Abstract

Data Depdiknas tahun 2007 mengungkapkan bahwa usia SMA yang dapat melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi baik S1 maupun Diploma hanya sebesar 17,25%, berarti sejumlah 82,75% anak usia SMA atau sederajat tidak mampu meneruskan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Dari data BPS (2008) terungkap bahwa sebagian besar pengangguran terbuka merupakan lulusan SMA atau sederajat (15,2%) serta data BPS (2009) terungkap bahwa (45,2%) tindakan kriminalitas dilakukan oleh remaja usia 16 sampai 19 tahun. Besarnya angka kriminalitas yang dilakukan usia remaja khususnya usia SMA adalah satu faktor ketidaksiapan mereka untuk masuk di dalam dunia nyata atau masyarakat yang sebenarnya. Dapat diduga bahwa lulusan SMA yang tidak melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi dan menjadi pengangguran karena tidak adanya bekal dan kesiapan kerja, hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan angka kriminalitas pada remaja. Dari maslah tersebut siperlukan pembelajaran PKn yang berguna untuk mengembangkan personal skill siswa agar tingkah laku siswa lebih baik.

Abstract

The number of transport annually has increased in Indonesia, especially in road transport, but it is also the level of traffic violations in the city of Cirebon high, according to data of the Directorate of Traffic Police Department Republic of Indonesia West Java Cirebon City resort number of traffic violations totaled 25371 traffic violation (Data: Traffic Police Resort Cirebon City, 2014), and based on an initial survey in SMAN 3 Cirebon as a formal educational institution that has a policy regarding motor vehicle parking system students who drive to school. Formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How does the role of schools in raising awareness of road traffic in SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon, 2) How is the impact of school policies regarding motor vehicle parking system in raising awareness of traffic laws SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon. Qualitative research approach. Location study in SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Triangulation techniques through interviews and observations. Results of this study of the role of school SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon through activities such Intrakurikeler exists only in learning PPKN, and BK, and through extracurricular activities organized dissemination activities about the traffic, the distribution of helmets to students in collaboration with the department of transportation, driver's license held school in cooperation with the police, every morning in front of the school there are police who helped ferrying students, teachers, and employees of SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon and parking policy SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih jelas mengenai pemanfaatan taman bacaan masyarakat oleh masyarakat serta hambatan yang dialami oleh pengelola Taman Bacaan Masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer adalah wawancara dengan pengelola dan pengunjung taman bacaan masyarakat serta pengamatan terhadap aktivitas pengunjung ketika berada di taman bacaan masyarakat, sumber data sekunder berasal dari dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Objektivitas dan keabsahan data diuji dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan  analisis model interaksi Milles dan Huberman yang berpangkal dari empat kegiatan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang mengunjungi taman bacaan masyarakat melakukan aktivitas membaca buku, belajar, serta mengikuti kegiatan pendukung lainnya, serta bermain dan belajar komputer ataupun internet. Buku yang dibaca oleh pengunjung  adalah buku yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat seperti buku cerita, novel, dan majalah.  Pengunjung membaca buku tersebut karena mereka menyukai buku tersebut dan untuk menambah pengetahuan, wawasan. Pengunjung dapat menggunakan semua sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia untuk menunjang belajar. Hambatan yang dialami oleh pengelola TBM Warung Pasinaon adalah minat baca masyarakat sekitar yang tergolong masih rendah, belum adanya penjaga tetap. Selain itu, dalam memenuhi kebutuhan operasional taman bacaan masyarakat sangat bergantung pada dana yang dimiliki pengelola yang terbatas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter religius melalui Ekstrakurikuler Yasinan di SMA Negeri 1 Kayen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Kayen .Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: pengembangan karakter religius melalui ekstrakurikuler Yasinan bukan semata-mata terletak pada saat membaca Surat Yasin tetapi melalui proses pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dibiasakan, yang pada akhirnya dapat memunculkan sikap religius pada anggota yasinan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Wujud karakter religius yang dari ekstrakurikuler Yasinan adalah (a) berwawasan keagamaan dalam berkomunikasi dan berbicara di depan umum, (b) taat melaksanakan ibadah Sholat Dhuhur berjamaah di masjid, melaksanakan sholat Dhuha, sholat sunnah, berdzikir setelah sholat, (c) terbinanya keimanan dan ketaqwaan melalui keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan seperti MABIT (malam bina iman dan taqwa), Gema Sholawat Nabi, pengajian, Peringatan tahun baru Masehi, peringatan Maulid Nabi, (d) selalu mengingat Allah dengan berdzikir setelah sholat, ziarah kubur, takziah, tadabur alam, (e) berakhlak baik diwujudkan dalam perilaku menjenguk anggota yang sakit, membantu yang sedang tertimpa musibah atau bencana,menjalin persaudaraan dan silaturrahmi.The purpose of this research is to know about Yasinan religious character through extracurricular at SMAN 1 Kayen. This research is using a qualitative approach. Research sites in SMA 1 Kayen The results showed that: the development of a religious character through extracurricular Yasinan not solely lie in while reading Surah Yasin but through the process of implementation of activities that habit, which in turn can give rise to the religious attitude in the yasinan members everyday life. The form of the religious character of extracurricular Yasinan are (a) the religious minded in communicating and speaking in public, (b) obey conducting worship Dhuhur prayer in congregation in the mosque, praying Duha, sunnah prayers, dhikr after the prayer, (c) faith and faith through participation in religious activities such as mabit (night bina faith and piety), Gema sholawat prophet, recitals, new year warning AD, to commemorate the birth of the Prophet, (d) always remember Allah with dhzikir after prayer, pilgrimage grave, takziah, tadabur nature, (e) good morals manifested in the behavior of members visit the sick, help who are stricken or disaster, to establish brotherhood and silaturrahmi.

