Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia ternyata mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan menyumbang PDB negara denganprosentase yang cukup signifikan. Salah satu jenis UMKM yang ikut berperan dalam perekonomian negara adalahUMKM batik Semarang. Produk batik membawa kekhasan dan merupakan warisan leluhur yang mempunyai nilaitersendiri. Meskipun sudah banyak UMKM batik di Semarang, akan tetapi dalam perjalanannya masih menuaikendala, diantaranya adalah aspek permodalan, kurangnya promosi dan kendala internal SDM yang kurang terampil.Padahal, SDM adalah partner organisasi untuk mencapai daya saing bisnis. SDM yang berkualitas akan mampumenghasilkan ide, kreativitas, keterampilan memimpin dan keberanian membuka peluang potensi UMKM batikSemarang untuk menembus pasar global. Akan tetapi, tampaknya masalah SDM ini lebih sering dikesampingkanoleh UMKM, mengingat metode pengelolaan UMKM yang cenderung masih tradisional. Tidak menutupkemungkinan bahwa masalah SDM ini akan menjadi gunung es yang muncul dikemudian hari. Sehingga, diperlukanintegrasi strategi bisnis UMKM batik Semarang dengan perencanaan SDM yang baik. Melalui analisis lingkunganeksternal-internal, yaitu penentuan matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE) dengan analisis SWOT serta hasil analisiskebutuhan demand-supply tenaga kerja, maka kebijakan dan program SDM dapat dirumuskan. Pada akhirnya,aktivitas perekrutan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, rencana karir dan sistem kompensasi akan menjadi strategiperencanaan SDM bagi UMKM dengan tujuan untuk mencapai daya saing bisnis UMKM.Kata kunci: perencanaan sumber daya manusia, matriks internal-eksternal, analisis swot

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi serta kinerja karyawan PT. MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) Semarang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja; motivasi terhadap kinerja; kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi; kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Langkah pengujian empirisnya dengan tiga tahap. Model pertama adalah outer model, model kedua yaitu inner model dan model ketiga yaitu weight relation. Jumlah sampel dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. The study purposes to analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, performance organizational   commitment, the influence of job satisfaction on performance  and commitment, the effect of commitment on performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling and questionnaires are used to collect data from 45 respondents. The respondents are the employees of PT. MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) Semarang. Data analysis uses three step tests that are testing outer model, inner model and weight relation. The results show that motivation affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Moreover job satisfaction influence organizational commitment and performance. Meanwhile organizational commitment affects employees’ performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement with organizational trust as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 154 nurses. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with proportionate random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test and SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that organizational justice and authentic leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust, and had an influence on nurses' work engagement. In addition, the results also show that organizational trust is able to mediate the influence of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement. In other words, the role of organizational trust will further increase the level of work engagement of nurses. This research is expected to be an input for hospitals on the importance of the role of strategies to increase work engagement through organizational justice and the role of leaders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of leader-member exchange, job insecurity on innovative work behavior through work engagement CV. Laksana employee. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with incidental technique and sample 109 employees. The data analysis in this research used a descriptive statistical test method, derivative tests including validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this research used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research show leader-member exchange positively relates to innovative work behavior. However, job insecurity does not have a relationship with innovative work behavior. Leader-member exchange and job insecurity relate to work engagement. Work engagement can mediate leader-member exchange and job insecurity to innovative work behavior. The conclusion of this research is the higher level of leader-member exchange in the work environment can maximalized employee innovative work behavior. The higher level of job insecurity can minimize employee work engagement. Suggestion for future research is to try another variable that can be used to enhance employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The Universal Health Coverage program was implemented in 2014, have several impacts, one of the impacts is to increase patient visits to first-level or upper-level health facilities. Patient visits data used to compile the medical performance that will be assessed and evaluated by Dinas Kesehatan Central Java Province. The average patient visits in several working of Public Health Center known as Balkesmas in Central Java Province show a significant decrease. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 pandemic makes Balkesmas employees concerned about their health safety and their family’s health safety. Therefore, organizational support and work engagement are very important to feel comfortable and safe at work to improve their performance. The purpose of the research is to examine Balkesmas employees’ performance system through perceived organizational support and work engagement. This research methodology is quantitative research and used questionnaires distributed to 86 employees. Research hypotheses were tested used the structural equation model method with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. All of the research hypotheses are acceptable and show a significant effect, so it can be concluded that the better of perceived organizational support and the higher of work engagement, employees' performance will be increased.

Abstract

Organizational support and work engagement are important for public health personnel at Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat to feel comfortable and safe at the workplace. Patient visits data assessed and evaluated by Dinas Kesehatan Central Java Province shows that the average patient visits within the last five years in several working areas at Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Central Java Province significantly decrease. The purpose of the research is to examine public health personnel’s performance through perceived organizational support and work engagement. This research used a quantitative research method and questionnaires distributed to 86 public health personnel in Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat that were tested using SEM-PLS with smart pls 3.0 program. The findings show that perceived organizational support and work engagement significantly affect performance; thus, all of the hypothesis is acceptable.
