Small and Medium Industries have become the largest industry in Indonesia that has an important role in the Indonesian economy due to its ability to encourage economic growth and create new sources of entrepreneurship. Small and Medium Industries are expected to be more creative and prepared in marketing strategies to deal with an increasingly complex business environment. This study aims to examine the effect of marketing knowledge competence and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through marketing capabilities. The population in this study was the Small and Medium Industries of Tofu in Magelang City. The number of samples used was 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data were analyzed using the method of descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that marketing knowledge competency and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Marketing capability could mediate the influence of marketing knowledge competencies and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. The advice given is that the Small and Medium Industries of Tofu practitioners should innovate more in tofu products, conduct promotions, provide the best service to customers, and be able to maintain the quality of tofu. The next researcher is expected to add references related to marketing knowledge competence and expand the scope of the object.

The aims of this paper is to analyze the effect of the relationship between knowledge and on green management and its implication on competitive advantage and sustainable performannce. This study used a quantitative research approach that explains the phenomenon by collecting numerical data analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the WarpPLS program application. The population in this study were small or medium business owners (general managers) in the industrial sector in the city of Semarang. Knowledge and green management have a significant effect on competitive advantages and competitive advantages has a significant effect on the sustainability performance. It means that the knowledge and green management simultaneously shows a significant effect on competitive advantages and sustainability performance. The application of green management will also improve sustainability performance. The originality of this study is on the testing of simultaneous relationships between the factors making up the application of green management, namely knowledge as well as the impact of green management implementation on sustainability performance.

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the relationship of co-integration and contagion effect on the stock market in the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN during economic slowdown in the People's Republic of Tiongkok in 2015-2017. The samples in this study were the stock market of the People's Republic of Tiongkok, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The data used in the study are secondary data from the Composite Stock Price Index obtained from www.bloomberg.com. The research method used in this study is Vector Autoregression (VAR). The test results show that economic slowdown in the People's Republic of Tiongkok has no effect on the average JCI of the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN. There is co-integration in the average JCI of the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN. The average Indonesian JCI is not affected by the JCI average of the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN. There is contagion effect on the average JCI of the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN. Based on the results of the study it were concluded that co-integration and contagion effects occurs on the average JCI in the People's Republic of Tiongkok and ASEAN when economic slowdown occurs.

This study aims to examine the relationship between adaptive behavior, work environment, training, and employee productivity. The sample for this study consisted of 235 employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati Jepara calculated using the purposive random sampling method. Data collection methods using the questionnaire method which is measured using a Likert scale. Regression analysis showed that there is a positive influence between adaptive behavior with employee productivity, there is a posisitif influence between the working environment and employee productivity, and a positive influence between training and employee productivity. Based on these results meal can be interpreted that the employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati has good adaptive behavior. This is supported by the environment and good training provided by the company to employees.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of authentic leadership towards employees' performance through OCB. The population in this study is nurse with civil servants status at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo. Methods of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a simlpe random sampling. Sample is 109 nurses. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between authentic leadership towards employee performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership towards creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour as well as creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour towards employee performance. In addition, research results also show that the creativity and behavior of the organizational citizenship of the employee has a significant positive impact on the employee's performance. The advice for the organization is to strengthen the relationship between leaders and nurses and increasing the information in the field of nursing that can trigger the emergence of creativity in work. For further research it is recommended to increase the number of research samples.

This study aims to Determine the effect of work family conflict and work engagement on life satisfaction through work life balance as a mediating variable of study in female nurses at RSI who are married. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using proportional sampling sampling technique and Obtained sample size that must be used is 118 female nurses who are married, the analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the application of SPSS 23. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses were accepted, and two hypotheses were rejected. So it can be seen that work family conflict has a negative and not significant effect on life satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on work life balance. Whereas the work life balance is only Able to mediate the relationship between work engagement and life satisfaction.Suggestions for future research are to develop other variables that can mediate the relationship of work family conflict in the life satisfaction of female nurses, for example social support. While the advice for the hospital is to reduce the activities that make-female nurses so tired, and provide time off when it is Necessary to reduce conflicts that occur

Often companies that have been operating for a certain period forced to disperse because of increased financial distress that caused bankruptcy. There are two models that can be used to predict bankruptcy of companies, that is Altman model (Z-score) and Ohlson model. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the Altman model (Z-Score) and Ohlson's model in predicting bankruptcy of delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period.The population in this study were all of delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period, totaled 17 companies. The number of samples used in this study were 8 companies, by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used data processing application SPSS version 25. The results showed that accuracy of the Altman model is 58.3%, while the Ohlson model is 79.2%. The conclusion of this research Ohlson model has the highest accuracy that compared to Altman model in predicting bankruptcy at delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period, with accuracy values of Ohlson model is 79.2% and 58.3% for the Altman model. For further researchers, it is expected to increase the number of samples of companies studied and extend the research periods in order to provides more accurate results, and combining the Altman and Ohlson models with other bankruptcy prediction models that can be applied in companies in Indonesia.
