that meet the criteria for goodness of fit index. The hypothesis presented in this study are 10 hypothesis with 5 hypothesis result has a significant influence (p<0.05) and 5 other hypothesis has a not influence with significant value (p>0.05). The conclusion of this study proves that the higher implementation of social media, it can improve on consumer loyalty, while promotion of the applied can’t influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The development of the business world that increasingly stringent demands companies should be able to move quickly and precisely to be able to face the competition. In fact become a leader in the market is not easy. Right marketing strategy is needed for the company to survive and compete with the hope to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain the image and quality of the product is an attempt to attract purchases and customer satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the influence of brand image and quality to customer satisfaction through the purchase decision as an intervening variable. This study population are all consumers daily newspaper Suara Merdeka. Sampling by using incidental sampling technique, the number of respondents were 116 respondents. Data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, and a questionnaire method. Path analysis Analyse the data using SPSS version 20, which used variables include brand image, quality, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of innovation and product quality on customer loyalty Tea Botol Sosro with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study population was all citizens who live in sekaran both local residents and students UNNES. Sampling by using accidental sampling technique, the sample size is determined by using iteration and obtained a sample of 102 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, and the methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability testing). Analysis of data using path analysis (Path Analysis), wherein the variables used include innovation, product quality, satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Conclusions from this research is that there is influence directly or indirectly variable product innovation and product quality on customer loyalty through satisfaction Botol Sosro as an intervening variable. Suggestion for the company is to be always doing research to innovate in developing products Sosro Tea produced, as well as improve the quality of its products.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of the consumer-Indosat IM3 cellular card. Data were collected from 100 respondents of IM3 users using accidental sampling method, then processed using SPSS 16.0 software using path analysis. The results show that there is a positive and significant impact service quality, price perception and customer value to customer loyalty. Service quality has significant positive effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation, price perception and customer value has negatively affect loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation

__________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Product Quality to the  Satisfaction, the influence of Brand image to the Satisfaction, the influence of Product Quality to the Customers’ Loyality, the influence of Brand image to the Customers’ Loyality, the influence of Customers’ Satisfaction to the Customers’ Loyality, the influence of Product Quality to the  Customers’ Loyality by Customers’ Satisfaction, and the influence of Brand image to the Customers’ Loyality by Customers’ Satisfaction. The population of this research is the customers who consume instant noodle Supermi. The samples have been taken in this study is not known for certain. The technique of this research uses iteration formula. The methods of collecting data are quesioner. The analysis methods are path analysis. The result of this research is retrieved two equation path analysis, It shows us that Product Quality and Brand image influence the Customers’ Loyality directly and indirectly by the Satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is the Product Quality and Brand image influence directly and indirectly increasing Loyality by Satisfaction.