Abstract

Class IIB Penitentiary Pati has played an important role in providing moral guidance to prisoners through scouts education. This study is to examine the implementation and the barriers of the moral education through education scouts in Class IIB Pati Penitentiary. This study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research shows that the development of morality through education has been running well partly because it uses among system, in which the supervisor set an example / role model to members of the scout. scoutmaster also get advanced course basis (KMD) as a guide to teach members of the scout class IIB Pati penitentiary. The inhibiting factor in the development of morality through education in a correctional institution Scout class IIB Pati, includes the diverse background of scouts training among the trainers, the lack of facilities in the clothing, and the lack of cooperation of the outside parties. Efforts to overcome barriers to the development of morality through the use of among system.

Abstract

One of the rights of children are getting education so that they have enough opportunity to develop their selves and talents in accordance to their talents and interests. Normatively, the Republic of Indonesia ensure the welfare of children, including the right of children to get a decent education and teaching. But, the fact shows that the dropout rates in Indonesia, including that experienced by street children, are still high. A phenomena in the city of Semarang is the growing number of street children. Ironically, the existence of street children is often overlooked and ignored by most people. During this time, the government’s efforts in addressing the problem of street children do not look up to. RPSA Gratama is one of the shelter that concerned about the fate of street children in Semarang. One of the programs is educational assistance program. RPSAs Gratama faces many challenges. this program. This study tries to find out the implementation of educational assistance programs in RPSAs “Gratama” for street children in Semarang.

Abstract

Partisipasi politik sebagai kontribusi akan keikutsertaan warga dalam masalah – masalah politik di lingkup masyarakatnya, dengan mendukung atau menolak, serta membantu atau melawan dan seterusnyaMemberikan suara dalam pemilihan umum merupakan suatu tindakan bahwa masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi politik, selain itu ikut serta menjadi anggota dari salah satu partai politik tertentu mewujudkan kepedulian perempuan terhadap partisipasi politik. Kepedulian perempuan semakin nampak dengan ikut serta dalam mensosialisasikan memberikan gambaran atau mengajak warga yang lainnya pada saan mendekati pemilihan umum agar bisa ikut turut serta memberikan suaranya melalui hadir ke TPS setempat yang sudah di sediakan. Partisipasi politik perempuan ini mampu mengubah peran perempuan di dalam masyarakat dalam berorganisasi.

