Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of capital structure, institutional ownership and financial performance on firm value. The population in this study are service companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The total population of this study was 79 companies. After using a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples became 58 companies. Firm value is proxy with Price to Book Value (PBV), capital structure is proxy with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), institutional ownership is proxy with the percentage of institutional shares, and financial performance with Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Data sources are from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Data processing using Eviews 9. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression. The results of this research show that financial performance with ROE proxy has a significant positive effect on firm value while capital structure, institutional ownership, and ROA do not affect on firm value in the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.

Abstract

Optimal supply of raw materials is an important factor in the fluency of the production process in a company. Reviews These raw materials can be controlled by using eertain methods, one of that is a Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method roomates has a better level of calculation accuracy than conventional methods. This study is quantitative research, the which has a goal to examine more deeply about the use of methods quantiy Economic Order (EOQ) in the cantrol af raw materials companies Brownies Burn Lyn's. The result Showed the optimal inventory of raw materials flour using EOQ method is 2445kg with a frequency of purchase as 5 times, safety stock is 248kg and ROP done at the time the raw material warehouse at 338kg and TIC Rp 2.945.963.00 optimal supplies of sugar with EOG method is 2998 kg, with a frequency of purchive as 6 uimes safety stock is 330 kg and ROP should be done at the time the raw 450kg while the TKR Rp3,46l 934,00.The quantity of supplies raw material warehouse material with EOG method is more efficient than the company conventional method inventary optimal inventory and total cost savings can be Obtained by the method of EOO so the company can gain the maximum profit. For the furture Similar themes of research on the subject of using optimal inventory in micro and medium enterprises is expected to compare with methods of optimal order invetory in order to Obtain more effective and efficient result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of visual merchanding, sales promotion and shopping lifestyle toward impulse buying through positive emotion as an intervening variable. Positive emotion influence customers to make an impulse buying. The population in this research is customers of Duta Mode Purwokerto. The total sample in this research is 115 respondents with incidental sampling technique through a likert scale. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics version 21 programs. Based on the hypothesis test, the results show that visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle does not has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, and positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Mediation test shows that positive emotion mediates the effect of visual merchandising, sales promotion, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying.

Abstract

Dividend policy is a decision about how much earning after tax that will paid as dividend rather than being retained for investment in the company. The data from Indonesia Stock Exchange show that there are still many company that do not pay dividends consistently, whereas dividend policy use as a signal given by the company to outsiders for their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size to dividend policy.The type of this research is a quantitative research by using secondary data. The population in this research are the company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2005-2017. The samples used are 43 companies with purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression by using fixed effect model (Least Square Dummy Variable). The research results reveals that leverage and firm size affects significantly on the dividend policy, whereas profitability do not affect significantly on the dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation, The population in this study were all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Central Java Regional DIY totaling 115 employees. Sampling using sampling nonproballity saturated samples. Methods of data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analytical method datamenggunakan regression analysis and path analysis with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation betweenperson organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior, The results also show the effect of indirect relationships are positive and significant correlation between person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement with organizational trust as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 154 nurses. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with proportionate random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test and SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that organizational justice and authentic leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust, and had an influence on nurses' work engagement. In addition, the results also show that organizational trust is able to mediate the influence of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement. In other words, the role of organizational trust will further increase the level of work engagement of nurses. This research is expected to be an input for hospitals on the importance of the role of strategies to increase work engagement through organizational justice and the role of leaders.