Abstract

Masyarakat penganut Islam Rifa’iyah merupakan Komunitas yang memiliki perbedaan yang mendasar dengan islam lainnya. Perbedaan tersebut berada dalam rukun Islam, rukun islam Rifa’iyah hanya ada satu sedangkan islam umumnya memiliki rukun islam lima sehingga oleh sebagian orang dianggap sesat. Persamaan agama Islam dan perbedaan dalam rukun Islam antara penganut Islam Rifa’iyah dengan non Rifa’iyah  menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimana  interaksi sosial anatara kedua belah pihak. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimanakah interaksi sosial penganut Rifa’iyah dengan msyarakat sekitar di Kecamatan Limpung? (2) Apa saja yang menjadi Faktor- faktor pendorong interaksi sosial penganut Rifa’iyah di Kecamatan Limpung dengan masyarakat sekitar? (3)Apa saja yang  menjadi faktor kendala interaksi sosial penganut Rifa’iyah di Kecamatan Limpung dengan masyarakat sekitar? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui interaksi sosial masyarakat penganut Rifa’iyah di Kecamatan Limpung. (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong interaksi sosial masyarakat penganut Rifa’iyah di Kecamatan Limpung . (3) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat interaksi sosial masyarakat penganut Rifa’iyah di Kecamatan Limpung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data penelitian menggunakan teknik Triangulasi sumber.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah Interaksi sosial Penganut Islam Rifa’iyah khususnya dalam sosial agama berjalan Harmonis. Inklusifisme dari kedua belah pihak sudah mulai tumbuh meskipun Ekslusifisme dari kedua belah pihak masih tersisa. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat Interaksi sosial Penganut Islam Rifa’iyah.Islamic Rifa’iyah society is a community which has a fundamental difference with others Islamist. The difference is in the pillars of Islam itself, the pillars of Islam Rifa’iyah is only one whereas in general, Islam has five pillars, so that this community is considered as heretical by some others people. The similarities and differences between the adherent of Islam Rifa’iyah and non Rifa’iyah raise a question, that is, how social interactions between both sides. The problems of this study are: 1) How is the social interactions between Rifai’yah adherents and surrounding inhabitants in Limpung district? 2) What are the social interactions encouraging factors between Rifa’iyah adherent and inhabitants in Limpung district? 3) What are the constraint factors of social interaction’ between Rifa’iyah adherents and surrounding inhabitants? The purposes of this study are: 1) to know the social interactions of Rifa’iyah adherents in Limpung district. 2) to investigate the encouraging factors of social interactions of Rifa’iyah adherents. 3) to identify the inhibiting factors of social interaction of Rifai’yah adherents in Limpung district. This study uses quantitative method. Techniques of data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of this study uses data source triangulation techniques. The result of this study is the social interaction of Rifa’iyah adherents especially in religious and social relationship. Inclusivism of both parties have been raising although the exclusiveness of the both is still remaining. The encouraging and inhibiting social interaction factors of Islamic Rifa’iyah adherents

Abstract

The cultivation of moral values performed in the family fishermen is a form of informal education. The purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of the moral values cultivation in children in a family of fishermen, who were most responsible, what are the factors that affect and what are the barriers experienced in the cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that: 1) cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen in Tanjungsari Sugihwaras Pemalang Pemalang has been good enough. 2) Parties involved in cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen are all members of a family of fishermen and fishing families from the nearest person. 3) Factors that affect the cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen are environmental factors because the social environment will greatly affect children’s behavior. 4) Barriers to the cultivation of moral values in Tanjungsari is the low motivation from within the child’s own fishermen, besides other obstacles in the cultivation of moral values such as the rapid transfer of global knowledge, globalization and the development of sophisticated technology.
